  • Victoria Goacher on Isaiah 11:6
This is the picture of heaven on earth "thy kingdom come, thy will be done." Daddy has always promised the promise land, and His word still is true. He never lies, He wants to see who will fight in this kingdom to rule and reign with Him.

This is a kingdom where there is peace, and joy, and love like Timothy stated. Daddy has always had this plan, and it brought through a child, name Yeshua (Jesus Christ of Nazareth). We are to be like small children coming to Him, so that He may impart Yahveh's (God)wisdom, revelation, truth, and righteousness into us by the Word spoken (John 1:1),to those who believe. Do you believe?

  • Blessing ladi on Joel 3:3
Mariage is an institutiön by God if it is based on holy matrimony but if it centred on affluence or title and material things then the end result is family crisis. Vs 14 talks about valley of decision. What plans/decision are u making about yourself & children, does it lead to eternity or hell? No pleasure here on earth that can be compared to the home that Jesus has or use 2000years to prepare for us

  • Rev. Autrey on John 1
Speaking about the advent of Jesus into the world, Isaiah says this in chapter 40: "Listen! I hear the voice of someone shouting, "Make a highway for the LORD through the wilderness, make a straight smooth road through the desert for our GOD. ...Yes, the SOVEREIGN LORD is coming in all his glorious power. ...He will lead his flock like a shepherd." What could be more clearer. Then in Isaiah 9:6 he say: "For unto us a child is born, a son is given to us. ...His name shall be called ... THE MIGHTY GOD and THE EVERLASTING FATHER. ...

Yes, this is what the prophet said about Jesus!

Do you believe the prophets or men?

  • George Hartwell on Luke 14
Verse 26 - There is nothing more precious to me than my lovely wife, my two beautiful children, other members of my wonderful family and all of my fantastic friends. My life revolves around them and I love them more than anything, including Jesus. Does that make me a bad person?
  • George Hartwell on Matthew 15
Verse 4 - does this verse mean that any child who does not obey his parents should be killed? Could someone tell me the real meaning, please?
  • Jonas T Suizo on Genesis 1
The scripture is written by inspiration of God and the interpretation is not suppose to feed the minds of the carnal minds. interpretation is profitably spiritual and never carnal for, afterall, there is no private interpretation of the scriptures. What do you mean by private interpretation? well one's interpretation should fall within the spirit of God or one should have the Spirit of God for one to be able to come up with the right interpretation. Questions, therefore, that are too carnal are not to be advised in the scriptures. For the men who wrote this were not all learned. In God everything comes by revelation and not by reason, hence, it is His Spirit and never even the spirit of a man like that of Solomon in his ways! Good for him he was part of the promise of God for his father David and that he should enjoy the works of his hands. other died having not received the promise! If you cannot understand the scriptures ask from God for He will give all. never ask anything from man! Thou fool! stop asking questions from filthy and profane people.
  • HENRYISEDE on Psalms 23:1
  • George Hartwell on 1 Samuel 15
In verse 3, the LORD is telling Saul to go and Kill everyone in Amalek. This I find highly immoral. How can a genocide such as this ever be justified?
  • George Hartwell on Luke 19
I certainly agree with Eve Midecha that verse 41 shows us how much Christ loves us. But verse 27 seems incongruous here as Jesus seems to be saying that if there is anyone who does not believe in him and follow him, then he would like to see them killed. Perhaps I have misunderstood. Does anyone know what it means? How about you, Eve. Any ideas?
  • Ciscokid on John 3
@Inyang--Where in scripture Inyang--did anyone simply "accepted" Jesus into their lives?
I know that "accepting Jesus into your heart" is the major theme in Christianity these days--but where in the scriptures can we find a PERSON who was actually saved by --- JUST-- "accepting Jesus--into their heart. Nowhere, the actual instructions HOW to receive salvation is found in Acts 2--A fact which is mostly ignored by the majority of Christians these days.s.
  • Promise Inyang on John 3:16
Wow, you know it amazing when I think of the Love of God in our life, and a lot of people today are still wondering if Jesus Christ is truely the Son of God. The bible talk about how God use is words to manifest the heaven & earth! In John chaper one the bible also give an account, how is own received him not well. My point is this; the same words that greated the heaven & the earth; the bible said the voice of God came walking in the garden, adam said I heard thy voice & I hid myself, I'm ashame of my nakedness after disobeying. But Out of love God still cloth them with an animal skin. that same voice that came walking in the garden is "JESUS" THE VOICE OF GOD BEEN MANIFESTED IN A HUMAN FLESH, for the remission of our sin' to take away the sin of the whole world against God: John 3:16, is saying that anybody that believed in this voice of God call Jesus shall never have anything against God for ever & ever.....make a wise choice today by accepting Jesus into your life, & be free person from the devil.........???????????tomorrow maybe to leta do it now.
  • John on Hebrews 10:38
do this mean i can lose my salvation if i backslide?
  • William copeland on Romans 4
Corpe Diem!!! two latin words describing Romans Chapter Four.. "Living before the Face of God" Paul expounds with mastery (under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit) what might have seemed like new teaching...maybe to the hearers a new heracy... but, backs up this new covenant relationship with the Father by using two Bulwarks from the old.. Abraham and David.. A life of favor before God produces fruit that first focuses on a limitless God (vs 19)... then keeps expectations High (vs20a)...then does not steal glory but gives it freely to the Glorious One (vs 20b)... and finally, Leaves imposssible things before the feet of God in state of peace, knowing He is able (vs 21)... Really, there is no clearer teaching in the Scripture on living a practical life of faith.. It opens the eyes of each Blood Bought believer to see behind the veil and to glean the fruit of a Spirit Filled Life. The key to it All...understand and believe that God the Father raised Jesus the Son from the dead by the Power of the Holy Spirit.. Hows it looking in your life brother and sister?
  • Vernon on Genesis 1:1
The bible says that, God created heaven and earth in the beginning. For us human beings there had to be a beginning otherwise how would we be able to understand anything with our finite minds? God's ways are not our ways, and God's thought's are not ours, because God is in heaven and we are on earth.
  • George Hartwell on Genesis 1
I am quite new to Bible reading so I have a few questions to ask. I am sorry if my questions seem naive to some people, but perhaps some kind person might help me out. Verse 3 - what was the source of the light since the Sun and the Moon and the stars were not created until verse 16? Did God ensure that the light shone on the Earth from one direction only so that night and day was created by the Earth spinning on its axis at the same rate that it spins today? Verse 11 - vegetation was created but would have required the Sun for photosynthesis. Did the light created in verse 3 also provide warmth which would also have been required? Verse 16 - before the Sun and the Moon were created, was the Earth floating about in the void not orbiting any other celestial body?
Thanks in advance to anyone who can answer me.

