People's Bible Notes for Matthew 25:22

Mt 25:22,23 He also that had received two talents, etc. His fidelity and reward are indicated, acknowledged and rewarded in exactly the same terms as in the case of the first servant. The final reward depends on "faithfulness", not greatness.

ch.25: mainly be diligent and responsible with what you have been given-God is coming with rewards in His hand. We may be surprised by the things he has kept in our account when we get to heaven, but we know the Father desires to give us the kingdom. I don't want to be a goat!

verse 31-33, on that great-day, the process of separating the 'saved' from the' unsaved' will be so simple.

And I will not be able to blame nobody for what I did or did not do with my talent life.

The reason why the dead in Christ rise first, is because they have to come from 6 feet under. Their bodies are meeting-up with their spirit in the air. Those alive and remain are on the earth. They do not have far to go. That is why the dead in Christ has to rise first. Both those who are dead, and those alive will receive their Glorified Bodies. Just like Our Lords. A Bloodless Body! GLORY!!!!

Todays word according to Matthew 25:23 is addressing a very important issue that is lacking grossly from majority of people some Christians included, that is faithfullness in whatever is entrusted to us , whether in Church, business or workplace sometimes including family!. How faithful are we especially here in Africa and my country Kenya in managelent of the vast resources God has given us? How faithful are we in Church no matter how 'small' the Godly assignment appear whether its teaching in Sunday School or in Ushering or tithing? God help us but we need to search our hearts and decide,"let it start with me.". God be given all the glory. Amen
