  • Evangelist Chatauna Robinson on Genesis 1
Hello Paul Barker I do not understand your point about Adam having a soul? Man is made up of body, soul, and spirit, 1 Thessalonians 5 23 And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless into the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ . The reason why I stated that he has a soul is because after God breathe the breath of life into him he became a living soul, therefore he has a soul. The point is that God, who inspired Moses to write the first five books of the Bible, had him distinctly write that particular difference between man and the other creations he made. The other fact is that there is nowhere in the Bible where it mentions souls that it refers to animals. So even if you wanted to argue the point that Adam became a living soul instead of having one, then the other humans that came from Adam had a soul as well. Once again the important thing here is that God made it a specific point to make sure that Moses wrote the difference between the creations. After the flood and everyone was destroyed the Bible only mentioned that 8 souls were in the Ark. We know that there were animals in there, so then the 8 souls were human. This is another distinction that God had Moses to write. In the end, all of these people who are saying that their animals are like human they are not. They have no SOULS.
  • Jessiemiel vallestero on Acts 20:28
hi, anyone... why Mr. George Lamsa 's version of ACTS 20 28 is church of "Christ " not church of "GOD? " i really want to know what comes to his mind to change it from "GOD " to "CHRIST " reply Because God Has no BLOOD He is A Spirit
  • Insight 777 on Genesis 3
So he drove out the man and he placed at the east of the garden of Eden Cherubims, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to keep the way of the tree of life. If one believes the story is literal and not a parable, where is EDEN? The earth is real, man and woman are real and I believe cherubims are real. God did not destroy Eden but instead placed Cherubims to protect it, so if Eden is a real place then man should be able to see it today from a distance. The cherubims would also be visable. In Ezekiel 28 12 19 the prophet Ezekiel the "son of man " sets down God 's word against the king of Tyre the king was the "seal of perfection ", adorned with precious stones from the day of his creation, placed by God in the garden of Eden on the holy mountain as a guardian cherub. But the king sinned through wickedness and violence, and so he was driven out of the garden and thrown to the earth, where now he is consumed by God 's fire The Eden in Ezekiel appears to be located in Lebanon by some scholars. Juris Zarins believes that the Garden of Eden was situated at the head of the Persian Gulf, where the Tigris and Euphrates Rivers run into the sea, from his research on this area using information from many different sources, including Landsat images from space. However, even from space there is no area seen on earth unoccupied by man, full of trees and animals, that is surrounded by cherubims with flaming swords. It is my belief that Eden symbolically represents the Earth at Peace. Man, sinning by turning away from God, began to tell lies, placing blame where it did not belong. Adam did not want to take responsibility for his wrongdoing. The peaceful harmony of Eden, Earth at Peace, can not exist with men that do not tell the truth. So the earth will never be at peace until the return of Jesus because there are instruments of war, represented by the cherubims, protecting Peace. It is ironic that on earth now Peace is protected by War or the threat of it and Life by Death.
  • Evangelist Chatauna Robinson on Acts 2
Part 2 of 2 So tell me who was in the beginning? Who made the World? Who did not receive who? Who came in the flesh? The answer to all these questions is Jesus Christ. 1 Timothy 3 16 And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles believed on in the world, received up into glory . If I can say it like this, the scripture states it is a mystery that this took place, but it still took place. God came in the flesh. Who preached to the Gentiles? Who was received up into glory? The answer is Jesus Christ. AMEN.
  • James on Acts 2
Oneness theology teaches that God was in the mode of the Father in the Old Testament. God was seen in the OT not as a vision or a dream or an angel in the following verses Exo. 6 2 3 Gen. 19 24 Num. 12 6 8 . But, Jesus said no one has seen the Father John 6 46 . If they were seeing God Almighty Exo. 6 2 3 but it wasn 't the Father, then who was it?
