Christians have a decision to make: whether to trust and follow God's morals or the world's morals? Christianity (folllowing Jesus) isn't a one time event, but a lifelong pursuit. 1 Corinthians 9:24. It says to run the race (effort); it doesn't say the race is already finished. Some get off course and don't care.

Some Christians follow God's morals only to the point where it conflicts with the world's morals, then proceed with the world's morals instead. The result is following the world ( 1 John 2:15).

Despite Acts 2:38 saying to be baptized, some say "don't" be baptized.

Despite John 14:6 saying to go to Jesus, some say to go through a 'prophet' or pope.

Despite James 4:17 saying to avoid sin, some claim it's bad and 'legalism' to avoid sin.

Despite Psalm 139:13 saying unborn babies are special, some claim killing them is ok.

Despite Ezra 7:13 saying people have freewill, some claim they "don't" have freewill.

Despite Matthew 7:13 saying most people will go to hell, some say most will "not" go to hell.

Despite Matthew 10:28 warning us about hell, some say "there is no hell."

Despite 1 Timothy 2:12 saying women shouldn't teach, some say they "should."

Despite Leviticus 20:13 saying homosexuality is a sin, some say it's "not" a sin.

Despite John 15:10 saying to obey, some say it's ok to "not" obey.

Despite John 1:1 saying Jesus (the Word) is God, some say Jesus is "not" God.

Despite 1 John 5:7 saying 3 are one, some say the 3 are "not" one.

The rationalizing pattern seems to be: "No, the Bible doesn't say [what it actually says], but says [something I'm more comfortable with]". This format seems awfully similar to Genesis 3:4 where satan says "Ye shall NOT surely die." Satan is called the father of lies for a reason and some Christians assume they are immune to it.

Rationalizing the world's morals over God's morals seems to require ignoring scripture. Does anyone agree?

So, should we follow God's Word or man's word (which might be satan's word)?

    God bless...

    In regards to Titus 3:1

I was on another website and a person said (in regards to the Covid virus regulations) the "wearing of a mask and distancing 6 feet is Satanic and idol worship."

Titus 3:1 says we are supposed to be subject to our masters- (even if it's the Government or State?)

    Now I'm worried.

Also, I haven't taken the "vaccine" because I think IT IS Satanic.

I can understand where that person is coming from. I'm sure the virus is a man-made, deliberate death sentence to decrease the population. People are dying from that untested, toxic cocktail of biohazard waste. And they are forcing people to take it- OR ELSE. At first I wondered, "Could this be the mark of the beast?" I don't think it is but it illustrates how deceived people are. If they will run to get vaccinated, imagine how fast they will run when the antichrist shows up.

What are your thoughts on this dog and pony show??

The trinity is very simply its Father Son and Granson just like Abraham Issac and Jacob were Father Son and GRANSON. And God tells Moses his name IS Abraham Issac and Jacob, That is my name forever and my memorial to all generations. Why wd God tell Moses that his name was abraham issac and jacob ? Simply b/c God himself is gonna be multiplied as the stars of heaven just as Abraham was multiplied as the sands of the seas so God will be multiplied as the stars of heaven that was the great Promise when God swore by him very self.

This will happen when the sower of the good seed will go forth and sow his seed The living word in humanity. Thats why Jesus said to whom the word came it made them Gods as the good seed is the living word of God. Now we see that Jesus is gona multiply himself in humanity via his seed. That was the Promise ( multiplication of his seed ) The H.G. is the Granson that is gonna be regenerated as the stars of heaven thus an Israel of God. The H.G. is in rank with Jacob the Granson but the H.G. Answers to the heavenly Jacob that is coming an Israel of GOD. via the seed of Christ which are spirits as Jesus said that which is BORN of the spirit is spirit, Thats the H.G. the Israel of God. Our new innerman,or rather our new heart and new spirit. Thats y Jacob's name was changed to Israel the heavenly Jacob is the Israel of God. And Jesus is the sower of that good seed thus its Jesus who is the Father of that heavenly Child the H.G. The Child of PROMISE Thus the Child is the Granson.

    To; MM Maqhutyana,

Prayer for your continued safety. May you NOT be "fixed" one by one! In Jesus name! But rather, that your enemies would be scattered. I also pray for them right now that they would be brought low to repentance and arise new creatures in Christ Jesus, amen? Amen! I ask it in Jesus name! Thank You God! Aleleuia
  • WHO WILL YOU CHOOSE TO BELIEVE - 2 years ago
Jesus saved me from sure death. He reached into my living hell and pulled me up out of despair and darkness of the occult.

I was free but if you only have 10 minutes of Bible in you (like me) "they" come back to steal, kill, destroy. The manifestations were frightening.

I knew I had to be baptized to show that I had a new life and a new Lord. I only knew that the Blood of Jesus could save me. I went under the water in victory, and came up Clean.

There are people who have done so much bad or just plain evil; consciously and unconsciously. Let them know THE BLOOD OF JESUS will absolutely defeat anything satan has in his arsenal. If you were being held down with an invisible hand over your mouth..your Born Again Spirit can reach Gods throne and armies of angels immediately if you plead the Blood of Jesus.

You must be born again, washed in Jesus blood.

Someone may read this and help someone else get free. If someone says there is no hellthey can't help people like I was. Example: look what satan did to Job. Job didn't do anything. I think God is trying to show us who really causes all the bad things that happen.

That was before the Son of God came to earth and became the Son of Man (human) as a newborn baby. When Jesus died on the Cross, Satan believed he had won! He killed the son of God (who also was fully human). Jesus came out of the tomb with Authority, Power over Death, Hell and the Grave. He went down to the prison of people satan incarcerated; and took the keys!!! One of those keys said, Mishael.

