Something you possibly have never heard before.

The Kingdom of God is within you, you are the Temple of the living God.

In your brain is a part called the Fornix, which is tied to the Zodiac Sign Fornax. Fornix is the root of fornicate.

    Define Fornix; fornix (n.)

from 1680s in reference to various arched formations (especially in anatomy), from Latin fornix "arch, vaulted chamber, cellar, vaulted opening," probably an extension, based on appearance, from a source akin to fornus "brick oven of arched or domed shape" (from PIE root *gwher- "to heat, warm").

    *gwher-

Proto-Indo-European root meaning "to heat, warm."

It forms all or part of: brand; brandish; brandy; brimstone; brindled; forceps; Fornax; fornicate; fornication; fornix; furnace; hypothermia; thermal; thermo-; Thermopylae; Thermos.

It is the hypothetical source of/evidence for its existence is provided by: Sanskrit gharmah "heat;" Old Persian Garmapada-, name of the fourth month, corresponding to June/July, from garma- "heat;" Hittite war- "to burn;" Armenian jerm "warm;" Greek thermos "warm;" Latin formus "warm," fornax "oven;" Old Irish fogeir "heated;" Old English brnan "to kindle."

    Fornax (n.)

goddess of ovens in ancient Rome, from Latin fornax "furnace, oven, kiln" (from PIE root *gwher- "to heat, warm"). The dim constellation (representing a chemical furnace) was created by French astronomer Nicolas Louis de La Caille in 1752.

So, as you may be pondering all the scriptures that relate... Set FIRE on the Earth, Luke 12:49

    50But I have a baptism to be baptized with;

There are 5 stages of Consciousness to the elevation of the Human Mind. Earth, the whole Body, Water a symbol of Truth in you. Air, advanced stage of profound meditation where our thoughts are replaced by God's thought, where we rise to meet Jesus in the Air. Then comes the Spirit and we are Transformed wholly by the renewing of the Mind, to the Final 5th stage

    Heaven is brought to Earth.

It starts by proper prayer. Matt 6:6-

Gigi You mention about Jesus being beaten pretty bad, he was actually

Beaten beyond human recognition which is why no one wanted to look at

Him and when you work the gospels he never carried the wooden cross

Because he physically could not. Someone of Cyrene was made to carry

    The cross for him.

    I. CORINTHIANS 15:52 In a atom of time, in the twinkling of an eye, in the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

At the last trumpet sound, (Christ returns) and we all shall be changed,,,...,,,... changed into what? (Spiritual Bodies),,, all flesh instantly dies.

Find my post on "For what it's worth" for enlightenment of the dead shall be raised first.

Upon being changed, there is no population of Flesh/people on Earth anymore, ever amen.

The battle of Armageddon Rev 16:16 and Hamon-GOG Ezekiel 38, 39 The Judgement on Enemies, are two separate battles at the same time in two separate locations, and it pertains to the King of the North coming against the King of the south just (BEFORE) the moment of Christ's return when ALL are changed, The Earth will be a graveyard.

Verily I/Jesus say unto you, Among them that are brought forth by woman there hath not risen a greater than John the Baptist: But from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffereth violence, and the forceful ones lay hold of it.

This is speaking about the they who try and take the Kingdom by force,,, taken by force or attempts to, is a violent act...(it's not passive) "If any one forces himself in, his offering was not acceptable."Those who fulfilled the conditions had the Father's good wishes.

For all the prophets and the law prophesied until John.

