    Rob,

We all know, or the ones this is pointed towards, that Jesus Christ is the Son of God. "The firstborn among many brethren".

Just one question. You stated this "If you have a verse that proves Jesus Born in Bethlehem was in heaven before then you have a valid point." Is John 6:38-39 not enough? Which to me looks like the exact answer to the statement you made.

How's Revelations 19:13. That is supposed to be Christ at His second coming. Correct?

I'll state this. I believe it is quiet over simplified of people saying "Jesus and God are the same thing". I don't Believe that and don't agree with it. They most definitely are a part of one another. Jesus Christ even said in John 14:28 "I go unto the Father: for my Father is greater than I." Many other things I could quote that shows they are unique to each other. But as in 1 John 5:7 "these three are one." The Father, the Son(or Word), and the Holy Ghost are all a part of the Eternal Godhead.

Jesus Christ is the Son of God that was born from a virgin, on earth, in the flesh, in Bethlehem. What about John the baptizer stating in John 1:15 "John bare witness of him(Jesus), and cried, saying, This was he of whom I spake, He that cometh after me is preferred before me: for he was before me."

May the Lord Bless us to all come together and have faith and trust in Him. I would never call myself smart. All Glory to the Father. Love one another my brothers and sisters. God Bless us all!

    1 John 4 verse 9

God Gave witness about His Son Jesus and this witness is greater than any compilation of men's attempt to explain Jesus .

So who do you believe reader Gods witness or men's attempt to explain who Jesus is ?

When Did God give witness? I can recall because it's recorded by those that witnessed it .

One of the qualifications for Judas replacement was that he had to be present at the baptism of Jesus . To be a witness of God s witness of his Only begotten Son norm in Bethlehem, Jesus .

On the mount transfiguration again God gave witness, what did God say ? Read it ! Believe it !

Read the whole chapter of 1 John 4 , keep things in context , don't cherry pick from all over the scriptures and form a doctrine .

A doctrine is in its own context .

May the truth set you free !

    To STANJETT

There is only one way to respond to your 'twisted' comments.

Get thee hence, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve ( Matthew 4:10; Luke 4:8).

Our message remains the same: Ye must repent.

The Word of God is God ( John 1:1) and is not of any private interpretation ( 2 Peter 1:20).

It is the key principle of all the teachings of Jesus Christ and the axiom (basis) of the Word of God and a prerequisite and primary requirement for the salvation of mankind. It actually means the changing of spirits - to turn from darkness to light and from the power of Satan unto God ( Acts 26:18).

For a better understanding and the 'spiritual truth' of what it means to repent, and learn how and by whom mankind has been deceived ( Rev. 12:9) and what people must do to be reunited with the true and living God, we invite you to seek Him according to the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive ( Matthew 7:7; John 14:17).

You need not that any man teach you ( Isaiah 54:13; 6:45; 1 John 2:27), as mankind follows after an image of a false god and a false Christ ( Matthew 24:24; Mark 13:22; Gal. 4:8; 2 Cor. 11:13-15; Rev. 12:9).

It is only by revelation of God that people will come to know the true Christ ( Daniel 12:4,9; Amos 3:7; Matthew 16:17; Luke 2:26; Romans 16:25; 1 Cor. 2:10; Gal. 1:16; Eph. 3:3,5; Rev. 1:1), and only then will you be able to overcome the spirit of this world ( 1 John 5:4; Rev. 3:21) and learn what 'True Repentance' means, and how this whole world has been deceived ( Rev. 12:9). It should also be remembered that it is a narrow way that leadeth unto 'Life', and few there be that find it ( Matthew 7:14).

LUKE 15:10. LIKEWISE, I SAY UNTO YOU, THERE IS JOY IN THE PRESENCE OF THE ANGELS OF GOD OVER ONE SINNER THAT REPENTETH.

    To ADAM

He that committeth sin of the devil; for the devil (your natural spirit) sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil. Whosoever is born of God, doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God (1:3:8,9).

The following is an excerpt from the Article 'What is Sin of the book 'A World Deceived'.

'Sin is not just an act such as prostitution , alcoholism, adultery or a drug addiction, as the spirit of this world has made you believe but is the fruit of every man, woman and child ( Romans 3:9; Gal. 3:22).

For the purpose of this article and to give mankind a better understanding of the title of this article, we would like to add the words 'abortion' and 'homosexuality' as another act.

