25Then came she, and worshipped him, saying, Lord, helpe me. 26But he answered, and said, It is not meete to take the childrens bread, and to cast it to dogs. 27And she said, Trueth Lord: yet the dogs eat of the crummes which fall from their masters table. 28Then Iesus answered, and said vnto her, O woman, great is thy faith: be it vnto thee euen as thou wilt. And her daughter was made whole from that very houre. 29And Iesus departed frō thence, and came nigh vnto the sea of Galile, and went vp into a mountaine, and sate downe there.

Mt 15:27 Truth, Lord. Observe that she acquiesces heartily in Christ's declaration: it is not fit that the dogs be fed "before" the children. Yet the dogs eat of the crumbs. The Greek word for "crumbs", "psichion", is a diminutive, and means "little crumbs".
