25 Jesus said unto her, I am the RESURRECTION and the LIFE, he that believeth in me, though he were dead yet shall he live 26 and whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this?

Note: The same question JESUS asked back then remains for you and I in 2020, never-the-less, the question for us in 2020 is: Believest thou that JESUS is the RESURRECTION and LIFE and anyone that believeth in JESUS though that person were dead SHALL LIVE and anyone that beliveveth in JESUS SHALL never die. Through John 3:16-21 I believeth all stated in verse 25-26, and looking forward to being at the Marriage Supper of the LAMB.

    Robert,

I was unable to respond, as the thread was locked for additional comment. So I am responding here.

The parable of the sower describes four different heart conditions. The condition you bring up is the person represented by the stony ground. They get excited about the things the Lord. They began to blossom with their emotion right away. You begin to see those signs above ground, and it appears to be instant growth. So this person gets excited, but then when it's time to start maturing in the Lord, which comes through trials and tribulations, that person is immediately offended.

They don't have that happy feeling anymore, they are not excited anymore. Now it is time for growth. Now it is time to settle down with the Lord, and they get offended and they leave. That person was never saved. This is not a person that was once saved, and then walked away and lost their salvation. They were never saved, period.

In the Parable of the Sower, there's only one person out of these four that are saved. Only one person bears the fruit of salvation, and that's our number four man. None of the other three bear fruit, meaning none of the other three represent salvation.

It seems as though you are saying that belief in a pre-tribulation rapture would cause someone to be persecuted, or perhaps cause them to forfeit their salvation? Am I just misunderstanding you? Jesus said we can expect persecution for His name's sake. It should be no surprise to us if we are persecuted for identifying with Christ. Thanks for caring about me. I care about you also. But don't be too concerned for me because I believe in Pre-trib. That will not separate me from Christ. I thank you for the YouTube invite, but something deep inside my spirit tells me I need to be cautious, so I will respectfully decline.

Hebrews 10 vs 26-27 say if we sin willfully, does that mean if we sin on purpose deliberately with Full knowledge of what we are doing, we can never turn to repentance? Is the rest of our lives spent with foreboding and fear knowing hell is our destination? Because I cant seem to find Jesus anymore from the very second I wake up until I finally go to sleep I'm in fear , I have absolutely no joy in my life, I do my best to lead others to Christ but inside I feel like I've made an eternal mistake, and I dont want anyone else to make it

Mishael, in response to 2 of your posts, Angels are created beings. We see that in Colossians 1:16. They were created to serve. They are not human and Jesus Himself said they don't procreate. He further added that there is no marriage in Heaven. Our existence there will be completely different than what it is now. Some people are of the opinion they will continue to lead a Human life, marrying, having children, going to work from 8-5. But that is fiction. We will be completely transformed. So much so, that the closest Disciples of Jesus didn't even recognize Him when He appeared to them after the Resurrection. How different was He? He sat with them. He talked to them. He ate with them. And they had no clue.

Paul tells us that our mortal bodies will put on immortality when Christ returns and calls us to be with Him for all eternity. Our bodies will be incorruptible. Our minds will be incorruptible. Out hearts will be incorruptible.

We have been taught to believe that all Creation is about us; about our welfare, our joy, our delight in God, our enjoyment, our families. But is that was what our earthly creation was for? Where we created for us or for Christ? Where the Angels created for themselves or to serve God?

It is also a fiction that Angels can assume all the biological functions of Humans and procreate with them. They can't.

Joshua on Colossians 1:15 brought up an interesting question. Who is Jesus? Is He God Devine or a created being God promoted to a higher position? There is a related Central theme in Scripture we often don't pay a lot of attention to. Even Preachers seem to skip over it when referencing it. But if you don't fully understand it, the rest of Scripture becomes difficult.

I am asking the following question for all who would like to respond, on Colossians 1:16,

"For in Him all things were created, things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities. All things were created through Him and FOR Him."

