Wesley's Notes for 2 Kings 4:34

4:34 And put - One part upon another successively; for the disproportion of the bodies would not permit it to be done together. Grew warm - Not by any external heat, which could not be transmitted to the child's body by such slight touches of the prophet's body; but from a principle of life, which was already infused into the child, and by degrees enlivened all the parts of his body.

When you operate in your gift others around you will reap the benefits. Notice, the prophet spent time studying the Word of God. He had a relationship with God. It was a direct line to hear what God had to say and execute.

I love this lesson because once had no children and I told the lord I wanted children like all my friends and the prophet told me I would be the mother of many children. They told me I would have a son and it would not be long from now. They said soon will go to the doctor and he might just tell you that you are pregnant right now. I went to the doctor and he confirmed I was indeed pregnant.
