Discussion for 1 Maccabees 1

I can see where God's Word was altered and purportedly claimed as God's Word.

These books are crucial to our understanding of the fulfillment of the prophecies of Daniel. Concerns about authenticity may be warranted in some works of the "apocrypha, " but a removal of this account from study brings obscurity to the student, and I believe is key to the divisive exploitation of ignorance that today 's end time industry engages in.

More detailed & enlightened than other books of the bible about the sufferings of the children of isreal, should have been included.
  • Ron
Excellent book, I consider it greater and better than many other books in the bible

Very interesting form a historicle point of view but I see why it wasn't included in the biblical canon we have today.
