Ac 5:34 A Pharisee, named Gamaliel. Observe that it is a Pharisee that opposes violence. Gamaliel was the most distinguished Jewish rabbi of this time. His fame is preserved in the Talmud. He was a grandson of Hillel, a still more famous teacher. Paul was his pupil (Ac 22:3).

The apostles could not deny what they had seen and witnessed being done by the power of GOD. Even us today we cannot deny what JESUS is doing in our times The sick are healed, people are saved through the same NAME OF JESUS CHRIST.

these bold disciples, who just weeks before were cowering in a secret hideout because of their fear of getting arrested and murdered like the Christ, were now proclaiming the gospel, tells me their testimony was indeed real. Once the Holy Spirit came and filled them, they had no more fear, because they KNEW Jesus was God...awesome!!
