3What shall be giuen vnto thee? or what shalbe done vnto thee, thou false tongue? 4Sharpe arrowes of the mightie: with coales of iuniper. 5Woe is me, that I soiourne in Mesech: that I dwell in the tents of Kedar. 6My soule hath long dwelt with him that hateth peace. 7I am for peace: but when I speak, they are for warre.

120:5 Mesech - Mesech and Kedar are two sorts of people often mentioned in scripture, and reckoned amongst the barbarous nations. But their names are here to be understood metaphorically. And so he explains himself in the next verse.
