  • David on Hebrews 11
I am a kid and my name is not David, but I am a God fearing child and I love the lord and Hebrews 11 is a great chapter to read to remind yourself of Gods power and what he can do through people that follow him. If you have real faith God will use you and will work through you. and in hard times these verses can be a great help in seeing just how powerful my God is.
  • Jeannie Myers on James 4
We are to judge not the heart but the actions and by the fruits of others. Politics and Christianity the two MOST valuable things we can speak about are almost being hushed in this society today. God said to also put the Armour of God on daily, are we doing that Christian? How else can we expect to go out there and fight the fiery darts of the wicked? They come from all directions.

The Seven Raptures in the Bible
1.The rapture of Enoch: Enoch walked with God then he was raptured into Heaven (Genesis 5: 23 And all the days of Enoch were three hundred sixty and five years: 24 And Enoch walked with God: and he was not; for God took him. Enoch is a picture of the rapture of the church and he prophesied the Second Coming of Christ (Jude 14 And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, ...

43 I am come in my Father's name, and ye receive me not: if another shall come in his own name, him ye will receive.
44 How can ye believe, which receive honour one of another, and seek not the honour that cometh from God only?

The clay does not have power over the potter
  • Randy on Luke 16
I agree with Eutychu. After John, we are no longer controlled by the law. Jesus has been teaching this thru the gospels. When Jesus was crucified, God tore ths temple vail to show. Paul emphasizing the thru the book of Galations. We are now new creations controlled by the holy spirit.

Saved by grace.Jehovah saves us from sooo many things
  • Naomi King on Psalms 23
This is about Gods protection over our lives as his children. We are never , ever to be afraid because he is always with Us guiding Us each and everyday if we only ask him to be Our guide , I think he still guides Us even when we don't ask , but more So when we ask that of him !
  • Ngozi on Psalms 1
An excellent way to start the chapter. The chapter instructs us to be mindful of people who are vain; only for us to focus on the word of God and do the right thing and all will be well. Very inspirational!
  • Carolyn Dixon on Hebrews 10
From my understanding Christ is the head of Church. Jesus is the vine and we are the branches apart from Him we can do nothing. A place where we come together and share our love for Him maybe a Church, a Temple, a Synagogue....or even a tent. God is in us and he is for us and He wants us to come together.
  • Gina on Romans 4
Believing like Abraham we have to believe that God has sent Jesus to us to save us . But we have the same blessings that Abraham has and he had faith and believes God for his righteousness and that we should believe in Jesus and his righteousness. We also are blessed through Jesus Christ. The blessings of Abraham are up on us through the circumcision of Jesus. Having faith in Jesus is believing .
  • Joey on Psalms 82
Stop taking one verse and making something new out of it. It's about being judges, God is the ultimate authority and JUDGE; He is telling us as he has in other verses and there is an entire book named "Judges"...."don't you know you will "JUDGE" angels"?..."I say this to your shame, is there not one among who can "JUDGE" among the brethren"?.. We are judges NOT gods. There IS ONLY ONE God, period.
  • Anita Fore on Psalms 82
All I can say is Aaaamen, tell the truth. Only God can judge right now!!!
  • Theophilus
young maiden means unmarried person, in this case a young unmarried person. So how can she be Isaiah's wife. not only that but God tells Isaiah to bring his son meaning Isaiah's wife already had a child God doesn't say a young wife. God says a young virgin
  • Theophilus
Jewish rabbi's. think that Isaiah is taking about his wife. They say that the word virgin should be rendered young maiden, doesn't represent someone who hasn't had relations with someone. It seems they are insinuating there are a lot of promiscuous young women in Judah. I strongly disagree. The price of a promiscuous woman is to high of a price to not enforce its discipline. in children, deut 22
  • Brianna vs. 2 on Proverbs 21
Society today is trying to make any and every lifestyle be acceptable and without consequences. However, we have to acknowledge that there is RIGHT and there is WRONG. We can't push that everything should be accepted and then wonder why this world is going down the toilet. Just because something seems right in our own eyes it does not make it right. We need God's standard of right and wrong.
  • Brianna Vs. 4 on Psalms 20
The Bible holds to the key to success and states it plainly. While the world is doing everything to achieve " success" but serve Jehovah God, we are told that if we keep his commandments and put faith in his son Jesus Christ, then the desires of our heart can be granted and God will grant success to all our plans. I can personally say that this is true as God has blessed me richly in my life.
  • Brianna Vs. 8 on 2 Corinthians 9
I love sharing this scripture with others. This scriptures gives encouragement that our ability to survive in this world whether it be emotionally, mentally, or even financially is dependent upon our relationship with Him. Whether we are single, poor, or disadvantage Jehovah God's blessing can make us self sufficient in all things. Then we can be truly happy, despite our circumstances.

  • SHAUN on Acts 3
Hello, well I believe that Peter was known as a common man throughout the region. infact he was average. thus they could not fathom how "the average man" could have such authority over principalities of that nature.
Jesus on the other hand had gathered great fame and was perceived by many to be a prophet. An other reason would be that Jesus is Christ and His own people would not accept Him.
  • Nathi cilo on Acts 11
peter was true servant of the lord that always was in connection with with the voice of God. The way that Peter responded to the call against the perceptions, the law, creeds of the Jews is a perfect type to the church that we ought to be moved by the spirit and not man made ideas, creeds or culture.
  • Sheila Gillett on Psalms 112
