@ Debra fanning Verily verily I say unto you, unless a man is born of water and of the Spirit he shall NOT enter the Kingdom of God

Jesus said I go and I will send the comforter

See, the thief on the cross was not subject to the new covenant law as the Comforter had not been sent yet

Baptism in water for the remission of sin and Baptism of the Holy Spirit are both requirements to enter the Kinhdom of God

  • Patty Tozi on Genesis 10
We are now living in what the Bible said would be in a fallen world of pain. We have to start living day to day if we are one of God's people. Fighting for the rights of us and others as Jesus did in this world of sin. Staying apart from the control we now are in. We are God's people. We are warriors to the end. Our strength comes from Jesus as his angels fight the demons that are around us. We are in a world of silent destruction of what we once knew to be good, now evil. Our children cannot do anything. It is a direct hit on our elders. Health care workers. Children. Parents in dire stress of survival. We are in a silent, quiet evil world, of bilogical warfare. The high ups that run this world are out of control on knowing what they know, but only telling the people what they want them to know , to further their lies. God is showing what the world will end up being-- by the floods. Earthquakes. Tornado. Hurricanes. Bigger and worse then ever. I feel for the ones straddling the fence right now, as the world goes faster and faster. Till one day..all hell will break loose before the second coming of Jesus-- to fight the last battle for His people. What a Glorious day that will be. In a dream l saw this. Believe it or not. WATCH!!!!

    Yes, God Is Spirit!

The "Love Covenant" of God The Father is with His Wife, God The Mother first, then to their Spiritual Children.

Gender starts in the Spiritual-Realm of God The Father, and God The Mother first, and that's not a bad thing, so accept it, and get over it!

    Genesis 1:26,27, Galations 4:26

The perfect-order of a family is, Father, Mother and Children, spirit ually first, then physically. To be a true Child of God, you need to know your Spiritual Parents, and accept Them.

However, because of "the fall", the sin of Adam+Eve, an evil spiritual-realm of darkness now exists, and too many men are rejecting the perfect-order of God, MelquisedecLisbet.

In the Spirit-Realm every thing exists before it exists in the physical-realm; like houses, cars, animals, plants, spices, men, women, male, female and all the details, design and spiritual engineering that go along with these things.

The Spiritual Light of God, Jesus Christ(The Holy Spirit in the flesh, God The Spiritual Mother), and God The Spiritual Father, with Their Spiritual Children, will eventually totally eliminate the spiritual-realm of darkness of this world.

Jesse, Good try, but consider this. Is there a logical transition in Matthew 24:16, that turns the conversation to the Jews? The discourse begins with Jesus and his followers (disciples), which Mark 13 says included Peter, James, John and Andrew. The message of Christ is to Believers. To His followers. Mention of Judea, which happens often in the NT, is not enough.

The Pulpit Commentary might shed some light on this.

"Christians seem to have taken this advice when the city was attacked by Costius Gallus, about A.D. , some three or more years before the siege under Vespasian. Gallus had appeared before the walls, and apparently had every hope of taking the city, when, for some reason not certainly known (either owing to a supposed defeat, or ignorance of his own success, or the advice of his generals), he suddenly withdrew his forces (Josephus, 'Bell. Jud.,' 2:19, 6, 7). The Christians, bearing Christ's warning in mind, and having, as we may conjecture, seen the predicted sign, took the opportunity of flight from the doomed city, and made their escape to Pella."

I don't know why prophecies have historical "shadows" of what is to come, but clearly, mention of Judea does not mean the message was for the Jews. We can't argue in favor of something, from silence. At best, we can say Christ mentioned Judea because He was in Judea. Matthew 4:25 says, "Large crowds from Galilee, the Decapolis, Jerusalem, Judea and the region across the Jordan followed him."

As most likely with you, I was taught a dispensationalist view of Scripture. And there are things in that that make sense. But, Christ is warning all of us that the Coming and our gathering up to Him will be Immediately After the Great Tribulation. That's why He goes on to warn us to be prepared, in Chapter 25. There is no Pre-Trib Rapture. As Bob Hilt pointed out, if there were, then there would have to be more than 2 resurrections. Two are mentioned. One at the Coming and Rapture of Christ and then the 2nd.