Hell was emptied that day. But now all people have a CHOICE to make: eternal life with Jesus, OR by neglecting so great a salvation.they will end up in hell to be judged at the Great White Throne judgment. BECAUSE THEY DID NOT CHOOSE JESUS. The verdict will be eternal separation in Hell.

Anyone who says there is no hell is a false teacher. Jesus preached on hell more than anyone else in the Bible. Who are you going to believe?

Revelation 22:14-15. Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.

:15 For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.

Have you noticed in the conclusion of all things? The judgement and fire have past and the redeemed inside the gate and sinners left out?

"So much for fire refining the sinner and all people going to heaven."

If that don't do it here's another verse in the same chapter.

verse :11 He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still.

In the conclusion here I don't see everyone being refined by fire and going to heaven!
  • S Spencer - 2 years ago
    The conclusion of all things.

    Revelation 22:1-7.

Let's skip ahead to 2 neglected verses.

Revelation 22:10-11. And he saith unto me, Seal not the sayings of the prophecy of this book: for the time is at hand.

He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still.

Here's where the unjust will remain unjust, and the just will remain just. Meaning judgement is past tense by the time we get here.

Revelation 22:12. And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be. Sounds familiar? ( 1 Corinthians 3:14-15.)

Revelation 22:14-15. Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.

For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.

Verse 14 we have the redeemed! They're the just that will stay just mentioned in verse 11. How did they do his commandments? By Atonement!

    Romans 3:24-28.

Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:

    Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God;

To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus.

Where is boasting then? It is excluded. By what law? of works? Nay: but by the law of faith.

Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law.

    Also: 1 John 2:1-2.

    And Hebrews 10:14-17.

    Revelation 5:9. And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation;

    God bless.

I feel pressured to get baptized in Jesus name which is fine because I love Jesus but I have already been baptized in the name of the Father the Son and the Holy Spirit. I was reading the book of Matthew, and in chapter 28 verse 19 Jesus himself says that we are to be baptized in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. So who do we listen to Peter? Acts 2:38, or Jesus, Matthew 28:19?
  • Philip Christian Parks on Matthew 24 - 2 years ago
Matthew 24:40; "taken left" = The word "flood" (vv. 38-39) translates from the Greek noun root "" (transliterated "kataklusmos"; pronounced "kata-klooce-MOS"), which derives the English noun "cataclysm," which speaks of either a social, political, or geographical disruption so violent as to result in mass and total destruction. Certainly the flood of Noah's day qualifies this description.

This verse (v.40) does not describe the Rapture of the Church. Those taken, are taken to be judged (cp. Lu. 17:34-37). Those left, are left to inhabit the Kingdom.

LORD JESUS qualified the word "taken" in Luke 17:37 when HIS disciples asked HIM, "[Taken] Where, Lord?" The LORD answered, "Wheresoever the body {contextually a corpse; carcass} is, there will the eagles {vultures; carrion eaters} be gathered together."

Those who are "taken" identify with those whom The LORD will "gather together" ( Rev. 16:16; 19:19) to judge them during Armageddon. Luke's expression as recorded in Luke 17:34 also agrees with Apostle John's description of "the Supper of the Great GOD" during which "fowls that fly in the midst of heaven" will assemble "to eat the flesh of" the armies of the Antichrist and his false prophet (see Rev. 19:17-18).

Those who are "left" will "live and reign with CHRIST a thousand years" ( Rev. 20:4).

The generation affected by the Flood presents a great typology: The earth's entire population were "taken" in judgment by the flood. In contrast, Noah and his family were "left" to replenish the earth.

Moreover, GOD "took" the entire population of Sodom and Gomorrah in judgment when HE destroyed the cities with fire and brimstone. Nevertheless, GOD preserved Lot and his daughters when HE "left" them out of harm's way.

In HIS parable of the net, The LORD graphically proclaimed this eschatological "taking" and "leaving": "So shall it be at the end of the world: the angels shall come forth, and sever the wicked from among the just" ( Mt. 13:47-50).

I read psalm 91 and i feel confused. It says those who make the Lord Most High their habitation that no evil shall befall them and also that they will tread and trample upon the lion and adder. How is it then that the christians who made the Lord Most High their habitation get attacked and eaten by lions in the colliseum in rome ? Also around the world people get persecuted and killed for their faith in God. I feel confused because it seems to say in this psalm that if we make God our habitation He will protect us.

Skewed logic: I have had this conversation with more than one woman who was pregnant and didn't want to be , why don't you have the baby and give it up for adoption ? Answer : oh I couldn't do that ! I'd never stop thinking about it , worrying if it's ok , if it's happy , if it's going to knock on my door in eighteen years time etc , no , I'd rather have an abortion then it's just gone and I never have to think of it again . That's what I call skewed logic , it's the same kind of logic that is offended by the thought that sinners are just dead and would much rather they were tortured in hell for eternity . We are all sinners . Some of us know the Truth , some of us don't want to know the Truth and very many of us have never had the chance to .

Can anyone recommend an enlightening discussion on baptism? Why does the Bible say to be baptized in the name of Jesus,

and then In Matthew 28 Jesus Himself says to be baptized in the name of The Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

Does one trump the other? Or shall I be baptized in both?

Baptism was right to me from the beginning of my life and I doubt I can ever see that from a different point of view.

    Matthew 28:19

And and all input welcome but no please if you could answer my specific question that would be super helpful.

I am totally new to this site...praise God I was led here.

    I would like more insight into Ephesians 1v14;

"give complete freedom to those that are his"

what freedom is spoken of here?

is it freedom now in this living world?

is there freedom in life after death?

I understand that the reason we die is that we sinned. My question is then why do animals die when they do not sin?
