God placed every Country to be neighbors to each other as it pleased Him, and for our good. Pride and envy, old hatreds and unforgiveness, feeding themselves with slanders and lies and perversion with a view to destroy the other; God hates!

    I believe you are speaking of Ezek 25:6. From this passage, it is talking about God 's judgment against the Ammonites because they played a part and celebrated Israel 's captivity from the Chaldeans. Ps 47:1 speaks also about clapping hands before the Lord. It is an act of worship to our God and the emphasis is on the attitude of heart. Worship is a spiritual event, and true worship comes from the heart. If our worship is not heartfelt, it doesn t matter what posture or expression of worship we use because God will not accept it.
