David was in a very difficult situation. He needed to please his host when he was called to join him in the battle against Israel. At the same time he knew it was wrong to fight his own people. But God solved his problem for him by using some of the princes of Philistine to oppose hid presence amongst them. God will make a way for us should any temptation bigger than us face us so we do not fall.
It was time to walk in his calling, He had to be pushed out, Jesus said when he spoke in the Temple, He said God had anointed me, to preach the Gospel, and to set the captive free. David time had run it's course, He had to go and take his rightful place. When God calls us, We got to move.
thank GOD, the LORD had prevented HIS servant[David] from sinning by joining the philistines to fight against his brothers.the LORD will help us overcome temptation where we are weak & helpless hallelujah.
