We are to always be in a prayerful attitude at all times. I do not believe that God expects us to be on our knees all the time. All the time we are to be in a prayerful attitude. Ready at all times to pray. Always to have an attitude to pray where ever we are . I Thank God for prayer. Many think it is a great honor to be in the presence of a movie or rock star or a president of some nation It is a much Greater honor to be in the presence of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ and God our Father !!!! Yes !! Amen !!!

Mathew are you serious? This is about the last days. Its a general reference to the state of mind that Mankind will have. They will feel at ease, like it says and they will be eating and drinking and giving in marriage. Its only stating that people will have basically forgotten about God. Just when they think, where is this God of yours , where is the promise of his coming? IT has NOTHING to do with the character of King Arthur! sheesh How in the world you could ever come up with that idea I surely do not know. This is the state of mind our world is in at this moment. I looked this up only because there will be covenant made with Israel for seven years of peace and who but the pope is visiting with Israeli and Palestinian leaders this very weekend. Will this be the very covenant to bring in the beginning tribulation period? If not I think its right around the corner with all that is going on. Russia and China are getting all cozy together. Russia is pushing its limits again. And the U.S. ? We are right in the middle of all kinds of things.
I FEEL THAT REALY TALKED TO MY HEART.IF A UNSAVED PERSON WAS TO READ 1 THESSALONIANS 5 WOULD REALY UNDERSTAND WHAT IT IS SAYING.IT TELL 'S IT LIKE IT IS.TO LIVE FOR JESUS DONT 'T SIN,PARY,BE KIND TO ALL!!! MEN. THAT TO ME IS THE SAVED AND UNSAVED.I WOULD SAY PRAY FOR PEOPLE THAT TELLS YOU THAT HE OR SHE IS SAVED BUT YOUR HEART KNOWS BETTER EVEN IF HE OR SHE DONT GO TO MY CHURCH THEN I NEED TO PRAY FOR THEM AND LOVE THEM HOW JESUS WOULD. Pray without ceasing. This means simply that the Christian 's biblically saved life is marked by prayer and devotion. Leonard Ravenhill said he could tell how spiritual a man is by viewing his devotional life. How many hours yes hours do you spend in prayer? Or does God get your left overs? The 1st Commandment tells us to have no other gods before Him. This should be natural for the Christian. If you spend more time watching TV or internet browsing, then you need to examine your life.
I believe when he instructs us to pray without ceasing, its for the individual to not let go of what he she is believing for.That prayer is branded on d heart as an assurance that what was spoken will come to pass.
Happiness is temporary depending on our circumstances but JOY is the fruit the Holy Spirit brings forth in us and it does not depend on what you re going through When we learn how to trust God then we will thank Him in every situation that confront us We have to understand because we re joyful God is working on our behalf and the enemy cannot stand that joy This true joy cannot be faked or make up it just comes up from our inside

YES.WE do accept that God is in total control of the universe and all that happens cannot happen unless God knows it will give forth good to his people and bring him glory in the end...

The apostle Paul encouraged fellow believers not to "sleep on the rest do". One can 'sleep on' by ignoring Jehovah's moral standards. We must make sure that ungodly individuals do not influence us to adkpt their ways and attitudes.
When we come to the point in our relationship with Jesus Christ that we trust him with all our heart,mind,soul,and strength , we will give him thanks for all things because no matter what the circumstance looks like what we are going through, we have the victory.
Many today choose to "despise prophesying" by their disregard or disbelief of the many prophecies recorded in the Bible. We are living in a time of Bible prophecy being fulfilled, but many choose to ignore these signs. They do not let these prophecies have an effect on their life and they choose to do as they please. This is a warning that should be heeded and when we are each judged, we can not say that we were not warned.