And if ye are willing to receive it, he/John represents Elijah/The Spirit Of, which is about to come. Praise God

What are the significances of "the altar" of the Old and New Testaments?
  • Carole on Revelation 4 - 1 year ago
In one of the prophets of old there is a description of what appears to be a vehicle, not of this world; I remember thinking at the time he couldn't describe it very well because he didn't understand what it was. Does anyone know to what chapter and verse I am referring?
  • Dr. Lyle Lee on James 1 - 1 year ago
James 1:18 Here the apostle reveals our spirit as being saved, by using two words, begat and firstfruits, both of which speak about the human spirit as being resurrected. When reading Psalms 2:7 and Hebrews 1:5 the word begat or begotten refers unto the day when God would resurrect the body of the Lord Jesus, thus creating the doctrine of resurrection in interpretation. Then in Leviticus 23 we are taught of the feast known as the firstfruits, the first feast happened on April 14 as the Passover, then the next feast called unleavened bread happened on April 15, finally on April the 16TH the feast of firstfruits took place. These three feats speak about Christ dying on Friday as our Passover, in the grave on Saturday as our unleavened bread, and rose the third day being Sunday, as our first fruits. It was the third day that God resurrected him, meaning the name reveals the resurrection. 1 Cor.15:23

James 1:21 Here is this verse the apostle now deals with the salvation of the soul as being separate from that of the spirit, for he insists that our soul will be saved by the engrafted word, not by faith without works in Calvary. Now we know that the only thing that was engrafted into every Christian on the day of salvation as an unconditional promise was the Ten Commandments in the heart, also known as the new covenant. For this reason he continues to teach in chapter 2 about this very thought and testified that faith without works is dead, meaning when it comes to saving our souls, rather we must have faith with works, from obeying with meekness the Ten Commandments written in the heart, he calls this the royal law and the law of liberty in James 2:8 and 2:12
  • Chris - In Reply on Isaiah 53 - 1 year ago
Hello Takako. Actually, from Isaiah 52:13-15 to Isaiah 53:1-12 (from the Old Testament), are prophecies about One coming Who would find fulfilment in the Person of Jesus Christ & the suffering He had to endure to make payment for our sins. Isaiah didn't know His Name - only what God revealed to Him in this Word given to him.

So yes, Isaiah 53:3 does show how Christ, in the New Testament accounts, was rejected by so many, when He had so much love for people, even to those who hated Him. Yet that love did not cause Him to turn away from such a shameful agonizing death. He knew that only if He died would mankind have any hope to live as God intended.
  • Dr. Lyle Lee on James 2 - 1 year ago
James 2:8 and :12 both the royal law and the law of liberty are the same law, this refers unto the Law of God, also known as the Moral Law. For the Christian, this law was written in the heart of every believer on the day of salvation as part of all unconditional promises, which is also known as the new covenant. The significance of this law, is that it alone has the power to save our soul, after our spirit was saved by faith without works. James 1:21 Meaning if we would through meekness obey this engrafted word that was written in our hearts on the day of salvation, then can we now obtain the salvation of our soul.

Gerry this is a metaphor . Birds , usually the females but some males also , will shield their young under their outspread wings . This may be done to protect them from the very hot sun or to keep the chicks warm or to shield them from the sight of flying predators that can easily snatch up a young chick . The Bible is full of metaphors that often pertain to farming or wildlife . This is because the people of the time would understand these metaphors quickly and easily as they often lived lives around farming and livestock . Many of us are not knowledgeable about these things any more as we live city based lives .

Of course the soul must die ! How can death be a punishment if our soul , which is us , doesn't die ?
  • Delilah - In Reply - 1 year ago
That's what I believe also Jeff and I think that the 1000 year reign of Christ on earth is the true Sabbath . One day is as a thousand years to God and this earth will be a very different place to what it is now when Christ is here . People will not be in charge ! That's got to be a great society that will be a pleasure to live in .
  • Blackfoot - In Reply on Galatians 6 - 1 year ago
It's a metaphor . In ancient times many people's all over the world lived in what we now call gated communities . They lived in towns that were surrounded by walls and had one or maybe two entrances through a gate that was often guarded . This was for safety , they would leave these towns to work the land etc and come home to them at the end of their working days . The Bible is full of metaphors , sometimes these metaphors are also meant literally , it can take a while to get to grips with these things but the more you read the more you will get it .