  • Evangelist Chatauna Robinson on Acts 2
Part 4 of 5 In John 14 8 to 10, Jesus acknowledges he is the Father. Philip saith unto him, Lord, shew us the Father, and it sufficeth us. Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you and yet has thou not known me, Philip? He that hath seen me hath seen the Father and how sayest thou then, Shew us the Father? Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? The words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works . The flesh is a house in which the spirit and soul resides. In 11 Corinthians 5 19 To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation .
  • Bill on Romans 7:24
Paul cries out in Romans 7 24, O wretched man that I am! who shall deliver me from the body of this death? The apostle s unredeemed soul was working in league with his body, holding him back from serving God. He refers to it as the law of sin and death Rom. 8 2 . But in the same verse Paul reveals the secret of victory over this law. It is another law, the law of the spirit of life in Christ which frees believers from the law of sin and death. Some call it the law of counteraction. credit James Hollandsworth 3 Tenses of Salvation
  • Bill on Galatians 2:20
Which answer best describes your relationship with the Lord? a. I have been saved. b. I am being saved. c. I will be saved. d. all of the above. Of course, the correct answer for all born again children of God is d. all of the above. The extent of your reward or loss at the Judgment Seat will be determined by the extent to which your soul is saved in this life. credit James Hollandsworth the Three Tenses of Salvation
  • Karen on 1 John 4:17
I love our Lord and praise, worship, thank and acknowledge Him for His pure and great love. I am seeking to apply His Holy Word to my life, dividing God 's Word rightly. Is it Biblical to apply Christ 's healing to my body for as Christ is so am I in this world?

  • Evangelist Chatauna Robinson on Genesis 4
Hello George Hartwell You did not read my other comments I take it? We can deduce that Adam and Eve had girl children as well. Cain took a wife. It was not Eve. Therefore, Eve had to have other children besides Cain and Abel. Also we do not know if Abel had any children. We do not know how old any of them are during this time spoken of. We know that after Cain slew Abel, Eve had another son named Seth. Seth had Enos and this is when men began to call on the name of the Lord. These individuals are the main characters in the creation and the beginning of all human life on Earth, then one can only deduce that the other children were there and not mentioned. This is not saying that they were less important this is saying that the main events that centered on the beginning and upcoming events emphasis was placed on these main characters. However, this could be also a way of letting us know that there were more children born unto Adam and Eve, who may have included other male offspring as well this, is why Cain was worried. It is not impossible for one woman to have more than 50 children of her own. The Guinness Book of World Records The record for most children born to a single couple belongs to the first wife of Feodor Vassilyeva of Russia. In 27 pregnancies between 1725 and 1765 she gave birth to 16 pairs of twins, 7 sets of triplets, and 4 sets of quadruplets for a grand total of 69 children .
  • Evangelist Chatauna Robinson on Genesis 2
Hello George Does rest mean that he went to sleep? Not all the time does rest mean to sleep does it? When you rest do you go to sleep or do you relax. When you have finished a project that you are creating don 't you stop and enjoy what you have created? I think he merely stopped for a moment in his time and admired what he had done. If the scripture states he rested then he rested. Does this negate his power? The answer is, no it does not. Here is one scripture that talks about his omnipotence. Revelation 19 6 And I heard as it were the voice of a great multitude, and as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of mighty thunderings, saying, Alleluia for the Lord God omnipotent reigneth.
  • Evangelist Chatauna Robinson on Genesis 1
Part 2 of 3 Moses restated not only about the animals, but the herbs and some other things. The reason why he restated what happened about the animals because he wanted the reader to know that God brought those same animals that he had created unto Adam to name. Have you ever read a good book or seen a good movie, well the author always brings the reader up to speed about the events that happened in some point or another in the story? Even a good miniseries at the beginning of each day the miniseries airs it gives a re account of the previous day events. This is what happened with Moses. The Bible is the truth.
