But first u ask Jesus. The Bible says do all things saying" By will" because no matter what we need JESUS we need remission of sins in JESUS name. The Bible says there is power in the name Jesus. The Bible says baptize in the name"of the Father,Son , and Holy Ghost." Which must be Jesus! Satan wants to take out the powerful name"Jesus"

  • Phyllis L Bennett on Psalms 119:28
I am thankful how God strength me on a daily basis without him in my life. I would not have made the journey as long as I have. Amen
  • As I watch the heartache, deceit, betrayal, and selfishness in crumbling marriages all around, couldn't this verse be referring to the end of sorrows for some and the potential for likely pain, albeit in growth, for the other? I'm finding little desire to go to any wedding celebrations bc it means stretching and growth and potentially heartache and separation.
  • Connie Green on 1 Chronicles 16
The Commentary says that no offerings or sacrifices was held because there was no alter. If that was so, then why do the scripture say so and the people were given a loaf of bread, meat and wine after the sacrifice?
  • JB - in Reply on Romans 13:4
Certainly God hears the prayers of the unsaved! Otherwise, how would He hear your cry for repentance and prayer FOR salvation.

God is ever present, always watching, always listening to all mankind. If you are unsaved, today is the day to repent of your sins, believe that Jesus was born of a virgin, died on Calvary to take your place, arose the third day, and is sitting at the Father's right hand making intercession for you and me every time we sin. I pray you will trust Him as your Savior and become a child of God. All you have to do is repent, believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God and accept His salvation! Don't delay, He's coming soon!!!!
  • Alex on Romans 6
Alex's comments about Spirits ( the H.G. ) AS IN John 3 Jesus told Nic. a Jew he had to be bornagain of the Spirit remember that God is spirit thus God can be multiplied in US via that good seed the living word and the H.G CAN BE REGENERATED via his seed the word in humanity thats the 2 nd coming unless ya receive the kingdom of God as a lil child impling a birth of the spirit of God in US as the H.G. is GOD,Being bornagain again of an incorruptible seed even by the WORD OF GOD WHICH IS GLORFICATION OF CHRIST MEANS MULTIPLICATION of his spirit. I have glorfied it and will glorify it Again a 2 nd time It was glorfied a bit at Pentecost Thats y the H.G. was given but it was not the best wine, its the 2 nd wine that is the best wine th Woman has to travail again a 2 nd time just like bathsheba had to travail again a 2 nd time. Before the great king Solomon was born and allowed to build the temple My lil children of whom i travail in birth AGAIN AGAIN till Christ is fomed in you the Woman is in travail again for the manchild which is the H.G. THE KINGDOM CHILD the Comforter that answers to Solomon which means Comforter remember Solomon means comforter and he was the Granson in the Davidic Trinity. My point is Gods SPIRIT can be born in US via the seed of Christ, regeneration can take place in the spritual realm there can be gestation in the spritual realm thats y he is saying that which is born of the spirit is spirit ,They don't call him the bridegroom for nothin he has a seed to sow in humanity and to whom that seed ( HIS WORD HIS BREATH ) came it made them GODS the H.G. was born in them that heavenly Child Thus Gods spirit can truly be born in US sinners, The Israel of God is gonna be as the stars of heaven all somewhat different but all the same just like natural Israel was like the sands of the seas but they were all the same all had 1 Father Abraham, Issac and Jacob 3 distinct beings,But the Israel of God are all SPIRITS that are gonna be born in humans.God so loved

    Hello Betty,

It relates to the previous verse 27 saying He never gets tired or faint so that any sinful Israelites can't get away unpunished while others can ask Him anything anytime, but they choose not to consult him anyway

Alexander - "If", when you express doubt about the witness of scripture regarding God's creation of Adam

and Eve, what difference can any other issue make that would escape your doubts?

Unaware of? You're not alone. And Jesus answering said unto them, Do ye not therefore err,

because ye know not the scriptures, neither the power of God? Mark 12:24

Why does 1 Peter 1:2 in the KJV use the word "ELECT," and yet is not found in the original Greek?
  • G S ALM - in Reply on 1 Timothy 2:4
-Hi Jonaton , thank you for your comments, Please don't take this the wrong way, but saying you guess or think the answer, is not the answer im looking for, I found the Koni Greek word for ransom, means a" corresponding to" instead of /exchange price, (Strong's Greek ).

Hi Jonaton Thank you for your comments, I hope i don't offend you by saying, that you comments I think or I guess , is your opinion

and I appreciate that. but I'm looking for exact scriptural understanding, as the Kone Greek for Ransom at 1 Tim 2:6 translates as " Corresponding sacrifice" (Strong's Greek).