I believe the kingdom of heaven in this instance refers to the land of Israel and the people living in it at that time who were under Roman occupation .
  • Manuel - In Reply - 1 year ago
Hello Texsis, I am happy i can share with you.

    your first question:

It all about what the Bible says.

So we have the same punishment for sin. ref Romans 6:23-for the wages of SIN is death... this means sin is sin and it has the same punishment. Remember even in the garden off Eden as Adam and Eve ate of the tree of good and evil God pre warned that the day they eat from that tree they will surely die.

    ."

James 2:10-11. when we break one part of the law it deemed as breaking the whole law. Death has always been the punishment but we have consequences of our sins. ref: 1 John 5:17 "All unrighteousness is sin: and there is a sin not unto death

    your second question:

well i haven't come across the exact word you used LIE-MURDERER but 1 John 3:15 Whosoever hateth his brother is a murderer: and ye know that no murderer hath eternal life abiding in him.

when you hate your brother you CAN lie about him also.

i will remember your son in prayers too. Amen

Hi Patricia. On the surface Matthew 11:12 can seem confusing until we understand its context & noting, that "kingdom of Heaven" doesn't denote Heaven itself, but the events & people that were revealing it.

So, when we look at the chapter, Jesus was speaking about John the Baptist (vv 1-11). Before John's coming & ministry, the status quo remained (i.e. the Jewish people did their thing, the non-Jews were segregated & looked down upon, & the religious leaders had full sway over the domestic & religious lives of the people) - all was peaceful, except of course that they were governed by Rome.

But when John the Baptist appeared & began baptizing for repentance, he caused a stir amongst the religious leaders & the people who began listening to John, & many were being baptized. And then Jesus came on the scene and you know the stir that He caused by His Teaching & Miracles. So, I understand Matthew 11:12, as revealing what was taking place among the Jews since the coming of John (& Jesus): an increasing shift by many towards this new thing being said & done, which in most cases, opposed the teachings & commands of the religious leaders.

The "kingdom of heaven suffereth violence" (not in Heaven itself, but people now pressing against it when once before they were ignorant to such Truths) - "and the violent take it by force" (speaking of those, maybe only a few, convinced of what they were seeing & now leaving behind pharisaical laws & burdens, & grabbing onto the true teachings of the Kingdom). This was a momentous time in the presentation of the Son of God & the soon-to-be irrelevance of the Law & religious trappings - that at the Cross, people could have a heart change, a new Spirit infill us, & an High Priest who could identify with us & give us His Peace & Comfort, which could never be achieved under the Old Covenant.

In Revelation 2:20, Jesus says: "Notwithstanding I have a few things against thee, because thou sufferest that woman Jezebel, which calleth herself a prophetess, to teach and to seduce my servants to commit fornication, and to eat things sacrificed unto idols."

The author(s) of 1st Corinthians 8 are teaching that Christians are at liberty to sit at meat in the temple of an idol.

In Acts Chapter 15 the Holy Ghost, the Apostles, the elders, and all the brethren (including Paul) were in agreement that even Gentile Christians should abstain from eating meats offered to idols.

Acts 16:4-5 says the churches were established among the Gentiles based on the decree that Paul and his companions preached (that Gentile Christians must abstain from pollutions of idols).

I agree with you Glenys that the Hebrew word for the references you gave, show that 'copper or bronze' was the intended meaning. Why the KJV translators opted for 'steel', I wouldn't know nor even hazard a guess. However, from a little research, it seems that steel (maybe in it very primitive form) was found from excavations at an archaeological site in Anatolia (now in Turkey), and that was dated from 1800 BC (about 3800 yrs ago). Yet, this knowledge shouldn't have allowed for a word change.

    Hi Sariah.

Just to add to what has already been shared. I there may have been other temples built in diverse locations but what is recognized as the Jewish temple of God had to be built in its appointed location.

    Deuteronomy 12:1-11.

    There was only two.

    God bless.

Matthew 11:12 --- Violence in heaven puzzles me. We think of it as peaceful perfection.
  • S Spencer - In Reply on Psalms 91 - 1 year ago
    Hi Gerry.

