  • The prosperity gospel has no weight to it at all and is not a proven system.the more you give doesn't mean youll be rich one day.people who have made it in business successes are the ones God chose to favor. The results in life will speak for itself anyway.and the things we need in life are spiritual. Money could never amount to what the spirit and soul needs to survive on. The truth sets us free!

Im reading all of your comments. And I am wondering.... DO YOU ALL REALLY UNDERSTAND what versus 1-7 is actually saying??? Do you TRULY realize what it is telling you??? If not let me help you. Its saying that THE PEOPLE who are at the bottom of society, are going to put THE PEOPLE at the top..in bondage. Because they hated and enslaved. And conquered lands that didn't belong to them

  • Michael Paterson on Isaiah 32
How does someone know they have been forgiven, it is through the peace we know within, both with God and ourselves. It's experienced through a perfection of conscience which has come through our Lord Jesus Christ's blood being shed and shared.

FEAR .... False.... Evil.,... Appearing.... Real.... Trust in Jesus Christ and your fears will always be replaced!!!
  • Margaret on John 10

Yes, and though this can be discouraging, it only serves to confirm the truth of God’s Word, (see 2 Tim 4:3-4) but in verse 5 is the answer. He speaks specifically to Timothy here, but the instruction to all is clear: watch. We are to watch and pray. If something you hear doesn’t ring true, check it; search the scriptures. It is good practice to check out the preacher, even if you you know him.
  • Predikuesi on 1 John 4
The comment regarding the "sons of God" is one sided. While it is true that Hebrews states that God does not call any of the angels His son, we cannot but acknowledge that Job 1 and 2 reveals that the sons of God presented themselves before Him. Who were these beings? They cannot be men. There can be no conflict of Scripture here, therefore the use of the term must be different in the Testaments. If there is a conflict, it is always going to be with our own notions rather than God's inerrant Word.

The sheep are very timid animals, the least loud noise or sudden movements can frighten them. So David's assurance kept them comforted. There are sudden movements, loud noises and people that can disturb our peace. But the 23rd Psalms assures us of God's ever present help, we're not alone never. God leads us, guides and protect us and makes our enemies behave. He has our backs through every step.
  • Yvonne
David understood loneliness from being on the back side of the mountains tending sheep. His conversations were with the sheep. He talked to God in these lonely places and I believe God assured him of the fact that He was his Shepard. That He alone would provide and take care of him. God would fight off the enemies on his behalf, like David fought and protected his sheep. God is our Sheppard!
  • Yvonne on Psalms 23
It gives me great comfort when I read the 23 Psalm. I think of David as a Shepard taking care of his Sheep, how he loved them and had a relationship with his sheep. I believe his relationship with the sheep was important to him because he did not have that relationship of family with his father Jessie. He was ostracized, over looked by his father. He recognized the needs of the sheep.
  • Charles Northup on Jeremiah 52
I love to read the comments they just prove how ignorant we are. Revelations and Isaiah/Jeremiah has no coalition to each other Isaiah/Jeremiah are actual events that happened and are for our learning Revelations, woe, woe, woe, and is yet to come! Don't let your own heart deceive you or the wolves/false prophets.
  • Chavah on Genesis 2
I like chapter 2 but the most important verse to me is 24 because that's when God established the law of marriage
  • Bruce on 1 Kings 18
Then the fire of the LORD fell, and consumed the burnt sacrifice, and the wood, and the stones, and the dust, and licked up the water that was in the trench.
Surely God operates by and through His laws, for no other law is.
Fire that consumes water and causes even stone to disappear shows that water contains abundant power. Perhaps we get a view here as to how the pyramid stones were shaped.

  • Stanjett on Isaiah 65
Every Creature of God is good,Nothing to be Refused, if it's Received with Thanksgiving. You said this and then reversed yourself. God told him raise and eat and he said Not so Lord for I have not eaten any unclean things all my days. God said to him, "What God has cleaned, call ye not unclean."
  • Bruce on Psalms 12
David is Telling us that Jehovah said unto my Lord, Sit Thou at my Right Hand. Are you saying The Bible Says Jesus is Talking to Himself? Who's Sitting Next to Who. Who is Talking to Who?