  • Chuck hulsey on Daniel 9:27
"He will confirm a covenant with many " is this not the Holy Spirit on the day of pentecost? Is not all of Daniel 9 the first coming of Christ, an end of the sacrifice, the anointing of the Holy one, the giving of the Holy Spirit, the desolation of Israel, and possibly the rebuke on Rome? Seventy 7s 490 years after Daniel received the message from Gabriel, Christ was crucified. cut off . Seven 7s and sixty two 7s 483 years after the decree to rebuild the temple Ezra Christ went to the cross. The issue to rebuild the temple was 7 years after Gabriel gave Daniel the message, for Daniel would not know when the decree was to be given for it was 7 years later to confirm to us it was true prophecy. The following "one 7 " one week has nothing to do with the other 2 previous groups of 7s years. Is not the "one 7 " the week of pentecost, confirming the New Covenant? Pre tribers have jumped to wrong conclusions. The rapture is just before the 7th trump of revelation right after the 6 trump. Revelation 10 7 and 1 Corinthians 15 51 52. There are no other trumps in the new testament. Pre trib rapture is immature wishful interpretation. I could write a book about it but others have. Only the enemy would fool us to believe we should not be ready for the testing and only be ready for the rapture which pre tribers believe born again 's will miss if they 're "not ready ". In a way rejecting eternal security. eternal security is mostly calvinistic though others pick the best of both views. Pre tibers also believe the most exalted saints the tribulation saints miss the wedding of the lamb. RIDICULOUS!! "for I saw the souls of those... " Revelation 20 4 5 The tribulation saints coming to life is the first resurrection AND the dead in Christ rising, and is BEFORE the RATURE!!! 1Thessalonians 4 13 17. Be ready for at least the first 6 trumps come before the rapture. I hope I 'm wrong, if I am no loss, If I 'm right pre tribers will be taken off guard and terrified. The dome of the rock islam 's temple is where it should not be, it is the modern day abomination standing where it does not belong. Only Zionist Christians believe the temple will be rebuilt and sacrifices start again. They are trying to make this come to pass. this would insult God after Christ was the final sacrifice!! Think hard study hard have faith in Jesus.
  • George on Genesis 4
Why is He only called thr "Lord " in this chapter, and not "God? "
  • George on Genesis 2
On what day did He make man? Surely not on the seventh, so it must have been later. And Eve didn 't exist when He told Adam not to eat of the tree, so how can she be blamed?
  • George on Genesis 2
So God needs to rest? He was apparently not omnipotent. I wonder where that notion came from?
  • George Hartwell on Genesis 4
In verse 14, Cain is worried that everyone that finds him shall slay him. This seems a strange thing to worry about because there are only two other people alive at that time his parents. Am I mis understanding?
  • George Hartwell on Genesis 1
Hello Evangelist Chatauna Robinson. I can see in Genesis Chapter 1 verses 24 26, God made animals before humans. I can see in Genesis Chapter 2 verses 7 19, God made humans before animals. Why is it that, in Genesis, there are two accounts of the Creation? Why do they contradict each other? Only one can be right which one? I have noticed that there are two accounts of the flood as well. If the bible is inspired by God, why did he do this? I think that there must be a hidden meaning in the existence of multiple accounts of the same event but with contradictory details but I cannot think what this meaning could be. What do you think?
  • Evangelist Chatauna Robinson on Genesis 12
Part 3 of 5 God salvation was for Abram to get out from amongst his kindred and go into a land that God would show him. His reminder of this salvation was the covenant he would make with him through the circumcision of all the males with Abraham. There is no Bible reference to any women being circumcised. It was only with the males. Also did you know that our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ was circumcised as well, St. Luke 2 21? Now for all men, especially Christian men, if our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ was circumcised then all men should be circumcised. He is our example.
  • Evangelist Chatauna Robinson on Genesis 4
Part 1 of 2 Hello James Mbuga Yes, but what happens when death comes? What happens when grace runs out for you? Hebrews 9 27 And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment What happens to sow a man soweth that shall he also reap? Cain was immediately punished for what he done. There is a point in time when God will say enough is enough and let punishment take its course. Romans 12 19 Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath for it is written, Vengeance is mine I will repay, saith the Lord . The beauty about the Grace Age is that we are allowed a chance to repent before it is too late. However, once your time comes, whether it is through death or reaping what you have sown, punishment, vengeance, or retribution for you have done comes. Can God forgive you after you realize your mistake, yes he can, the question is will he?
