    Sacha,

    There are many killers who feel remorse, they still killed, but that's not what I asked.

    Did Moses pay for his sin of murder, or did God sweep it away? Did it factor in with his unbelief, keeping him from entering the promised land?

    My question is in Ezekiel 37 vs 24. And David my servant shall be king over them, and they all shall have one shepherd. Does this means that prophet Ezekiel was before king David?

    Fred Scanlan - in Reply on Ezekiel 5:10

    What kind of God would send His own Son to die for the sins of the world?

    You make it sound like everyone in the world makes it to heaven. That depends the degree of Christian you are. God won't accept spiritually lazy people, only those who make the grade. If your faith was less than what's required, your soul will be tormented day and night in the lake of fire. It would seem that God only loves the ones that are good, who perpetually bend a knee for Him, the rest are cast asunder like they never were. It's such a shame all the errant seeds that landed on hot rocks.

    This is the maxim Christians adhere to for salvation, or your being will be eternally extinguished in fire and brimstone for not living up to established ethical and moral requirements set forth in the Bible. The gate is narrow, so sleep well, sheep.

    "Those have been judged to be murders are already in Hell". What about this murderer? Does Moses get special treatment, qualified immunity for his sins?

    11 And it came to pass in those days, when Moses was grown, that he went out unto his brethren, and looked on their burdens: and he spied an Egyptian smiting an Hebrew, one of his brethren.

    12 And he looked this way and that way, and when he saw that there was no man, he slew the Egyptian, and hid him in the sand.

    Do you think Paul was in the will of God when he went to Jerusalem, after he was told by Disciples in the Spirit "Don't go to Jerusalem " Acts 21:4,11 and Agabus the prophet "Thus saith the Holy Ghost...Jews at Jerusalem bind the man......" v.14 " And when he would not be persuaded, we ceased saying, The will of he Lord be done."?

    If a Christian is faithful, washed in the blood of Christ and cleansed of our sins and then dies, do they go directly to heaven at death or do we wait until the end of the world when all are raised. Does purgatory exist? What is it for and where in the Bible can I read about it?

    I have a question regarding fornication. My wife an I have both been saved sense a young age. We've been married 16 years an about a year ago we made a horrible mistake an decide to go after our own lust an invite another woman into our bed. Sense then we have both realized our faults an have turned away from that but I still struggle with lusting for that even tho I hate there very sin I committed. My question is if I hate this sin an want the lust an thoughts to be gone from my mind why do I still struggle with it so much? I've stayed in prayer asking God for forgiveness an to help me to not want the very things I hate but nothing seems to change. What am I doing wrong? has anyone else ever experienced something like this?

  • DISTRACTIONS and then THE END - 2 years ago
    Many people tried to justify homosexuality because of David's and Jonathan's, "brotherhood."

    They were both warriors; soldiers. What they did is "CUT A COVENANT with each other. Much the same as God instituted the process in Genesis with Abraham concerning the Deed of Ownership of the Land. The boundaries of Israel CANNOT be disputed; cannot be given away. No matter how much American presidents want to "make nice" with the Palestinians.

    In cutting a covenant, both persons exchange weapons, and everything they possess. They are KINSMEN. (biblically: a kindred spirit). There is zero nothing that insinuates a homosexual lifestyle.

    Im older ok? Been around since the 50's. My brain is like a recorder: audio, photographic. I remember details of all generations since. I was there. When I said this Generation is Terminal, it's based on cycles of discipline. Reality of national relationships being formed. It's plain but you have to dig like an animal. We like it served up for us and we gobble down the LIES.

    The saturation of the news (in our face) on ISSUES, keeps our focus off what the nations are doing.

    The explosion of gayness focuses us on pleasure, forcing lifestyles on others: dressing talking parenting, surgical change, make schools teach it; advent of haters, hating and prosecuting other haters. Time consuming, huh? You bet.

    We're all wrapped up in that: meanwhile, Israel's enemies have surrounded it, arming themselves to the teeth with weapons of mass destruction. Just itching to start shooting. No one sees the total fulfillment of Matthew 24, in their face!

    You're being blinded to what's really happening! They aren't going to tell the truth. Only the Bible has it written down; blow by blow. WHAT are you going to do about Jesus?? Will you warn others?

    The AGE of issues is DONE! Get ready to meet a Holy God; who is a consuming fire. WAKE UP.

    God is going to end it as soon as the first Nuke is launched at Jerusalem.

