    Luke 3:3

The Word of God is God (John 1:1) and is not of any private interpretation (2 Peter 1:20).

The word 'Repent' in different forms (repent, repentance, repented, repentest, repenteth, repenting, repentings) is mentioned 110 times in the KJV, and means a lot more than what people by nature have been conditioned to believe. The word 'repent' used in the New Testament was translated from the Greek word "metanoeo", and means to change, transform, to think differently or reconsider.

It is the key principle of all the teachings of Jesus Christ and the axiom (basis) of the Word of God and a prerequisite and primary requirement for the salvation of mankind. It actually means the changing of spirits - to turn from darkness to light and from the power of Satan unto God (Acts 26:18).

For a better understanding and the 'spiritual truth' of what it means to repent, and learn how and by whom mankind has been deceived (Revelation 12:9) and what people must do to be reunited with the true and living God, we invite you to seek Him according to the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive (Matthew 7:7; John 14:17).

You need not that any man teach you (Isaiah 54:13; 6:45; 1 John 2:27), as mankind follows after an image of a false god and a false Christ (Matthew 24:24; Mark 13:22; Galatians 4:8; 2 Cor. 11:13-15; Revelation 12:9).

It is only by revelation of God that people will come to know the true Christ (Daniel 12:4,9; Amos 3:7; Matthew 16:17; Luke 2:26; Romans 16:25; 1 Cor. 2:10; Galatians 1:16; Ephesians 3:3,5; Revelation 1:1), and only then will you be able to overcome the spirit of this world (1 John 5:4; Revelation 3:21) and learn what 'True Repentance' means, and how this whole world has been deceived (Revelation 12:9). It should also be remembered that it is a narrow way that leadeth unto 'Life', and few there be that find it (Matthew 7:14).

  • Getting Closer To Jesus - in Reply on 1 Corinthians 13:11
I've told this before. Just how much Jesus loves and forgives us. He didn't do this just for me; he did it for you too.

It's a vision. I saw Jesus still nailed to the Cross. It was lying on the Rocky ground. I was hurting immensely. Every time I told someone I had been saved: they would tell me that, anyone as evil I had been, could Not possibly get saved. They would laugh.

My heart said that you can still make others hate you. The devil was tempting me.

In my vision I picked up a large rock and began hitting the nails in Jesus's hands. He didn't cry or jump. He stared into my eyes and said, I Love You. Every time I struck Him, He'd say the same thing: I Love You.

I threw away the rock and fell into His arms. I love you, my child, forever.

The vision ended and I knew with never another doubt that Jesus loves me. He'll love you too, if He is what you want and need forever. He gives whole arm hugs. His love satisfies the inner chamber of our hearts. Whatever you need from Him; just ask Him. If you want to take a walk, He'll go with you and point out things in creation we both love.

I was a major "freeway accident" when I met Jesus. Everything in my soul was crushed. I couldn't trust love. I couldn't receive love. I was my own worst enemy.

Every detail I learn about Him, strengthens the bond. I read my Bible voraciously to find out everything He is. He is stronger than any element on earth and in heaven too. His will is so strong, He laid His life down; for all of humankind. And then He took His life up again. He's on a mission to rescue all those who will, to be born again.

He's not someone who will disappear if we look gross or act up to get attention. His love covers a multitude of sins.

Whatever your soul cries out for: allow Jesus to fill that deepest need. He will love you back into health and wholeness. The heart wants what it wants, and needs. I love that song: he walks with me and he talks with me; and tells me I am His own...

  • Grace 13Aug2020 - in Reply on James 1:1
    Hello Wilma,

James 1:1 is definitely written specifically to the 12 Tribes of Israel. Do not fall for the modern lie that the twelve tribes are from Jesus's disciples, the USA, Africa, the U.K or from descendants of any religious group not ever from Jewish ancestry in ancient Judea, Palestine, Samaria, or Israel

They can't have been the children & grandkids of the 11 Disciples +1new one +Paul (they were promoted to Apostle status by the time of Acts) because most of the Apostles were single & celibate. It is impossible that the adult children, of the few Apostles who were married, had so many children, who then quickly spread out to so many nations faster than rabbits & locusts can in 18 to 20 years (year 32A.D/C.E to 50 C.E)

Acts 8:1 is usually alleged as the cause and beginning of those scattered tribes - but it is a nonsense explanation by those who claim it is because 1) those Apostles stayed in Jerusalem, and 2) the born-again Jews [who never liked to be called 'Christians'] ran off to hide in Samaria & Judaea. That's what "throughout the regions of Judaea and Samaria, except the apostles" mean. Jerusalem is and was a city - not a nation. From just before the time of Jesus, Jerusalem was in the country of Judaea. Both Samaria & Judea were part of ancient Israel and God knows the borders of his nation despite all the political changes throughout history. So, the persecuted of Acts 8:1 didn't and couldn't have travelled far into non-Jewish nations

