  • I am on Acts 20
Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists whereby we know that it is the last time. Who is a liar but he that denies that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denied the Father and the Son. And every spirit that confesses not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come and even now already is it in the world. For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist. If we believe not, yet he abideth faithful: he cannot deny himself.

I have heard the RCC was behind actually removing the Apocrypha even though they have kept it in their version. Is this true?

1 John 3:4 Sin is the transgression of the law,Romans 3:20 for by the law is the knowledge of sin.Romans 3:31 Do we make void the law through faith? God forbid: yea we establish the law. Romans 7:12 The law is holy, and the commandment is holy. Acts 17:30 In times of ignorance,God winks at,but now commands every man to repent.James 2:17 Faith without works is dead. Our part"works"is being obedient

If the bible taught that you can loose your salvation, would it not tell you the sin it is that you may commit to loose it? All sin carries eternal consequences. What about the sins forgotten, or those we don't think are sin? We are kept by His righteousness, not our own. The scriptures would not say, eternal life, everlasting life, if "He," could loose it. That simply puts destiny in our hands? We are in the hands of Jesus Christ and His finished works, less we should boast. So, I reason with you to search the scriptures for in them you think you have eternal life! Prove them for yourself. At what point during your day are you lost, or saved? Only you can to answer that question.

I think satan is a spirit and doesn't have a particular physical shape, so something like an ark door open or closed doesn't matter. Is this what you mean?
  • Eric - in Reply on 2 Thessalonians 2
How could sex be the mystery of iniquity? And if so how could the human beings reproduce and subdue the earth as God commanded them? The sin at Eden was a literal fruit as any other fruit. Only that through it was God needing obedience from man. Eve was alone when she first ate the fruit before taking it to Adam. Genesis 3:1-7. And even today the devil is attacking marriages for he knows when we are separated from our spouses it is easy for him to conquer. The mystery of iniquity was the doctrines of men which led people further away from God. Which also the serpent preached to Eve convincing her to take the fruit.

  • Fred Scanlan on 2 Timothy 1
We need to reassure our pastors that in spite of the unbelief exhibited by the church today that we also believe, teach and are teachers of the gospel. Like then the church today is trampling the word for the sake of the ungodly. How long will you halt between two? We are not to be ashamed for what we believe. Being a prisoner, held by the gospel of truth. Stir up our minds , to be instant in season, proclaiming the hope in the Lord Jesus.Walk in the spirit, let the gospel convince you. Hold on to that holy spirit ,you are a holy priesthood.Proclaim his holy name as the spirit gives thee utterance.
  • I am on 2 Timothy 4
See now O man: Stand fast by the repentance given thee by the grace of GOD, my Holy Father, for it is GOD'S perfect will that ye perish not. Verily, verily I say unto thee, as written in the Holy Scriptures, And it shall be when thy son asketh thee in time to come, saying, What is this? that thou shalt say unto him, By strength of hand the LORD brought us out from Egypt, from the house of bondage:

Why the wrath of GOD came upon the above ? 10 Because thou hast forgotten the God of thy salvation, and hast not been mindful of the rock of thy strength, .... .... Note, 2020 is the identical twin to the above, nevertheless SALVATION is made available to us through John 3:16 -21 .
  • Loretta Hughes on Revelation 8
Just my thoughts, We are living in perilous time I have never seen before, What part does President Trump play in the tribulation? It's seems like he has to have a strength, wisdom, and courage that could only come from God to endure all the people who hate him and ridicule him and his family. Why is the house of representative so evil and against him when he is a man of God?
  • Adam - in Reply on Psalms 41
I'm not yet understanding what you think is the contradiction. James 1:13 says God doesn't tempt people to do evil, nor can God be tempted to do evil Himself. The other is Jesus giving an example prayer to deliver us away from the temptation, which is from Satan. Can you please explain in more detail why you think this is a contradiction?

  • Right or Wrong - in Reply on Psalms 41
Because it seems to be a Contradiction Adam, I'm sure Jesus would not tell us to say what His Father tells us not to say..... Matthew 6:13 And lead us Not into Temptation..... James 1:13 Let No Man say when he is Tempted I am Tempted of God.....So is it a Translation error Adam or am I misunderstanding it's wording ?
  • Linda Templet - in Reply on Genesis 6
Your comment "please ask for Gods wisdom and the Holy Ghost" is EXACTLY what I did. I asked God to help me understand this STORY that the preachers preach over and over again without anyone questioning them. God gave me understanding as to how to understand His Words. He said-GOD IS A SPIRIT. How are our Spirits formed within our bodies? Your words just formed a angry spirit within me. I forgive U

So what I think I understood from the comment about Democrats is that ALL Democrats are bad implying that all Republicans are good? Read the chapter again and ask for understanding.

Adam God gave us all a mind TO THINK. We have been TOLD that IS Noah's Ark. Is that the TRUTH or is it HEARSAY? Have you seen this boat or just looked at pictures? Can you tour this boat for Free or do you have to PAY to see it? We must always follow the MONEY TRAIL while we are searching for the TRUTH. Who owns this boat that was suppose to be built by ONE MAN THOUSANDS of years ago? THINK!

  • Jerry Rose - in Reply on Genesis 6
I think we know he measures it by days, and I don't know, but there seems to be a repetitive cycle of the seasons, so that seems to be a kind of clock he gave us in his creation. Time is nothing to God, but ought we not learn to number our days? That's from the very same chapter, "So teach us to number our days" Psalms 90:12. God doesn't need to number them, we do. What is a day to you?

I am reading the KJV of the Bible. The scripture you quote about Godly men marrying worldly heathen women is not in Genesis 6: vs 1-2. Can you help me with this?