    I would like to know what other Christians think about the use of marijuana? I am a registered Florida State Medical Marijuana user, but prior to the allowance law, I used it for various medical reasons, unlawfully. I have been reprimanded by others using Rom.13:1" let every soul be subject unto the higher powers.. the powers that be are ordained of God." I was breaking the law, I was told. My objection was, we as Christians are also taught we are allowed to violate man's law when it violates God's law, example, Peter in Acts 5:21-28, Peter did not obey the Sanhedrin and the priests, --the ruling body of Israel, by teaching in Jesus's name, if he did he could not obey Matt.16:15 ." Go and teach." We are taught this means to obey the law and that God has ordained the position of government. As we know not all governments are of God, especially who reject God and His son Jesus. Government is a necessity. What do we do when we know the Government is violating God's law and His Word? Back to the issue of Marijuana. Gen.1:29 " And God said, Behold I HAVE GIVEN YOU every herb bearing seed", Gen. 1:31" Everything He had made was VERY GOOD". For thousands of years it was used variously, the plant has multi uses, Then all of a sudden ( 1939) man claims HIS creation is bad, and arrests are made of the users. Now the medicinal uses are recognized, world wide. Most of the U.S. has approved it's use medically. some states recreational. God's Word teaches moderation , study the uses of alcohol in the Bible. It has use and abuse + the wine of that day when fermenting was mixed .3 to .6 water, not like today's wine. Marijuana is the same, it can be used and abused, like anything else in this world. Growing up I had and still to some degree have ADHD. Marijuana has helped me become more focused. I was a terror growing up, always in trouble until I started using Marijuana in High School, then I was able to focus. I have 3 degrees now, Master's in Ministry study W/G mostly.

    the prince of the kingdom of Persia; v.13 = The use of the title "prince" in The Old Testament is synonymous with that in The New Testament. If this prince is indeed an angelic personality, very possibly he is one of the chief angels of whom Apostle Paul identified as a "principality".

    In the New Testament, the Greek noun (pronounced "ar-KAY") occurs in English Biblical translations as "principality" or "- ies". Apostle Paul is the primary New Testament writer who used "arche" to refer to living entities.

    The term "principalities" identify individuals occupying the highest, supreme rank, and possessing power and authority equal to that rank.

    While Paul may have referred to the Roman emperor and other political rulers of his day in certain contexts (e.g. Rom. 8:38; Tit. 3:1), he most certainly included the spirits of the angelic realm as well (cp. Eph. 3:10; 6:12; Col. 2:15), even Satan whose titles include "the prince of the power of the air" ( Eph. 2:2), and "the god of this world" ( 2Cor. 4:4).

    No doubt, Paul also considered the eschatological Antichrist of the Tribulation Period, of whom "the dragon (Satan) gave him (the Antichrist) his power, and his seat {throne}, and great authority" ( Rev. 13:2). Paul even wrote about this Satan possessed "man of sin" (2Thes. 2:3-4).

    Depraved man desires to replace worshiping JEHOVAH GOD with worshiping angels (e.g. Deu. 32:17; 1Cor. 10:20; 1Tim. 4:1).

    The New Testament often refers to the angelic realm as "principality(-ies)" linking them with:

    + angels ( Rom. 8:38);

    + "powers in heavenly places" ( Eph. 3:10);

    + "the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places" ( Eph. 6:12);

    + "all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible (? angels?)" ( Col. 1:16).

    All other New Testament usages of the noun "beginning" (arche) describe the first position in initiation, commencement, or sequence.

    Daniel 10:13; Michael = The name "Michael" means, "Who is like GOD?" He is just "one of the chief princes", meaning he occupies the rank and status of an "archangel" (Jude v.9) as a chief or prince over a number of holy angels ( Rev. 12:7).

    Some believe this Michael is the Old Testament identity of The SON OF GOD due to his description as "the great prince which stands for the children of thy (Daniel's) people (the Jews)" (12:1).

    But this Michael surely is not The SON OF GOD, for he is described simply as "one of the chief princes" (v.13), implying there are many more angels that hold the position of archangel. LORD JESUS CHRIST, The KING of kings and LORD of lords, would not occupy a title designation of equality as simply one of the chief princes.

    The reader may correctly assume that Michael champions GOD's Purposes for Israel and the Jewish nation as just one of his responsibilities. Compare the expression, "Michael your prince" (v.21).

    Hermeneutics may interpret this expression to identify Michael as an archangel rather than GOD HIMSELF or HIS MESSIAH/CHRIST. The verb "help" certainly implies a rather benign insufficiency in comparison to GOD's Omnipotence.
