  • Andrew on Matthew 26
Judas the betrayer, asked Jesus as the other apostles, IS it I? not thinking that he will receive a direct answer, IT IS YOU.
  • Debra Tilstra on Isaiah 45:7
The yin Yang of life...good evil, yes, God created good and evil just as he she said they did. These texts say God is speaking these things about him herself conflicting texts are all other people saying things about God. Why is it people pick and choose which texts they say are true, and try to reason others away? God created good and evil, end of story.
  • Scott on Genesis 2
Standing out in the middle of this chapter is the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. Can anyone imagine such a tree anywhere but precisely in the middle of the garden? The entire narrative hangs from its branches. Without it the story would simply end here. It must have seemed the tallest thing in Eden.
  • P.M.B. on Job 1:6
If these were angels, then you are saying that we become angels when we give our lives over to God, because John ch. 1 says that God gives us the power to become the sons of God?
  • May on Judges 2:13
I am shocked! Why don 't the preachers know about this?
  • FESTUS NGWENAH on Job 38
38 When the dust groweth into hardness, and the clods cleave fast together? Physicists wrongly believe that hydrogen and dust well pulled together to form stars and planets etc. Here God is showing that there is a greater force than gravity that can pull hydrogen and dust particles together to form hardness or other elements. Matter was not created at the Big Bang, God created matter before the big bang, if ever there was any big bang. Verse 41 shows that even animals cry to God and He hears them, He feeds the young ravens. We are of more value than the young raven, His son died for you, therefore we are more blessed. Job had little knowledge of creation, so God was teaching Him about creation and existence.
  • on John 1:1
Jesus has a divine nature just like how All of God 's angels have a divine nature. But even then even, imperfect human Judges Rulers were called gods. John 10 34 "Jesus answered them, "Is it not written in your Law, 'I have said you are "gods " '? " Exodus 4 16 " He will speak for you to the people, and he will be your spokesman, and you Moses will serve as God to him. " Exodus 7 1 " The LORD then said to Moses See, I have made you like God to Phar 8242 aoh " 1Corinthians 15 40 "And there are heavenly bodies and earthly bodies but the glory of the heavenly bodies is one sort, and that of the earthly bodies is a different sort. " 1Corinthians 15 47 " The first man is from the earth and made of dust the second man is from heaven. "
  • Jody on Malachi 3:10
I remember when I was a little girl we would store all our caned veggies in the cellar which could mean store house. So all through the winter we would have enough food in our house. well as a church we could do the same thing to feed the people but we rely on the world to do this now as a nation we are cursed with a curse cause so many people are starving because we don 't do the things we used to do. Malachi 3 9 Ye are cursed with a curse for ye have robbed me, even this whole nation. Go back to verse 8 and it asks us wherein have we robbed thee? That is not talking just about money. Go down to Malachi 15 it talks about those have worked wickedness even they who do that can be delivered if you come back to him and do the thing that you did when you were when you served the Lord God in heaven he is the only one that we should serve. when we give all of ourselves and tithes and offerings to the Lord God only then all his blessing will be poured out and our minds can not even comprehend how much that would be cause we have lived to our worldly ways for so long! If we do just support our churches with 10 money dose that really fix things to where he will pore out his blessings on us? I do not think it dose.
  • Rev Chris Miller on Mark 16:18
There is no Mark 16 18. The KJV is based on an inferior text. The verses 9 20 are based on a later manuscript the early texts do NOT include these verses. As a matter of fact, Mark 16 18 is in direct contradiction to Matthew 4, where the devil tempts Jesus in the wilderness. This is no different than the devil 's demand he throw himself off the temple. "You shall not put your God to the test. Why do you insist on using an inferior text as the basis for your faith? Why wouldn 't you want the most accurate text of the Bible? Why do you risk your faith on a bible that didn 't even have a complete NT in Greek, so they had to retranslate the Latin back into Greek then into English. That is 3 translations. By the 3rd time, good luck. Pr Chris
  • Sabina on Esther 1
ESTHER is a tale of tales, it reveals the worldly grandeur V s Core values. Esther an Orphan, an empty vessel is used through God 's providence to preserve a WHOLE nation. Where do we place ourselves in this story? Our positions can be located using God 's Positioning System in this story.
