    Matthew chapter 5

Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake.

Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you.

My guess is we can't. I've never seen anyone else do it on there. I was probably reported by you know who. I'll send something to you later. Just be your kind self and help those who really want help.

Being persecuted for the sake of our Lord is a huge blessing, right? So let's just do as we know to do and the Lord will come alongside.

Thank you! Henry J. van Dyke song comes to mind this morning:

    "Joyful Joyful, We Adore Thee"

Joyful, joyful we adore Thee, God of glory, Lord of love; Hearts unfold like flowers before Thee, Praising Thee, their sun above. Melt the clouds of sin and sadness; Drive the dark clouds of doubt away; Giver of immortal gladness, Fill us with the light of day!

All Thy works with joy surround Thee, Earth and heaven reflect Thy rays, Stars and angels sing around Thee, Center of unbroken praise: Field and forest, vale and mountain, Blooming meadow, flashing sea, Chanting bird and flowing fountain Call us to rejoice in Thee.

Thou art giving and forgiving, Ever blessing, ever blest, Well-spring of the joy of living, Ocean- depth of happy rest! Thou our Father, Christ our brother, All who live in love are Thine: Teach us how to love each other, Lift us to the joy divine.

Mortals, join the mighty chorus, Which the morning stars began; Father-love is reigning o'er us, Brother-love binds man to man. Ever singing march we onward, Victors in the midst of strife, Joyful music leads us sunward In the triumph song of life.

    From me- :)
  • Practice makes perfect on Proverbs 26
Proverbs teaching is regarding behavior, what we should and should not be doing. All of this takes practice. Once you come into the Knowledge of things, then we're held responsible for our actions. Eventually these teachings will be a part of who we are, and we will find it difficult not to comply. After practicing these teachings, it eventually becomes a part of who we are, and we will no longer want to do things out of God's will, and will begin to understand more and more what these teachings are about, Thank You Jesus for saving me....

Its sad when you only see rebellion with certain group of people and not your own kind. God is not like man neither His thoughts. He create man and he is the judge not you. Thank God He's not. The real enemy is a evil spirit that's plagued the people of the land.pray the Lord will deliver us from all evil and have mercy upon us with our unrighteous thought.
  • Obbie Beal on Revelation 19:20
verse 4, And the four and twenty elders and the four beasts fell down and WORSHIPPED GOD that sat on the throne, saying, AMEN; ALLELUIA. 5 And a voice came out of the throne, saying, Praise our GOD, all ye his servants, and ye that fear him, both small and great.

Note: the Great Whore is now destroyed, but notice the the 'reminder' to us /the remnant who has rightly applied John 3:16-21.... verse 4 we are required to WORSHIP & PRAISE GOD /JEHOVAH.

Note: Locked in and can't go out WORSHIP & PRAISE GOD /JEHOVAH. Job gone, repo-man looking & calling, eviction notice, on and on... WORSHIP & PRAISE is what GOD want from us in such TIMES AS THESE.

Note:So-call friends don't call, well they are.... also. Yes, in many cases the preachers is looked down also. So WORSHIP & PRAISE GOD /JEHOVAH where ever we be, because WHAT A FRIEND WE HAVE IN JESUS ALL OUR SINS AND GRIEF TO BARE. The kings /nations's leaders can not buy the mankind out this. Today is a good time to review Revelation chapter 2 & 3.

Yes, the spirit of lawlessness and rebellion has taken hold! Unfortunately our young people have no foundation; and public education in America has made them ignorant....and malleable. They are easily manipulated by satanic spirits, most especially the fascists who control the media and academia.

Prayer, prayer and more prayer for the young people of the world; that they would reject evil and open the doors of their hearts to truth through the Word of God...our Lord Jesus Christ.
  • Pat on John 6
Is the word "person or persons" associated to the Godhead anywhere in the scriptures?

The reason I ask is this; if we are made in the image of God, then nowhere in the scriptures does it state that we have three persons in our being as God created us!....hence how are we to understand the epistemology of Genesis 1:26?

  • Emmanuel Buhari on John 6
Verse 2 wants us to have a prosperous soul which is of the inside. It is the prosperous soul that manifest in the physical that brings about good health and prosperity. The Devils should not limit us in any way. We shall live in health and prosper.
  • Andy G van den Berg on Acts 19:2
    On Acts 19:4

The Word of God is God (John 1:1) and is not of any private interpretation (2 Peter 1:20).

The word 'Repent' in different forms (repent, repentance, repented, repentest, repenteth, repenting, repentings) is mentioned 110 times in the KJV, and means a lot more than what people by nature have been conditioned to believe. The word 'repent' used in the New Testament was translated from the Greek word "metanoeo", and means to change, transform, to think differently or reconsider.