“Thus says the Lord (Yahweh) your Redeemer who formed you from the womb: ‘I am the Lord who made all things, who stretched out the heavens alone, who spread out the earth. Who was with me?’”
    (Is. 44:24)

“You, God, even You alone, You have made the heaven...the earth and all things” (2 Kings 19:15).

“You are the Lord, even You alone; You have made the heaven, the earth and all things” (Nehemiah 9:6).
  • Gary on Psalms 18
The praise and thanks and reliance on the Lord is great! But this Psalm is also about God's POWER that He exercised from heaven as well as through David because he was a legitimate son of God and walked in uprightness. He was eligible for God to empower him to do mighty and impossible feats by grace! He wants to use us and work THROUGH us mightily...not just for us! But how excellent are His works?!?!? You are AMAZING God!
  • Carolyn on 1 Timothy 5:8
Marriage is an oath made before God to another, for BETTER or WORSE until death do part. Kristy I commend you on staying focused on God and His word for true guidance on God's perfect plan for a man and a woman. God is not the author of divorces. God has spoken! Are we listening?
God bless you, your marriage and children.
If anyone loosed his life for my sake will save it. Luke 17:33
Hang in there for Christ sake! You will be blessed! We live by faith, not by sight. 2 Cor. 5:7. Finally, God hates divorce. Malachi 2:16. If God hate it...we too ought to hate it.
The peace of God that all understanding be with you
  • Bucks on Matthew 2
The wise men in the bible should be a resemblance of us. They studied the bible and its prophecy that helped them to find Jesus. The bible says that “When they saw the star, they rejoiced with exceeding great joy. And when they had come into the house, they saw the young child with Mary his mother, and fell down, and worshipped him: and when they had opened their treasures, they presented unto him gifts; gold, and frankincense, and myrrh.” Likewise that we should be reading and studying the Word of God with continuous praying to the almighty every single day that we may find him and worship him with exceedingly great joy and presented our gifts to Jesus.” What gifts you may ask?” The gift of our soul that we may receive him as our personal savior.
