Comments by Alex about the lineage of Christ. Scriptures say that Christ was the Word made flesh and blood. JESUS was not of this world i.e not by any mans seed only by the living WORD MADE FLESH AND BLOOD the living WORD is Gods seed. He tells the Jews you are of this world i am not of this world, you are from beneath i am from Above, he was a celestrial being not a terestrial being. God almighty was his absolute Father thats how he had the power to sow that Good Seed the very seed of God in humanity.Jesus asked the pharisees what think ye of Christ whos seed is he? they replied Davids seed then Jesus said if David calls him Lord how can he be his son his lineage etc. then they durse not ask him any more Questions he was only the son of david SIMBOLICLY i.e this relationship between david and solomon was just a metaphor of Christ and his son the H.G. tHAT IS GONNA BUILD A GREATER TEMPLE THEN SOLOMON IN OUR HEARTS. As the kingdom is gonna be with in US SINNERS. IN OUR HEARTS ETC. GBU

For the person who was looking for the answer to Abigail being called Nabal's wife, Chapter 25 explains that she was widowed because the Most High smote Nabal for not showing David hospitality and helping him.

Because she was not a virgin bride and the genealogy would be confused by using a different title, she is called Nabal's widow, who later married David. Does that make sense?

    David's wives so far:

Michal, Saul's daughter and first wife of David

Abigail, Nabal's widow, and the second wife of David

Ahinoam the Jezreelites, and the third wife of David

One can assume the other two brides were virgins at the time of marriage.

James 2:24 Ye see then how that by works a man is justified, and not by faith only.

25 Likewise also was not Rahab the harlot justified by works, when she had received the messengers, and had sent them out another way?

26 For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.

John 14:15 If ye love me, keep my commandments.

John 14:23 Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him. 24 He that loveth me not keepeth not my sayings: and the word which ye hear is not mine, but the Father's which sent me.

Dear Brother or Sister in Christ,

I am still not satisfied with the answers given for Jesus' lineage. It is critical that Jesus be a descendant of David to fulfill the prophesy that David's son will be the ruler of the kingdom. If we use the lineage given in Matthew it connects David by blood down to Joseph which has nothing to do with Jesus' bloodline. At best Joseph is Jesus' step father, a non-blood. There is no mention that Joseph legally adopted Jesus as his son. Jesus has no blood relation or legal relation (recorded) to Joseph. And, after the story of Jesus disappearing for 3-4 days at the age of 12, after the festival of Passover in Jerusalem, Joseph is never mentioned again. He is a truly insignificant figure in Jesus' life. Whereas, his mother Mary is mentioned a number of times even at his crucifixion in John 19:26. Unfortunately, the lineage in Luke is "assumed" to be that of Mary's but not stated. For Jesus to be a blood relative of David it is important to know not assume this to be the case. In the past years, this has not been important but has become so since this is a key prophecy and fulfillment of God's covenant. The best I can come to is Jesus was a man/God and was a Spiritual son/Lord of David and of God, the Almighty.

    Respectfully,

    Alex

No man knows the day or hour, but as to the year, I speculate around 2030.The 5G network or 7G? may be the limit to man's technology, but who knows? why wait. It's best to prepare in case that day or hour comes unexpectedly. Just like a thief in the night. The clock is ticking. It already started when eve made her most lethal mistake in the garden of Eden.

Is Paul the Apostle to the Gentiles? 2 Timothy 2:15 it says to study and rightly divide the word of truth. "rightly dividing" to mean we should cut the Bible up into the parts meant for Israel and the parts meant for the Church, and only focus on the parts meant for us. is these the right interpretation to about confusion on the scripture?

  • Portia on Leviticus 20 - 3 years ago
You're right. God has not changed in any way. But h sent His son to die, and to shed His blood for our sins. Jesus made the difference. All these things were written for our learning, though we will not literally, be stoned. Yet God's laws he in Leviticus is teaching us how we should live, today even. In your natural innate, God-given mind, you would not have sex with your sister or brother. His laws still stand in such things mentioned. We must discipline ourselves to achieve balance by bringing all our faculties and power under control. The Lord uses a disciplined mind to think clearly and understand His Word and present truth effectively to the world. Why be self-discipline? See 2 Timothy 2:15: Be diligent to approve yourself to God. Let us practice self-discipline. It will be obedience to God. Instead of doing what the people in the world do, we ought to be exposing their evil. Study God's word, ask for wisdom from above.

The Bible verse is seemingly questionable. Firstly, the Lord said "Come to me, those who are heavy laden and weary. And I shall give you rest". He went on to say, "Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light". For someone who is heavy laden and again given a yoke (as mentioned above) I think it is unfathomable. You already have burden and to be given another yoke (will surely) increase burden to become unbearable. Is it His miraculous ways that He is implying here or just juggling with words? Can someone please throw more light on my curiosity?

    Titus 2:11-14 NKJV

For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men, teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly in the present age, looking for the blessed hope and glorious appearing of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ, who gave Himself for us, that He might redeem us from every lawless deed and purify for Himself His own special people, zealous for good works.

i am of the mind that because of this verse no one needs to go to an eternal hell. i went to new tribes mission with the belief that if the "little brown man in the jungle" did not hear and acceot Christ he'd go straight to hell. well this verse leads me to believe that when the little brown man dies and stands before God. God will ask him if he wants to join Him or go into eternal punishment. this,my theory, let's man off the hook as far as evangelizing the world. i mean who would choose eternal damnation? what think ye?

    1. What is the Book, Chapter and verse that states " They will be buying and selling" referring to the end times.

    2. Where are the scriptures about perversion and homosexuality Lust. There is something in the Bible I have read that said something about make up or painting there faces as the heathen do. I can't remember the verbage exactly but it that is what it referred to.

Thank You and God Bless You for your wonderful service and information.

Although Matthew Henry"s commentary is exactly correct, we all still have a desire to learn and to know about being ceremonially clean or unclean. For these things, after all, are written for our admonition/our learning, and not for nothing. I would advise that you continue, also, to read Matthew"s commentary that you may gain knowledge, wisdom, and understanding. Also, there are others, including Charles Spurgeon, C.S. Lewis, and R.C. Sproul. Since these men are, what I call, the modern apostles of our day, you may as well find yourselves a good book on "Reformed Theology". There is one titled, "What is Reformed Theology"? You can reference many others. Theology matters, following the apost

I know that KJV is God's preserved word perfect. So I'm trying to understand this verse Acts 7:55. It says Jesus is at God's right hand but I honestly was thinking Jesus is Lord thy God cause in 1 John 5:7 kjv it says they are as one. Can you explain this to me so I can explain it to others as well, because this was a questions that others have asked me as well. And he has to be God Says he was God manifest in the flesh as well.