  • Evangelist Chatauna Robinson on Genesis 8
This is my second time submitting this. I hope it come out. Hello George Hartwell Part 1 of 3 I ask this question with respect. Are you a true Christian? On faith I believe God s word. Because I have followed Acts 2 38 because of God s mercy and grace shown unto me, I know that what I am in is real and the truth is God s word. John 17 17 Sanctify them through thy truth thy word is truth . So I did not have to be there, I just believe in what I am reading, the understanding that I have, the lesson that I have learned under Holy Ghost filled men and women, the teaching that the Holy Ghost who was sent back in Jesus Christ name has given me, is real and factual.
  • Dan on Hebrews 10:26
Scary verse. I 've read some comments say, Saved or unsaved sinners will not go to heaven... ??? How can one be saved but go to hell ? In such case, what are we saved from ? I have like many, willingly sinned after knowing the truth, not that I am proud of it and I 'd be foolish to say that it won 't happen again... but we have a saviour who took our sins upon himself not only for past sins but all sins... And this is done out of a love beyond comprehension... Those who once accepted the gift of God 's son in their lives and who continue to live a sinful life... God will reach them in his own way. Those who will cry Lord, Lord on judgement day... will be the ones who lived their lives with the thought of never needing Jesus.. Those who judged others. Read Luke 18 12 14
  • Bill on Romans 5:2
What is the key that unlocks accesses grace? It is faith dependence on God, as opposed to self dependence. Faith, in this context, is a choice to rely upon God to appropriate His grace in any given situation, whether victory over sin or endurance amid trials, etc. It is trusting in the Lord with all the heart rather than leaning to our own understanding. It is asking for God s enablement, in any given situation, and then believing He has already given it. Pastor James Hollandsworth Kingdom Preparation

Part 3 of 3 Now concerning this Geologic Column There are 10 misconceptions about the column itself according to Steven A. Austin, PhD. Which one do you prefer to? Dr. Austin gives the misconceptions and then he makes the corrections, I believe. Under Misconception number 7, Dr. Austin makes the following statement There is good reason to believe that entire strata systems, and even groups of systems, were accumulated in a hydraulic cataclysm matching the description of Noah s Flood in the Bible . In the end, when it is all said and done the flood happened as the Bible stated. This Earth and heaven will pass away with fire. A new Heaven and Earth will come. Amen.

It s about Psalm 24 4. Please, could anyone help me with the following 4 He that hath clean hands, and a pure heart who hath not lifted up his soul unto vanity, nor sworn deceitfully. 'SOUL ' there wasn t such word in classic Hebrew in the Greek sense of an entity which is separated from one s body. Why is it,then the KJV has put 'soul '? Thanks a lot, Joseph.
  • Bill on Genesis 32
How can Jacob prevail against Christ in a wrestling match? After all, Christ is God and possesses all power. The answer is that Jacob prevails in the sense that he resists God s working in his life. God desires to purge Jacob and, indeed, has given him opportunities to be purged and to grow, but Jacob continues to resist. In his resisting Jacob prevails. Thus Christ, seeing Jacob s obstinate spirit, takes severe measures in order to teach His child to yield. How does he accomplish this? By touching the hollow of Jacob s thigh in essence, dislocating Jacob s hip. God is demonstrating to Jacob Who is actually in control. At that point, Jacob knows he is wrestling with God. Jacob realizes that God in His mercy is allowing him to continue. James Hollandsworth

FOOD FOR THOUGHT! If Zion represent the people of God and Its habitation, why are the people in these places at tremble. Why do God 's people tremble at his coming or being at hand? Is this judgment first in the house of God? Should we not rejoice in his appearance to us or even his acts toward the nation.
