People's Bible Notes for 2 Timothy 2:2

2Ti 2:2 And the things that thou hast heard of me. The instruction that I gave thee for preaching Christ. Among many witnesses. This probably refers to Timothy hearing Paul teach these things before many congregations. The same commit thou to faithful men. Do thou impart to other men, faithful, trustworthy men, in order that they may be able to teach others also. As Paul prepared Timothy to preach the gospel, so he is to prepare other men.