    Hi Michael,

Yes I will pray, and I wish you courage in the battle! God will help you win!

I don't know your personal situation, but if it's ok, I'd like to share a little thot based on my own experience...

Sometimes we can pray and work hard to fight off the devil / negative thots and feelings. Sometimes tho, there is amazing victories when we start looking for, and doing good and positive things. (This in itself is not salvation; that only comes thru Jesus' blood.) But there are many positive things we can do to overcome the devil's negativity, and God turns the tide of the battle for us.

Some simple things could include: finding someone on this website who needs an encouragement; if you have a family - bend over a little extra for each one of them; if you leave your house - make a conscious effort to smile or have a friendly chat with those you interact with; etc, etc the list could go on for days!

Please pardon me if these thots are not applicable to you at this time; I only mean the best, and wish you every success in your Christian life!

There has been many different commentators explaining as to whether or not we will know each other in heaven. I am searching the truth, what the KJV scriptures of the Holy Bible says. As I understand it, we will not know each other. I want the truth according to what God/Jesus says in the Bible.

    Hi Diane,

Thanks for sharing your is so hard when young people who have chosen God's way, become discouraged and lose heart in their Christian lives. And when they express themselves thru anger, it makes it even sadder and hard to know how to help them! But there is so much power in a mother's prayer, and I can sense that you love him and pray a lot for him. Keep that up, we also will pray for him. And for you too, that you can keep your faith while God keeps working in your son's life.

I love today's verse of the day, and it is so fitting here "Commit thy way unto the LORD; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass." Psalms 37:5

    God bless!

Chris, following up on where I left off. As you point out, Hebrews 10:5 "speaks of the temporary, deficient & incompleteness of the sacrificial system & that only God's offering would accomplish God's Purposes." So, the logical conclusion is that if:

    1. God prepared a body for Christ

    2. And He prepared that human body before creation (2 Timothy 1:9)

    3. And God created mankind in His image

    4. Then, can we conclude God created man so Christ could have a human body in His image?

Or was it accidental? God either created man in His image on purpose and with a purpose, or the body for Christ was a convenient accident. Wasn't the Law, to include sacrifices, set up by God as a Shadow of what was to come? If the Law was a Shadow, what was it a Shadow of? For there to be a Shadow, there has to be a real object that casts that Shadow. And which comes first, the shadow or the object that casts that Shadow? Colossians 2:17. And if a Shadow, when was that Shadow cast? When God used an animal to clothe Adam and Eve? When Abel offered a better sacrifice than Cain? Or when Abraham offered his son on the altar?

We see from these Scriptures, I hope, the Shadow of Christ's Sacrifice was cast prior to anything being created. Hebrews 8:5. Consequently, is it fair to conclude that both the Shadow and the object that casts that Shadow, Christ, were for Christ to enter the world as the True Sacrificial Lamb? Colossians 2:17, Isaiah 49:6, 51:5.

Isaiah 40:3 sounds the call to prepare the way for the Lord. You said, "It does not speak of man being created to open the way for Christ to come & be his Sacrifice." But if the call is not to man, who is the call to? Who was to come? A man. Why did God make man in His image? Because an animal could not meet the needs only the Man Christ could satisfy.

And when did Christ start casting the Shadow? He started casting the Shadow back to the beginning of time, from the 1st Century Cross, to before creation. John 8:58. Which came 1st, Man, Shadow or Christ?

I am not aloud to go visit him, even if I wanted to which I do, I can't due to the COVID-19 outbreak. But another thing that I seem to be struggling with when it comes to this situation is that my whole family prayed constantly because we have been told that God will answer all of our prayers, but they weren't answered. And it is really disappointing.

41 And when he was come near, he beheld the city, and wept over it,42 saying, If thou hadst known, even thou, at least in this thy day, the Things which belong unto thy PEACE! but now they are hid from thine eyes. 43 For the days shall come upon thee, that thine enemies shall cast a trench about thee, and compass thee round, and keep thee in on every side, 44 And shall lay thee even with the ground, and thy children within thee; and they shall not leave in thee one stone upon another; because thou knewest not the TIME of thy visitation.