I have discussed this a little with others, but I would like to look at it on its own. From:

    PURPOSE DRIVEN CREATION

    Book

Q: What does the word FOR mean? What does it mean that all things were created FOR Him?

  • Mishael on DOG SPIRITS on Deuteronomy 24:4 - 3 years ago
    Philippians 3:2 and Revelation 22:15

Beware of dogs ( Gal. 5:15), beware of evil workers, beware of the concision ( Romans 2:28)

    Revelation 22:14-15.

Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the Tree of Life, and may enter in through the gates Into the city.

For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.

You have to stop and ponder on what real dogs do. Their noses are always where they shouldn't be, etc.

It's stunning to ponder. I've worked with people like that. Run in packs; respect nothing; have to be the king of the pack.

    I said it was brutal.

A spirit is a demon; dog spirit.

Why Jesus did not make miracles in the presence of Pontius Pilatus and High Jewish religious priests.

Also, When Jesus raised from the Death He should have presented himself to the Roman government who condemned him to be crucified and the Jewish High priest that asked the Government to crucify Jesus. If He showed himself were it counts, the people of planet Earth would have accepted Christianity as their sole religion. The first one to see him was Maria Madeleine and some other unidentified women why?

I've been looking at the Dakes bible tonight. Found a lot of comment about pre-Adamic world. Gotta go get a page enlarger so I can read!

I only read the comments with scriptures. What do you think about the Dakes?

What do we do with our trials, heartaches, and burdens?

Although you try to bear them on your own, Jesus has given us the solution in His passage from His Sermon on the Mount. He says to go into an inner room, close the door, and pray to our Heavenly Father.

We all need to learn how to tslk

No, wonder David said; I looked to the hill which cometh my help, my help cometh from the Lord. After reading psalms 55. How death was all around him, and he couldn't trust anyone: so he hid himself and prayed too the Lord for help. Even his own son took it upon himself with a few people he convinced that he should be king. What doe a king do?. He pray and when God delivered him. He found out that he had more friends and people that cared about him then he could ever image.God can do anything but fail.

Doesn't something in your spirit kinda twist your gut when someone says people don't need the gospel to be preached because their name is in the Lambs book already because of pre-destination?

What if....(I love that game) heaven lost your reservation and your luggage?

Why did Jesus tell his disciples to go ye??

    Mark 6:15-20

Who told you about Jesus? That you are a sinner that would bust hell wide open if ya don't get saved?

The Holy Spirit doesn't do it the same way every time.

Proverbs 11:30> the fruit of the righteous is a Tree of Life; and he that wins souls is wise.

Ephesians 1:4&5.According as He has chosen us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love.(v5)Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by JESUS CHRIST to Himself according to the good pleasure of His will. You can,t do not one single thing to earn your salvation.Response or no response; It, all GOD.

    4. Peter told Jesus he would lay down his life for Him but Jesus told him he would do what three times?

    Leave him

    Hate him

    Die with him

Deny him < Your Choice < Correct Answer

Explanation: Jesus tells Peter that before a cock crows, Peter will deny Him three times.

    Reference: John 13:38

    CORRECT!

    my comment

here we find a interesting statement that peter said he will even die for the LORD he said this sometime before the above scripture Jesus SAID I tell you the truth before the cock Crows you would deny me 3 times but peter insisted that he will even die for him thus peter is not lying according to his knowledge JESUS HRIST did not say he is lying he is just pointing out that he is not ready to do that yet BECAUSE OF FEAR as we know in the bible Peter did love the lord more then all as we see peters journey latter he repents And JESUS strengthened him so as then later JESUS CHRIST gets him ready by many ways finally he says to him today you become a rock so on later on in history books concerning the saints PETER was now ready and actually was Crusified up side down for JESUS CHRIST and the Church because of his love for JESUS CHRIST now that he was strengthen by JESUS CHRIST to actually do what he said before not back then but latter on when he would be ready to do so as he was and did do what he said
