  • OBBIE BEAL on John 6:38
39 And this is the Father's will which hath sent me, that of all which he hath given me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up again at the last day.

40 And this is the will of him that sent me, that every one which seeth the Son, and believeth on him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day.

44 No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day.

54 Whoso eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, hath eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day.

Note: as it relate to death, Yes! mankind has entered into death since Adam & EVE, never-the-less 4 times above JESUS gave them and us HIS assurance of HIS power over death, therefore we need not be fearful of death because once we rightly apply John 3:16-21 or similar verses we have assurance from JESUS we shall be raised up at the last day. PLUS.....

Note: Revelation 7 Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to HIM, for The Marriage Of The LAMB is come, and HIS wife hath made herself ready. 8 And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints. 9 And HE saith unto me, write, blessed are they which are called unto The Marriage Supper Of The LAMB. And HE saith unto me, these are the true sayings of GOD.

It's sad some people refuse to accept Jesus Christ as their savior
  • Onyekachukwu Ogechi Levinus Alaka on Psalms 23:6
Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me - God will bestow them upon me. This is the "result" of what is stated in the previous verses. The effect of God's merciful dealings with him had been to lead his mind to the assurance that God would always be his shepherd and friend; that He would never leave him to want.

All the days of my life - Through all its changes; in every variety of situation; until I reach its close. Life indeed would end, and he does not venture to conjecture when that would be; but as long as life should continue, he felt confidently assured that everything needful for him would be bestowed upon him. The language is the utterance of a heart overflowing with joy and gratitude in the recollection of the past, and full of glad anticipation (as derived from the experience of the past) in regard to the future. And I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever - Margin, as in Hebrew: "to length of days." The expression, I think, does not refer to eternity or to heaven, but it is parallel with the former expression "All the days of my life;" that is, he would dwell in the house of the Lord as long as he lived - with the idea added here, which was not in the former member of the sentence, that his life would be long, or that he hoped and anticipated that he would live long on the earth. The phrase used here, "I will dwell in the house of the Lord," is one that is several times employed in the Psalms as indicative of the wish of the psalmist. Thus, in Psalms 27:4, "One thing have I desired of the Lord, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life." Psalms 26:8, "lord, I have loved the habitation of thy house, and the place where thine honor dwelleth." Psalms 65:4, "blessed is the man whom thou choosest, and causest to approach unto thee, that he may dwell in thy courts."Psalms 84:4, "blessed are they that dwell in thy house."
  • Andy G van den Berg on 1 John 4
    On 1 John 4:7.

By nature every person is born in sin through the sinful seed of their natural fathers and conditioned therein (1 Peter 1:23). For that reason and in order to become a son of God, which are born of God, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God, a person must be 'Born Again' (John 1:12,13; 3:3-7; 1 John 3:9; 5:4).

By attending a man-made institution a few hours a week (Acts 7:48; 17:24), does not mean that a person can make a claim that they are followers of Christ and 'Born Again'. That is falsehood, as in truth they follow after an image of a false god and a false Christ (Matthew 24:24; Mark 13:22; Galatians 4:8; Revelation 12:9). This is how Satan has transformed Himself into an angel of light (2 Corinthians 11:13-15).

Only through 'True Repentance' will God be able to reveal Himself, and adopt you as His sons and daughters (Romans 8:15,23; 2 Corinthians 6:18; Galatians 4:5; Ephesians 1:5; Hebr. 12:5; 1 John 3:1).

The word 'Repent' means a lot more than what people by nature have been conditioned to believe. It is the key principle of all the teachings of Jesus Christ and the axiom (basis) of the Word of God and a prerequisite and primary requirement for the salvation of mankind. It actually means the changing of spirits - to turn from darkness to light and from the power of Satan unto God (Acts 26:18).

For a better understanding and the 'spiritual truth' of what it means to repent, and learn how and by whom mankind has been deceived (Revelation 12:9), and what people must do to be reunited with the true and living God, we invite you to seek Him according to the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive (John 14:17).

You need not that any man teach you (Isaiah 54:13; 6:45; 1 John 2:27), It is only by revelation of God that you will come to know Christ (Daniel 12:4,9; Amos 3:7; Matthew 16:17; Luke 2:26; Romans 16:25; 1 Cor. 2:10; Galatians 1:16; Ephesians 3:3,5; Revelation 1:1). It is a narrow way that leadeth unto 'Life', and few there be that find it (Matthew 7:14).