  • Liberty on Genesis 6:2
Is there any place in the bible where women are regarded as daughters of God? In acknowledging the position Man occupies in the hierarchy of creation, he is Called Son of God. while woman that was form from the man, is described as daughters of men. Angels have never been described as son of God. for unto which of the angels saith he at any time, thou art my son? the angels are created as servants or ministering spirit and have no male or female organ. man is created as son, Lk 3.38
  • Martin kinyua gatimu on John 16:33
once you become a follower of Christ you categorically declare yourself an enemy of Satan.he will in all manners try to challenge you in order for you to back slide.this might be manifested in form of sickness, hatred by others, disappointment by others, lack of job, feeling to commit suicide, loneliness, disagreement, shortage of money, being cornered to corruption you ,know all sort of challenges to make you quit Christianity, that would make you renounce your faith in Christ, that would make you negate existence of the living God.but the bible says, happy are those who shall hold unto the end,who relinquish not their faith, you know it like disciple when sailing in the sea and strong winds and waves hit .who do you turn your eyes to?where does our help come from?
  • Irvin T Tshili on Matthew 2
what do the gifts represent in verse 11?
  • Rev. Autrey on Hebrews 1
Verses 8 12 8 But about the Son he says, "Your throne, O God, will last for ever and ever, and righteousness will be the scepter of your kingdom. 9 You have loved righteousness and hated wickedness therefore God, your God, has set you above your companions by anointing you with the oil of joy or by making you Christ . " 10 He also says, "In the beginning, O Lord, you laid the foundations of the earth, and the heavens are the work of your hands. 11 They will perish, but you remain they will all wear out like a garment. 12 You will roll them up like a robe like a garment they will be changed. But you remain the same, and your years will never end. " This is Jesus talking about himself, or himself when he is born on earth as a human. Notice that he calls himself both God and Lord, or Lord God. This is unmistakable proof that Jesus is God. What more evidence do we need? That 's why the four books of the Gosple are about Jesus. We see this in the writings of Paul, too. We also see this in the Book of Revelation. It 's so sad that the world has lost sight of this wonderful truth. If they knew it that would not be so quick to dishonor Jesus. And they surely would not have killed him when he was here. But you may say, what about the Father? The Father is God 's other personality, the way God directs his affairs. But in all cases, Jesus is the way God speaks to us, and the way he died on the cross for us. God bless you!
  • Dollars Powers on Nehemiah 1:5
"O LORD God of heaven, the great and terrible God " how terrible is our God? the bible says God 's word is a two edged sword, no wonder the psalmist said God works in mysterious ways and no man can fathom his ways.
  • Robert on Proverbs 5:16
Various translations seem to have confliction here. Some say "let they fountains be dispersed " ans some say "let not " or ask a retorical question that seems to mean "let not ". Help me make sense of this?
  • How can so many educated people be so wrong? read and re read the Good Book you will come to the conclusion that it is indeed talking about those fallen ones 3rd part? Unmistakable makes you wonder are these people deliberately giving false info or is it the spirit of the beast?
  • Eddy on Acts 8:33
Who shall declare HIS generation? for HIS LIFE is taken from the earth...means that Our LORD JESUSCHRIST did not had any children decendants.
  • Why is it so difficult to transfer our belief system to our children? It seems like they want to be defiant from the beginning. Our loved ones are the closest to our hearts, and yet they are the fartherest away!!! Why do you think this is true?
  • Mathew are you serious? This is about the last days. Its a general reference to the state of mind that Mankind will have. They will feel at ease, like it says and they will be eating and drinking and giving in marriage. Its only stating that people will have basically forgotten about God. Just when they think, where is this God of yours , where is the promise of his coming? IT has NOTHING to do with the character of King Arthur! sheesh How in the world you could ever come up with that idea I surely do not know. This is the state of mind our world is in at this moment. I looked this up only because there will be covenant made with Israel for seven years of peace and who but the pope is visiting with Israeli and Palestinian leaders this very weekend. Will this be the very covenant to bring in the beginning tribulation period? If not I think its right around the corner with all that is going on. Russia and China are getting all cozy together. Russia is pushing its limits again. And the U.S. ? We are right in the middle of all kinds of things.
