  • LINDA SUSAN AUGUSTUS on 2 Timothy 4
I am inspired by this scripture written by the apostle paul. it has a deep abiding spirit of confirmation of the serious work that is before us,for those who are called to bare witness to the truth, and the task of spreading the gospel of jesus christ...i just enjoy the spiritual food of his words in 2019 they are so real and relevant in today's world and it has enlightened me as well.
  • Obbie Beal on Luke 14
verse 16-24, He prepared a Great Supper and many were bidden, but they had so much to do. So many others was Sought-Out and allowed to fill the seat of the bidden. See Revelation 19:9. Note: Jesus knows he is on His way to the cross, so His mind is on The Kingdom Of GOD.

  • Stanjett on Mark 1
6 And John was clothed with camel's hair, and with a girdle of a skin about his loins and he did eat locusts and wild honey. Chocolate covered grass hoppers is not bad. Covered in honey don't sound bad either. In France they eat snails. I know I was there and ate some out of the shell, covered with butter and garlic..
  • Ronald E Beal on Hosea 3
Hosea was a prophet, as you know. All that the Lord spoke was for the sake of Israel. It was not for "us" or anyone else. He reminded the people of their whoredom and all he had done for them. In the end, he would or was willing to draw them back. But as usual, they left him again and went "awhoring" after other providers Gods.
  • Obbie Beal on Luke 14

  • I AM THAT MICHAEL ISAAC DALE: on Matthew 25
The wicked lie saying, No where does it say who the two witnesses are. But I believe they could be any 2 of these 3. But it could be you and me or any two saints. I ask God lots of time for Him to let me be one of them. It would be an honor to die again for Christ. YE NEITHER WITNESS NOR HONOUR ME. It is written, I am one that bear witness of myself, and the Father that sent me bear witness of me.
  • James C Hunt on Matthew 25
What 2 witnesses are you talking about? Are you referring to the 2 witnesses in Revelations in Chapter 11 or 12? If so I think it's fairly accepted that these 2 are going to be Elijah the prophet and Enoch. Both of these guys were swept up to heaven. In short they never died. Yet the Bible states it's appointed for everyone to die "and then comes the judgement". So these guys come back to earth
  • Gwendolyn Wright on Titus 2
I believe it is God speaking through the Apostle Paul to encourage all Christian to look to him, and to understand that even in this dark era of unbelief in this present world we can and must live holy, we must let the light of God s love shine through our life s in the power of the Holy Spirit to show forth the Love and compassion of the Father so more souls might be added to the kingdom.

The kingdom of God, I believe is everything. The kingdom of Heaven I believe is all saved people. Or they may be the same.
  • Adam
Hello, I think it could mean either heaven or the general realm of following Jesus Christ.
  • Barbara Webb Mcleish
I think so, but i just don't understand thy kingdom come, to me i am thinking something is coming when it say thy kingdom come thy will be done or something will be happening, if the word kingdom could be heaven that could me beautiful thing will happen in your life because heaven is a beautiful place.
  • Adam
Jesus is probably longing to reunite with his father, longing to be with Him in heaven and for God's reign over all. One could say that until Satan and his followers are taken care of that maybe the kingdom isn't in it's final form yet. Just an opinion.
  • Seventh day is sabbath
Definition of "kingdom"---Dominion of a king..Once Jesus was raised from the tomb he ascended to the Father and his death resurrection was accepted by Him Father Read Matthew 28:6,18 Jesus tells us in verse 18 All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.
  • Barbara Webb Mcleish

  • Randy Hahn on 2 John 1
    Alex...that was awesome!
  • Randy Hahn on 1 John 3
If we believe that Jesus took away all of our sin, with all of our heart, might, and strength, we are made righteous in Spirit by the PROMISE! Mystery of Godliness! No man is made righteous by the flesh, but by the Spirit, if the Spirit abides in you. Jesus was manifested to take away our sin...why would anyone bring them back by not believing Him fully? John says "does not"..."cannot sin"! Holy
  • Freedomborn on 1 John 3
Yes Randy only in Christ Jesus are we Perfected Hebrews6:1 having put our Carnal flesh to death by The Spirit Romans8 when working out our Salvation but not meaning working for it. • Marlo on Isaiah 18
Before geopolitics, only present day Tunisia was known as Africa. The land mass south of Lybia was known as AEthiopia by the Greeks. There were scores of ethnic tribes allied under the main and most powerful family called Ethiopia, Cush, or Nubia. The key is "whose land the rivers have spoiled" does not reflect the modern day borders of Israel, but that of ancient Nubia.
  • Marlo on Isaiah 18
This passage could very well be pointing to the time of the European powers trek into West Africa starting around 1492. This contact came as a result of the fall of Constantinople, and Europe needing to find an alternate trade route. The Arabs had direct contact with the Western Empires of Africa as it pertains to trade. Hence the first contact were by the Portugese.