    Keep the Commandments of God

Christ did not command everyone to pray. That was commanded to the Israelites to pray "Our Father"...

That is why it starts off "Our Father" Not Everyone Father

    What day is the Sabbath?

Why do you worship on the First Day?

8 Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy.

9 Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work:

10 But the seventh day is the sabbath of the Lord thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates:

11 For in six days the Lord made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the Lord blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.

The Lord does not hear the wicked. The wicked speak with words smooth as butter but in their heart is WAR. There is no Repentance for Esau/Edomites.
  • Will - in Reply on Psalms 91:7
    George Washington was an Edomite.

George served the purpose he was created for. George enslaved hundreds of Israelites. being a Master Mason means nothing. The bible says Israel will be scattered because Israel disobeyed and now Israel must serve their enemies until this word is preached to all Israelites amongst the nations.

Edom, ancient land bordering ancient Israel, in what is now southwestern Jordan, between the Dead Sea and the Gulf of Aqaba.

Sometimes you can put locations in Google and get an up to date location.

Just a question The devil will deceive any one he can because to him we are not just a number but we are used for him and his demons to live with in our shells lights or would I say soles if we allow this or I we choice to fight it with in our minds of what choices we make What if a person of a young age of not understanding the bible or Gods word through being blind folded by there sins of being under the wing of the devil from when they where first born carrying many soles of those who have passed before them as a time capual l for the future to be carried with visions that of the past and the future be showed at such a young age and remembered for a reason for the future and as the person got older and keepet away from the people in the world and adapted to a world of a different connection with visions and trasmitions of a frequency that others do not understand that in her life others have tried to wreak every thing she try's to succeed in because there is a force of darkness with in them that she can see but they can not she knows what its trying to do but sometimes gets angry because she knows the truth and it follows her through pother people and also in music that she listens to some times she can not watch tv or listen to music and had to be on her own for years because of this would you think there is a reason for this or is she just above the system and know more than the average human is she the only one going through this what is your thoughts of this

The Holy Spirit gifts you for ministry.

"There are different kinds of SPIRITUAL GIFTS, but the same Spirit is the source of them all.

There are different kinds of SERVICE, but we serve the same Lord. God works in different ways, but it is the same God who does the work in all of us.

    A spiritual gift is given to each of us so we can help each other. To one person the Spirit gives the ability to give wise advice;

to another the same Spirit gives a message of special knowledge.

The same Spirit gives great faith to another,

and to someone else the one Spirit gives the gift of healing.

He gives one person the power to perform miracles,

and another the ability to prophesy.

He gives someone else the ability to discern whether a message is from the Spirit of God or from another spirit.

Still another person is given the ability to speak in unknown languages,

while another is given the ability to interpret what is being said.

It is the one and only Spirit who distributes all these gifts. He alone decides which gift each person should have," 1 Corinthians 12:4-11.

The Holy Spirit imparts to believers gifts that are needed in the Church. Nobody receives all gifts but they are distributed among the Body of Christ, each person receiving different gifts.

The gift(s) that you receive will empower you for the calling God has placed on your life. Embrace what God has put inside of you and be His instrument for Kingdom purpose!

Additional passages of the gifts of the Spirit can be found in Ephesians 4 and Romans 12. Ask the Holy Spirit to teach and equip you.

On Sunday we sang songs in a barn, maybe not a deluxe meal, but sufficient to make another week in hope without fear, in peace and love, in a calm resolve to continue in the Lord and to follow the Lamb in the Lamb's Holy way without the carnal weapons of the world because he is our righteousness!
  • Bendito Palavra - in Reply on James 1:5
The sermon Jesus gave on the mountain in Matthew chapter 5 begins with him pronouncing nine blessings known as the beatitudes. These refer to a state of happiness or bliss that only comes from submitting to God's will through Jesus Christ to express these particular character traits. Most of them are opposite the way the world thinks happiness is attained. In our own selves, we cannot really attain to them, but Jesus made the way when he died for our sins and rose from the dead, redeeming us to new everlasting life in himself.