It is the key principle of all the teachings of Jesus Christ and the axiom (basis) of the Word of God and a prerequisite and primary requirement for the salvation of mankind. It actually means the changing of spirits - to turn from darkness to light and from the power of Satan unto God (Acts 26:18).

For a better understanding and the 'spiritual truth' of what it means to repent, and learn how and by whom mankind has been deceived (Revelation 12:9) and what people must do to be reunited with the true and living God, we invite you to seek Him according to the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive (Matthew 7:7; John 14:17).

You need not that any man teach you (Isaiah 54:13; 6:45; 1 John 2:27), as mankind follows after an image of a false god and a false Christ (Matthew 24:24; Mark 13:22; Galatians 4:8; 2 Cor. 11:13-15; Revelation 12:9).

It is only by revelation of God that people will come to know the true Christ (Daniel 12:4,9; Amos 3:7; Matthew 16:17; Luke 2:26; Romans 16:25; 1 Cor. 2:10; Galatians 1:16; Ephesians 3:3,5; Revelation 1:1), and only then will you be able to overcome the spirit of this world (1 John 5:4; Revelation 3:21) and learn what 'True Repentance' means, and how this whole world has been deceived (Revelation 12:9). It should also be remembered that it is a narrow way that leadeth unto 'Life', and few there be that find it (Matthew 7:14).

Luke 15:10. LIKEWISE, I SAY UNTO YOU, THERE IS JOY IN THE PRESENCE OF THE ANGELS OF GOD OVER ONE SINNER THAT REPENTETH

  • Adam on Revelation 12
Asking a prayer for my country and its leaders. We want the country to succeed and for people to return to a normal, healthy, social, and balanced society. Currently there's forces trying to undermine everything and even inflict physical harm on its citizens. The media is fueling this with propaganda and it's very disturbing to see such evil infiltrating society. We know it does not come from God. Praying that good overcomes evil in this world and that light shines and people with open eyes can see the truth and can come and follow Jesus.

I'm sorry I didn't get back to you sooner. Looks like I commented on something else

    entirely. Apology again.

I looks to me like you're saying that she divorced you? If she is a believer in Christ then she's still bound to the vow. If she's not a believer and has chosen to leave, then you are released from your vow.

Matthew 6:31 and following are Jesus's comment on divorce. If the reasons are adultery or fornication, the divorce is final. The vow is broken.

If you have a Bible with center of each page, Reference Columns; the tiny alphabet letters will refer you to Old Testament laws concerning marriage and divorce. But since Jesus re-explained it according to Grace, what's in Matthew 6 is what we have to go by.

Sometimes people can be counseled by their Pastor and make an effort to repair what is broken. It requires co-operation by both parties. All I can really offer, is that you are not breaking faith with Jesus. Talk with your Pastor anyway.
  • Daughter of Christ on Luke 2:14
    Luke 2:14

"Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men."

    From google:

On earth peace, good will toward men.

He's saying we can experience peace in our souls, peace with the Lord and peace toward our fellow humans. God's intentions toward us are kindly, and if we take that revelation to heart, it will enable us to show good will toward our neighbors.

Now this part its me and the holy spirit writing:

So when we have a peaceful mindset, and have peaceful feelings in our hearts, we will have a better life and joy, because the joy comes from God, and what better peace and joy than that? And actually having peace and joy help us to be better to others, and be nicer to them an have good wills towards them. /and we would create a good environment around others. And God will helps us to always be there, where we need to be, if we are on his ways, and he fills us up with his peace and joy.

And every day we should be thanking God that he gave hos only son to die for us, and go through all that pain for us to save us, and that he thought of us first because he loved and loves us. We should love God because he loves us first, and because of who he is, and because our God is awesome, and really cool, and his everything good, because our God has nothing to do with evil, but with good only, and that what he wants for us, good only in our life.

    Bye, God bless you all.

Malaki sarp on John 3:15....forgive and be baptized for the Remission of sin and you will be saved! Holy to the LORD!
  • Bendito Palavra - in Reply on 1 John 3:15
First you must agree with God about your sin:

Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool (Isaiah 1:18).

Then your sin must be paid for.

You have no way to pay the penalty.

The Son of God, the Lord Jesus Christ , willingly submitted his sinless body and blood to die on the cross to pay the price to deliver sinners from sin, death, and Hell (see Romans 3:24-28).

Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved (Acts 16:31).

He that covereth his sins shall not prosper: but whoso confesseth and forsaketh them shall have mercy (Proverbs 28:13)

If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9).