Am i right to assume Jesus paid ransom, that corresponds to the life given up by Adam that plunged us into sin and death and Jesus bought us back by giving up his perfect life.

Look it up tallest humans ever recorded in google.
  • Andy G van den Berg on Matthew 24:9
    Matthew 24:24

By nature every person is born in sin through the sinful seed of their natural fathers and conditioned therein (1 Peter 1:23). For that reason and in order to become a son of God, which are born of God, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God, a person must be 'Born Again' (John 1:12,13; 3:3-7; 1 John 3:9; 5:4).

By attending a man-made institution (Acts 7:48; 17:24) a few hours a week does not mean that a person can make a claim that they are followers of Christ and 'Born Again'. That is falsehood, as in truth they follow after an image of a false god and a false Christ (Matthew 24:24; Mark 13:22; Galatians 4:8; Revelation 12:9). This is how Satan has transformed Himself into an angel of light (2 Corinthians 11:13-15).

Only through 'True Repentance' will God be able to reveal Himself, and adopt you as His sons and daughters (Romans 8:15,23; 2 Corinthians 6:18; Galatians 4:5; Ephesians 1:5; Hebr. 12:5; 1 John 3:1).

The word 'Repent' means a lot more than what people by nature have been conditioned to believe. It is the key principle of all the teachings of Jesus Christ and the axiom (basis) of the Word of God and a prerequisite and primary requirement for the salvation of mankind. It actually means the changing of spirits - to turn from darkness to light and from the power of Satan unto God (Acts 26:18).

For a better understanding and the 'spiritual truth' of what it means to repent, and learn how and by whom mankind has been deceived (Revelation 12:9), and what people must do to be reunited with the true and living God, we invite you to seek Him according to the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive (John 14:17).

You need not that any man teach you (Isaiah 54:13; 6:45; 1 John 2:27), It is only by revelation of God that you will come to know Christ (Daniel 12:4,9; Amos 3:7; Matthew 16:17; Luke 2:26; Romans 16:25; 1 Cor. 2:10; Galatians 1:16; Ephesians 3:3,5; Revelation 1:1). It is a narrow way that leadeth unto 'Life', and few there be that find it (Matthew 7:14).

He didn't. Adam was the first man. There was no half man and half ape.
  • Troy on Ezekiel 44:24
This is a great verse--Ezekiel 44:24-- to make Christians scratch their heads. Ezekiel is talking about the future (our future too and the Third Temple) yet righteous people will be EXPECTED to keep the laws and judgements and Sabbaths? (Not to mention that all must be circumcised in heart AND flesh in the future if they wish to be in God's House (Ezekiel 44:9). So the question is why do we think Jesus came to destroy the Law when Ezek says we will keep it forever??

I can guarantee you it's great that you have that but how about the (probably) millions/billions who go in heaven. That DONT have it. All. i need is His Spirit and ill be A OK. But maybe ill check it out.

Why? I mean it's not like he is cussing.
  • A Bible believer - in Reply on Genesis 31
I dont think so. Taking idols is taking faalse gods. It is best is not to take too long to judge. The idol didnt save anyone. It didnt save her from death or whatever. The Jesus' holy children will be saved. As the song says " Death is a lie!" For God's saints it is. I am not a Universalist or whatever heresy in the Not-pure-anymore-Church.

  • Karluk Ronya on John 5:28
John 5:28 Those who have died with the seed of Christ and now lying in the graves will hear His voice ( the voice of the main Preacher of 1Th 4:16) and they will rise first because, the things of the flesh will no longer have power to draw them back.
  • Marvella on Habakkuk 1:5
Yes that is what the Lord is saying turn from sin completely
  • Bendito Palavra - in Reply on Proverbs 16:25
That depends on who saved you.

    The words of Jesus:

John 6:37-40 All that the Father giveth me shall come to me; and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out. For I came down from heaven, not to do mine own will, but the will of him that sent me. And this is the Father's will which hath sent me, that of all which he hath given me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up again at the last day. And this is the will of him that sent me, that every one which seeth the Son, and believeth on him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day.

If you lose that, it wasn't the least bit everlasting.

You can certainly undermine your assurance and your fellowship with the LORD (Hebrews 3:12-19)
  • Bendito Palavra - in Reply on Genesis 1
Know that only Jesus Christ can take away your sin.

    Pray without ceasing.

Study and apply the principles found in Romans chapters 6 through 8.

Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. (James 4:7)

Walk in the light and confess your sins to the LORD (1 John chapter 1).

Walk in the Spirit (Galatians 5:16)

But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the flesh, to fulfil the lusts thereof.(Romans 13:14)

"Power on her head" What is power; GOD. She needs power (GOD) over her because of the fallen angles who come with Satan.