Sin is often referred to in the Bible in the same context as Satan, and his servants are therefore also described as the servants of sin ( John 8:34). Sin is the natural state a person is born in and his/her whole being is sinful. It is the fruit of the natural body.

As such, every person is separated from the true and living God and under the power of Satan. Religion or any form of Baptism does not change that and is a form of self-transformation of the natural body. This is how Satan has transformed himself into an angel of light ( 2 Cor. 11:14).

He also informed them that they were not of God ( John 8:43-47). Remember now that they truly thought that they knew God and that they worshipped him in truth, but when He dwelt amongst them they crucified Him, as they could not believe His message of repentance ( 1 Cor. 2:14) and did not like it that He convinced them that they were sinners and that they lived under the power of sin (Satan).

Seek, and ye shall find 9Matthew 7:7)

    In His Seed.

If you used the Search Box on this website, which is all in King James Version, you would see what it says.

Go have a look. Consider getting a KJV Bible. I have 8 of them because I have notes scribbled all over them. Sometimes you just need to get a new one.

Hello, the KJV and NKJV has 1 John 5:7 "For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one."

Other bible translations left that out.

So, which translation is correct??? I'm lost...REALLY LOST!

I do not mean to be offensive, but some of these questions are so random and elementary.

The website has a great Search Engine that I seriously doubt that you utilize for some of your questions.

This website even includes Commentaries by Matthew Henry; if you would learn how to use it.

It has. Quickie link to Google who checks to see what it has for your scripture and verse.

LEARN how to use them. We do not have to answer every question that you pose.

We, all born again people, HAVE THE MIND OF CHRIST. We have The Holy Spirit as our Personal Teacher.

You have to initiate a one To one relationship to HIM.

This website gleans posted comments that are alike in subject. Sometimes many; sometimes not. It deserves to be investigated.

We come into relationship to Jesus as milk fed baby Christians. We pour in the daily reading of Gods Word, and we will mature and grow if we do what we know to do.

It's not my responsibility to spoon feed the Bible to you. It's your responsibility to DESIRE the sincere milk of the Bible. Start in 1, 2, 3 John: great orientation books.

Digressing into Genesis theories that are not Biblical is akin to giving a baby a rattlesnake instead of a baby rattle.

We each have to lay down, layer upon layer, of Knowledge. It involves turning the TV OFF, and reading through Books (plural) of the Bible. What's your real life appetite for food?? If you eat junk food mostly, you will grow health problems.

Spiritual food is meant to grow you up into a spiritual giant for the Word of God.

We do not get born again into Jesus knowing all mysteries. You have to work at it: every day. Not just when you feel like it. If your Bible has dust on it, or sits beneath a pile of newspapers and novels, and it's not really talking to your "inner man", there's the problem.

Speed reading is not going to reveal those mysteries you seek.

I read slowly, take a ton of notes, underline things that I want to look into deeper.

Being born of Water and blood can be understood in a number of ways:

I would suggest That in this case, it refers to the natural birth of Christ Jesus whereby the normal birth involves the breaking of the woman's waters, in a sense being baptised into the realm of Humanity . And God declared many times that Blood is the Life Thereof. (Heavenly Beings need no blood as they don't have mortal bodies) By these means we have assurance He is truly of the flesh , thereby he could rightly be judged a truly righteous sacrifice for humanity as he being made flesh , remained sinless . I hope this Helps your understanding. God is Beautiful and fulfils every righteousness.

Bless you, and watch for our redemption is at the door.
  • Medical Explanation of Jesus39s Death - In Reply on 1 John 5 - 3 years ago
    John 19:31-34

The bodies would not remain on the cross on the Sabbath the Jews asked Pilate that the legs might be broken and that they might be taken away. The soldiers came and broke the legs of the 1st and 3rd prisoners. Jesus was already dead, they did not break his legs. But one of the soldiers pierced his side with a spear, there came out blood and water." Why did blood and water come out of Jesus' side??

Crucifixion typically resulted in death through one of two ways: The first was HYPOVOLEMIC shock. The prolonged rapid heartbeat resulting from hypovolemic shock can cause fluid to gather in the area around the heart. This is called pericardial effusion.

The second way death occurred during crucifixion was due to asphyxiation. The person is unable to breathe in enough oxygen to survive. Crucifixion victims had to pull their weight up with their hands or wrists that were nailed; along with pushing up with the feet or ankles that had another nail through them. Over time, the ability to push up to breathe would end and oxygen flow would be restricted. *This asphyxiation can also result in the buildup of fluid around the heart.

