People's Bible Notes for 2 Corinthians 11:4

2Co 11:4 For if he that cometh preacheth another Jesus, etc. Most critics think that the verse is ironical. The Judaizers so perverted the gospel that it was really another gospel (Ga 1:6). Hence Paul is supposed to say that if these men preach another Jesus, another Spirit, and another gospel than those you received, which they do, you might well bear with them! Perhaps, however, he only means to say that these men discredit me, but have no new gospel, Spirit or Christ to offer than what you have received through me. This harmonizes better with what follows.

Acts 9:15 15 But the Lord said unto him, Go thy way: for he is a chosen vessel unto me, to bear my name before the Gentiles, and kings, and the children of Israel: Paul didn't have to brag about what he did for the Lord Jesus, Jesus said that Paul was a chosen vessel into him. That alone is special from Jesus himself. Jesus, thank you for using Apostle Paul for the Gentiles. Love

Paul laboured more then all the disciples and apostles, yes and he had lots to brag about as he know what he was doing: Unlike preachers behind the pulpit clueless.

1st Timothy 1:16] Howbeit for this cause I obtained mercy, that in me first Jesus Christ might shew forth all longsuffering, for a pattern to them which should hereafter believe on him to life everlasting.

Romans 14:11 11 For it is written, As I live, saith the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God. With the mouth, we will confess the GOSPEL that God wrote in his own Words. God use Holy men of God to write the Bible. It all ends at the cross of Jesus Christ. I Thank Jesus for saving my Soul. Glory always be to Jesus.

Wow Apostle Paul labored more then anybody in the Lord. 2 Corinthians 11:23 Are they ministers of Christ? I speak as a fool I am more in labours more abundant, in stripes above measure, in prisons more frequent, in deaths oft. Jesus suffer the cross, Paul suffer beheaded. Wow, that is unbelievable how they suffered. There is a friend that sticked closer then a brother, that's Jesus.