The 12 Tribes of James 1:1 were already long established in non-Jewish nations. Generations of them. Their ancestors were refugees or slaves from different times of war & persecution. God occasionally punished the ancient Israelites (aka Jews) by expelling them out of Israel with many conquering enemies. Just before Jesus was born, it was the Roman Republic, followed by its Empire that took over Israel

Some Jews chose to stay in non-Jewish nations after dangerous times ceased. That's how Paul was born outside of Israel
  • Divorce and Remarriage - in Reply on Genesis 31
Commentary: Numbers 30:12 "But if her husband hath utterly made them void on the day he heard [them; then] whatsoever proceeded out of her lips concerning her vows, or concerning the bond of her soul, shall not stand: her husband hath made them void; and the LORD shall forgive her."

When he committed adultery you were eligible to be divorced. Divorce is barely tolerated because of vows. He broke the vow with you; first.

It matters what the "grounds" were for the divorce.

You and your intended need to make an appointment with your Pastor, for counseling. It all needs to be sorted out before you initiate intimacy. It is wisdom to seek this counseling. To be informed before proceeding.

Children bear the scars emotionally in divorce; way into adulthood. It needs to be handled righteously for their sakes. They should not know all the details.

    I hope this helps. Mishael

To your comment" can we marry after adultery "

If you view adultery as sin, then forgivness is given. Whom ever committed the sin, they committed the sin against God and betrayed you. To stay in a relation with a adulterous, takes a committed walk with God to know that only God changes the heart and minds of people. Be kind and God will avenge you and cause repentance. To your question, YES

Somehow in the times that are happening around us, there will continue to be a way to love and encourage each other in our tribulations. When persecutions were taking place 450+ years ago, the brethren did not try to free the one being buried alive or torn asunder or burnt at the stake or have boiling oil poured upon their heads, instead they sang to them, they cheered them on in their patience and those that remained took upon them to take care of the affairs of the one's whose lives were being given up because of the faith.

Are we ready to suffer these present times and not lose our faith? Can we suffer in love for our neighbor, for the brethren? Are we being scattered?

    Numbers 13

31But the men that went up with him said, We be not able to go up against the people; for they are stronger than we.

32 And they brought up an EVIL REPORT of the land which they had searched unto the children of Israel, saying, The land, through which we have gone to search it, is a land that eateth up the inhabitants thereof; and all the people that we saw in it are men of a great stature.

33 And there we saw the giants, the sons of Anak, which come of the giants: and we were in our own sight as grasshoppers, and so we were in their sight.

They got in trouble for bringing an evil and Negative Report. They did not see God as their Leader or Protector in Battle.

The same thing happens when a doctor brings us an evil report. You can lay back and die or you can rise up in the Strength of God and fire out some scripture on healing,

  • Grace 13Aug2020 - in Reply on Proverbs 11:26
    Hello Mr Okeke

Just in case you're unsure of this word in the KJV, I'll start with the definition of "withholdeth". It is the old English for the modern word 'withhold'. It's main meaning is to hold back (something from someone who wants it); in other words, to keep or hold something to oneself and to refuse to give or grant it to others. In some contexts, it can instead mean to restrain or control oneself from an action or expression

The morality, and ethics (a recommended list of right behaviours to follow; a good 'code of conduct'; standards for good procedure or actions to do when in particular situations), of withholding anything depends on what it is, who holds or controls it, who lacks it, the situation, and whether harm, loss, death, psychological suffering, or physical sickness to anyone might result from not giving a person access to it. So, sometimes it is not wrong &selfish to withhold something just because someone else demands it or feels entitled to it

Proverbs 11:26 gives an example of when it is definitely bad to withhold something of value to others who lack it. It is also a true principle because it accurately describes real situations that do happen

Example: Joseph caused corn and grain or other preservable crops to be collected & stored as a resource for a future expected famine (Genesis 41:46-49). Some bible translators were wrong to use the word "hoard" in Proverbs 11:26 because it means to overstock, and Joseph certainly did collect much more than needed. He could do that without depriving anyone of food at that time because Egypt's land & farmers produced an oversupply. When the famine came the corn was sold, likely at a reasonable price, and distributed fairly. So he was blessed with popularity, respect, obedience, honor & memorial (Genesis 41:54-57 + 45:16 + 50:26; Exodus 1:8) because he did not withhold corn from people at risk of starvation. In contrast, Joseph Stalin starved Ukrainians in the 1932&'33 Holodomor, a first ever man-made famine

Regarding John 7:38: "He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water."

The question is answered in the next verse. John 7:39: "(But this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive: for the Holy Ghost was not yet given; because that Jesus was not yet glorified.)"

The illustration is of the Holy Ghost like a fountain of water gushing up from within the believer, giving all that pertains to the life more abundant, to testify to the glory of Jesus Christ.