  • Simon on Hebrews 4
To enter into his Rest is to Remember the Sabbath day to keep it holy Exodus 20 8. Hebrews 4 4 9 4And in this place again, If they shall enter into my rest. 6Seeing therefore it remaineth that some must enter therein, and they to whom it was first preached entered not in because of unbelief 7Again, he limiteth a certain day, saying in David, To day, after so long a time as it is said, To day if ye will hear his voice, harden not your hearts. 8For if Jesus had given them rest, then would he not afterward have spoken of another day. 9There remaineth therefore a rest to the people of God. Harden not your hearts for Jesus did kept the 7th day sabbath and since we all claim to love him we should not harden our hearts but follow him. John 14 15 Jesus said, "If you love me keep my commandments " Please people of this world stop saying and start following. Matthew 7 21 "Not everyone who says to me, 'Lord, Lord, ' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. Roman 7 7 7What shall we say then? Is the Law sin? May it never be! On the contrary, I would not have come to know sin except through the Law for I would not have known about coveting if the Law had not said, "YOU SHALL NOT COVET. " God wrote it with his finger that makes it special.. Love the written word literally because God Loves us Jesus is all the world to me my life my joy my all he is my friend from day to day without him I am lost Thank you Jesus
  • Rev. Autrey on Matthew 11
Verse 28 "Then Jesus said, 'Come to me, all you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. ' " Let 's get to the point Jesus is making. You can 't come to Jesus unless you talk to him in prayer. And you can 't pray to him unless he is God. Jesus is God and always has been. We just have not been taught this. And that is a shame. God talks to us like this. "Hi! I 'd like to say good morning to you. I am Jesus. The Father sends his greetings, too. " And when we ask Jesus to show us the Father, he says, "When you see me you see the Father who sent me, " meaning that the Father and Jesus are the same God. And Jesus finishes his greetings by saying, "By the way, the Holy Spirit sends his greetings, too, " meaning the Holy Spirit is the same God the Father and Jesus are. " That is why Jesus said to Nicodemus, 'You are a respected Jewish teacher and yet you don 't understand these things? I assure you, I am telling you what WE know and have seen, and yet you won 't believe US. " The WE and the US are Jesus, the Father, and the Holy Spirit, all three personalities of the same God. I hope this helps us better understand God!

  • George Hartwell on Matthew 1
Verse 23 says that the child 's name should be Emmanuel but verse 25 says that he ends up being called Jesus. Please excuse my ignorance, but why is this, please? Thanks.
  • George Hartwell on Matthew 1
I had always understood that many christians believe that Mary was always a virgin. Verses 24 and 25 seem to imply that she and Joseph "came together " after Jesus was born. Could anyone clarify this point for me, please? Thanks.
  • Glenn Ford on 1 Esdras 1
Old testament of what was why shouldn't it be included? It may have been written during them 400 silent years, but life still existed and God was not silent He still gave inspiration to men. As someone mentioned, same God, same people and same places. These days men are still being inspired by Elohim talking it over
  • George Hartwell on Matthew 1
I wonder why it is that we are given the genealogy that shows Joseph 's ancestors, but then we are told that Joseph is not Jesus ' father after all? Does this not make the genealogy meaningless?
  • Jen on Luke 4
  • Tahni on Mark 2:22
What does this verse mean? Why was the comment made after speaking of how we are to fast when Yeshua is not on earth. Does fasting make somethimg happen to the body which is beneficial toward receiving a renewed spirit?
  • Faith is the key to Salvation. In order to please God, we must first believe that He is and that He is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him. Hebrews 11 6 Someone above asked the question "how do I build my faith? " It starts by falling down on our knees. Prayer is our connection to God through His dear Son Jesus. The more we bow down to Christ, the more He reveals Himself to us, and will baptize us with the Holy Ghost, which is the Spirit of Truth. Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God. Romans 10 17 Read the word of God and pray. Faith is saying Lord, I don 't see you, but I know you are real. I 'm going to pray and read your Word, until you make yourself known to me. We have to diligently seek God, and when we show God we are sincere, He will reveal Himself to us. This isn 't done with the natural mind nor can be. God is a Spirit and they that worship Him must worship Him in Spirit and in truth. John 4 24 Not what the eyes see, but what the heart believes. This is a faith walk.
