Wesley's Notes for Deuteronomy 33:9

33:9 I have not seen him - That is, I have no respect unto them. The sense is, who followed God and his command fully, and executed the judgment enjoined by God without any respect of persons, #Exo 32:26|,27. They kept thy covenant - When the rest broke their covenant with God by that foul sin of idolatry with the calf, that tribe kept themselves pure from that infection, and adhered to God and his worship.

Dear Joyce; I was just reading in Ezekiel 13 and found clearly written answers to our questions about missing names or tribes. "And mine hand shall be upon the prophets that see vanity, and that divine lies: they shall not be in the assembly of my people, neither shall they be written in the writing of the house of Israel, neither shall they enter into the land of Israel.." Please read Ezekiel 13!

Simeon is mentioned 50 times through out the King James Bible, in Genesis, Exodus, Numbers, Deuteronomy, Joshua, Judges, 1 Chronicles, 2 Chronicles, Ezekiel, Luke, Acts, and Revelation.
    May God bless you.

Have you noticed also in Revelation 7, Dan is not mentioned? Is it an indication of some that are not going to make it?

Read Genesis 34:25-31 it tells a bit more of Simeon and how he joined forces with is younger brother Levi in the massacre of Shecemites and the reason why it was done.