In Genesis 16, the angel of the LORD found Hagar by a fountain of water in the wilderness which she then called Beerlahairoi (well of the Living One seeing me).

Later in Genesis 26:19 Isaac's servants digged in the valley, and found there a well of springing water (also called living water as opposed to a well that needed to be drawn from by hand).

In Exodus 17, the LORD told Moses to smite the rock so that water would flow out to quench the thirst of the complaining Israelites. This is a foreshadowing of Jesus Christ.

The LORD had a controversy with his people in Jeremiah 2:13, "For my people have committed two evils; they have forsaken me the fountain of living waters, and hewed them out cisterns, broken cisterns, that can hold no water."

  • Jason Y on Isaiah 5:20
This passage in Isaiah does not merely refer to any one thing that is bad but called good, it refers to all iniquity justified as a necessary act. We are indeed living in the times referred to by Isaiah, edicts received through revelation and those images that prompted his commentary. Just turn on any news channel and see and hear for yourself the wrongful acts that are reported by leftists journalists, those acts that have been truly bad for as long as anyone can remember and see for yourself the justifications used to declare this lie. Riot, looting, assault, arson, murder and even rape (among the plethora of other sins) are seen as necessary evils committed to affect leftist changes in our society by abject sinners. The most repressive regimes in history have used this false logic to justified the wrongs they commit in order to hatch, maintain and keep a jackboot on the necks of believers in Holy writ. We are living this nightmare today.

I just read this story again and I could really laugh with Sarah. She had such a sense of humor! Surely the Lord was not referring to her in her old age and yet God brought it to past. Sometimes God speaks to us and tell us things that with our finite minds we can not grasp. wrap our heads around it, or simple because it seems too far-fetched we dare to believe and lose our reward. Thank GOD, He did not let Sarah's laughing deter His overall plan of making Abraham, who he is, the father of many nations.

    Hello Mr Sebren

The Lord is also the God of the dead: Revelation 20, Philippians 2: 10 & 11, and Romans 14:9 > "For to this end Christ both died, and rose, and revived, that he might be Lord both of the dead and living". "Might be" is now is! Now that's cleared, I offer sympathy if someone you cared about recently passed away

The following is my personal experience and my thoughts about what happened. Furthermore, I admit that I didn't want to answer your question because I knew it would draw out the haters. But I couldn't forget your question and now know that it's right to answer from a unique experience

I hadn't seen a dear aunty of mine for a long time due to being abroad. She was an older sister of my mother and was actually more of a good mother to me. She was suffering for a long time, but no closely related relatives told me when there was time because they're narcissistic. I found out very late about it when I phoned relatives overseas, but she was asleep. It was just before she passed away. So it was the most distressing grief I've ever been overwhelmed by

So, I cried to the Father God and told him how I missed her so much and never got the chance to say goodbye. Then when I was out walking on a sunny day, some time within 15 days of her passing, I suddenly sensed the presence of an angel who told me in the spirit that someone wants to speak to me! I'm glad I was given that bit of preparation, or else I would've closed up out of fear. A minute later, her spirit &soul appeared, asking me questions that she would've asked, but never got the chance before. I answered her questions while they walked with me. This lasted about 10 mins. Then 2 days later, they came back for a final brief visit, in my home, so she could see my lifestyle & for me to explain my circumstances to her

So it's possible but rare& only if God allows it for a brief time window (up to 15 days, maybe 30, of the death of a saved soul, escorted by an angel). I didn't ask for that, but u may

A U.N. Commission and extreme pro-abortion Member States are holding up vital Coronavirus aid funding needed to address an international pandemic-related food shortage because they are demanding abortion funding in the package.

They're using children's lives as collateral, letting them starve to death IF the plan doesn't include funds to kill unborn babies.

This is literally worshiping at the altar of abortion. It's truly diabolical.

We didn't let the Pelosi-led House of Representatives slip abortion funding into its Coronavirus (COVID-19) funding bills, and we won't let the U.N. fund abortions either. We're talking about millions of dollars in U.N. funding (which U.S. taxpayers contribute to) for abortion under the guise of addressing the Coronavirus.

We've sent letters to the U.N. Commission demanding it stop withholding Coronavirus food shortage aid simply because it doesn't contain funding for abortion. Now, in just days, we're submitting a new formal comment to the U.N.

I do not want to frighten anyone; but Satan wants to. He desires people to reject Jesus in word and deed NOW, rather than wait Till the end of the Tribulation period.

He has released billions of demons to spark riots, violence, theft, murder, suicide, depression, Fears: of disease, the future, no jobs, no income, death, starvation, homelessness. Demons to strike fear in people's minds. Satan wants us to bail and kill ourselves. He is all of those things. He is a Hunter of Souls. He KNOWS he's going to Hell and he wants to steal souls from Jesus.
