And it came to passe, that as they went, they were cleansed. 15And one of them when hee sawe that he was healed, turned backe, and with a loud voice glorified God, 16And fell downe on his face at his feet, giuing him thanks: and he was a Samaritane.

Lu 17:14 Go shew yourselves. To be officially pronounced clean, a certificate had to be obtained from the priests (see PNT "Mt 8:4"). They were cleansed. As they went, an act of faith, they were healed. Not one would have been healed if he had disobeyed.