Note: 41 JESUS wept over the city/the people. 42 There was Things the people of the city should have known which was directly connected to their PEACE, never-the-less 43 because the people failed to know those Things, the hour would arrive when the city /people would be completely surrounded by their enemies 44 and completely destroyed because the people /city failed to know the TIME of Visitation..... fast forward 2 thousands years and a repeat of 41-44 above is at the door of a city /people again. This repeat is liken unto 8-months, 3-weeks, 6-days, ready or not it shall come forth............... Thank GOD for SALVATION through John 3:16-21, other Bible verses also.

Only God the Father knows the time. Jesus is seated at Gods right hand making intercession for the saints. When it is time God will announce its time. Jesus (our Bridegroom) will stand and call up His saints (His Bride). We all will attend a wedding feast. At the end of that...I believe that Revelation goes into 2nd gear. Part is happening now: the oceans are dying. The stars are dimming. The earth is heating up. The Holy Spirit said it's not global warming. We have fire, floods, drought. It affects our economy. We now have an illness no one knows how to cure. Wormwood is out there on its way here.

Israel is being pushed to accept a two state solution. God gave the land to Israel. Israel is back in their land and now LOVE their land and intend fully to defend it. There is a lot to look for the heartbeat of scripture.

    Nite yall

DaLanie, you've presented a very sad situation that so many also face, & there are no simple answers to it since the legal processes have been at work, however, erroneous they may have appeared to be. As Mishael said, you can get legal aid to find out your options & also to have a second hearing (hopefully it will proceed properly).

You can also visit with your loved one in prison, attend to his needs, phone calls, encouraging words from the Bible, & all these under girded with much prayer, that the Lord Who sees all things, will turn the hearts of men in power. Your loved one must never feel abandoned & he should use his time in prison wisely, whether in work there as an inmate, or volunteering help to the prison system, or even having spiritual discussions with others (if he is allowed to). The authorities will notice the different person that he is, & no doubt his behaviour & submission to authority, may just lessen the sentence given. Most importantly, your loved one needs to keep his faith strong & not succumb to Satan ploys & to daily seek to use God's Love & Wisdom to minister to others. Blessings all round will surely be seen.

And as I'm about to send this off, I see another comment from you, re: the two trees. And now I focus on: "The Genesis account of the Garden is clearly allegorical." Taking a deep breath & staying focussed, I believe that I can now in truth, understand how you are perceiving Scripture. To say that the Garden of Eden & subsequent events were an allegory, leaves a great chasm between us that can never diminish. If that Garden was an allegory, what about when Jesus was led up of the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted of the devil? One could allegorize this as well quite easily. Therefore, I feel that I now have a handle on your thoughts about all we discussed, and that is, we are basically viewing the Scriptures in quite different ways. Again, thank you for your time Carlos, & I will attend to other points that you might raise, but of course with a better understanding of your perceptions.

You said: "I repeat my previous assertion that, corruption was an inevitable consequence of creation. Were that not true, God would not have created an existence susceptible to corruption." So the other aspect I see here (in a similar thought to 'Planning' & 'Foreknowledge'), is that you are possibly viewing God's Plans from the end & working backwards; so working backwards: God's Plan was to have a perfect restoration of all things since creation would undoubtedly be corrupted (i.e. the end of the Plan), but to get there, Satan had to be locked away for good, Christ had to come for sin, corruption of man & His other creation had to happen, Satan had to come into the picture, & therefore, God had to make a creation susceptible to that end (the beginning of the Plan). I realize you may not see it this way, indeed I may be quite wrong, but it's the only way I can make sense of your views.

My view (with the Foreknowledge of God) works from the beginning: Creation of all things is perfect, Satan entered, man sinned, corruption of man & creation occurred, Christ had to come, Satan would be locked away, & God's Plan for a perfect restoration of all things realized. Anyway, as I said, this type of view (of Planning or Foreknowledge) does help me understand. (onto Page 4)