As Brother Chris mentioned the eagle represented a wonderful metaphor just like here in John you see a whole chapter of metaphors.

John 15:1-5 I am the true vine, and my Father is the husbandman.

Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit.

Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you.

Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me.

I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.

These metaphors throughout the bible gives us a clear picture of the intent.

    God bless.

    Hello Adam!

Appreciate your reply back, I don't know the scripture by heart but I do know it says that when he returns and he brings all his saints and his angels that Every Eye will see him. And plus I understand at the end of the Armageddon the world is not destroyed until after the millennium. That may explain when he talks about the lion and the Lamb lying down together and the little child put his hand in the viper nest.

He says also in scripture (I cannot quote the verse yet but I will definitely look for it) that the world will be at peace for 1000 years. Which I believe based on what I've been listening to (David Jeremiah ) in reading that all the animals of all kinds Will be at peace with people plus that explains I think when it talks about the child and vipers nest during the 1000 years, I think people will still be on earth and live and die and have children.

But everything will be at peace and seek will be locked up for 1000 years.

I will study And find the Scriptures that support or indicates a possibility that the answer is yes and let you know.

    Thanks!
  • S Spencer - In Reply on 1 John 5 - 1 year ago
    Hi Larry B.

The Ezekiel reference is future. "It's during the Millennium " Ezekiel is seeing a vision as Ezekiel 40:1-2 says.

But let's set that aside and be direct with one another. Your aim is to fight anyone who claims Israel exist. Atleast that's what your original post seems to say. I've sent you several verses where God says his promises depends himself and his honor as a father to them and not their obedience. God is not a liar and he doesn't make promises that he don't see through and when he promised to Abraham he promised by himself. Hebrews 6:13-18.

LISTEN TO THE LORD ASSURANCE TO THEIR EXISTENCE.

Jeremiah 31:35-36. Thus saith the LORD, which giveth the sun for a light by day, and the ordinances of the moon and of the stars for a light by night, which divideth the sea when the waves thereof roar; The LORD of hosts is his name:

If those ordinances depart from before me, saith the LORD, then the seed of Israel also shall cease from being a nation before me for ever.

AS FAR AS I CAN TELL THE SUN AND THE MOON STILL SHINES!

VERSE 37 GIVES ASSURANCE IN A WAY THAT IT CONTRADICT YOU DIRECTLY.

Jeremiah 31:37. Thus saith the LORD; If heaven above can be measured, and the foundations of the earth searched out beneath, I will also cast off all the seed of Israel FOR ALL THAT THEY HAVE DONE, saith the LORD.

GOD SAYS IF YOU CAN MEASURE HEAVEN AND THE FOUNDATIONS OF THE EARTH SEARCHED OUT BENEATH HE WILL CUT OUT THE SEED OF ISRAEL FOR ALL THE WRONG THEY HAVE DONE!!!

    ARE YOU SAYING HE'S LYING?

Larry B you may not have to like Israel but you should be glad to see they still exist because if God's word and promises can't be trusted then we have no hope.

    God bless.

The Pastor is WRONG, and the Bible does support the death of the soul,,,it's called the second death, at the Great White Throne Judgement if thou hath not repented and come to the Lord, thou shall perish.

They are cast into the lake of fire, for God IS that lake of fire

DEUTERONOMY 4:24 (For the LORD thy God is a consuming fire, even a jealous God.)

PSALMS 37:13 But the lawless shall perish, And the enemies of the LORD shall be as the fat of lambs: they shall consume; into smoke shall they consume away.

What happens to the fat when it drips onto the coals in a BBQ?

DEUTERONOMY 4:24 (For the LORD thy God is a consuming fire, even a jealous God.)

20 And the beast was arrested, and with him the false prophet that did the signs before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into the lake of fire burning with brimstone

The Son of Perdition means liable to Die, He's the only one sentenced to DEATH thus far, but many follow him into the lake, whereby they die.
