14The Lord shall increase you more and more: you and your children. 15You are blessed of the Lord: which made heauen and earth. 16The heauen, euen the heauens are the Lords: but the earth hath hee giuen to the children of men. 17The dead praise not the Lord: neither any that go downe into silence. 18But we will blesse the Lord, from this time foorth and for euermore. Praise the Lord.

115:16 The Lord's - In a peculiar manner, where he dwelleth in that light and glory, to which no man can approach. Given - As the foregoing verse declares, that God was the creator of heaven and earth, so this asserts that he is also their Lord and governor to dispose of all men and things as he pleases.