In either case, the account of John is quite accurate. The Romans saw that the other two crucifixion victims were still alive and broke their legs so they would no longer be able to push themselves up to breathe, resulting in death within minutes. Jesus, they saw He had become unconscious and likely was already dead. To confirm, a spear was shoved into His side, likely under His ribs, that ruptured the PERICARDIAL sack, resulting in a flow of both blood and water.

This manner of death was a brutal end for Jesus, there was also prophetic significance to this event. John states in John 19:36-37, "For these things took place that the Scripture might be fulfilled: 'Not one of his bones will be broken. And again another Scripture says, They will look on him whom they have pierced.

    Prophesies: Exodus 12:46. Zechariah 12:10.

1 John 5:6 what is meant by Jesus being born of water and blood? I recently heard a teacher use this verse to explain how heavenly bodies do not have blood. And that this is proof that Adam had water as his circulatory system before the fall and after he had blood which made him mortal. Is there any other verses that reference this topic?

  • BEING RECONCILED TO GOD - In Reply on 1 John 5:4 - 3 years ago
Richard, as long as we are on the side of life; there is still time to be reconciled, by the enduring Love of God.

    2 Corinthians 5: 16-21

All this is from God, who through Christ reconciled us to himself and gave us the ministry of reconciliation; that is: in Christ God was reconciling the world to himself, not counting their trespasses against them, and entrusting to us the message of reconciliation. Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, God making his appeal through us. We implore you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God. For our sake he made him to be sin who knew no sin, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.

Stop here and read Exodus 33:11-23. And Luke 15:11-32. Hebrews 6:18 and 12:1-2

    Lastly, 1 John 1:9

Satan has demons that keep an eye on us: what we do, say, read. They're invisible "spies". Ephesians 6. Satan uses the info collected, to ACCUSE you at the throne of God. You feel those accusations. However the Holy Spirit is still with you, convicting you about your sins. He desires to reconcile these things and stop the torment in your mind.

1 John 2:1 names Jesus as your ADVOCATE: your attorney. And He's sitting right beside His Father in heaven, NOW. Your name is still written in the Book of Life.

It's time now for you to pray. Confess your heart. Receive the cleansing power that is in the shed blood of Jesus. 1 John 1:2. Jesus already paid for it. It will be well with your soul, afterwards.

We all need to run to, 1 John 1:2 as soon as sin happens. We are soul and spirit encased in flesh. All that Bible reading makes the spirit man get bigger than the sinful flesh and the gullible soul. Hebrews 12:2, said, to RUN THE RACE. Win!

I love you brother and never feel that you are alone in this. You're blessed.

Get to know God the Holy Spirit, who is The Spirit of Christ. Book of John, ch 16

Hello Richard, Have you ever had a born again repentance peace with God event in your life? Do you have this place of peace in your heart to go back to? Do you want to go back to that time in your heart where you had that peace and forgiveness? You have to want this to find repentance and power over willing sin. Pour out your heart, God in Jesus is a gatherer not a scatterer. Your confession is helpful too. Many are now praying because we know you are made like us, and we together can point each other back to peace. You do not need to answer any of my written questions they are for your heart only.

How about Hebrews 6 vs 4- 6, how can I come back to the lord after walking away and willfully sinning I cant seem to find peace with God, seems like I sinned away my day of grace, and know God is more real to me than ever. This horrible feeling like hell is waiting because I knew every time I sinned I was wrong.

So can anyone tell me what sin John is talking about?

    On 1 John 5:1

By nature every person is born in sin through the sinful seed of their natural fathers and conditioned therein ( 1 Peter 1:23). For that reason and in order to become a son of God, which are born of God, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God, a person must be 'Born Again' ( John 1:12,13; 3:3-7; 1 John 3:9; 5:4).

By attending a man-made institution a few hours a week ( Acts 7:48; 17:24), does not mean that a person can make a claim that they are followers of Christ and 'Born Again'. That is falsehood, as in truth they follow after an image of a false god and a false Christ ( Matthew 24:24; Mark 13:22; Gal. 4:8; Rev. 12:9). This is how Satan has transformed Himself into an angel of light ( 2 Cor. 11:13-15).

Only through 'True Repentance' will God be able to reveal Himself, and adopt you as His sons and daughters ( Rom. 8:15,23; 2 Cor.6:18; Gal. 4:5; Eph. 1:5; Hebr. 12:5; 1 John 3:1).

The word 'Repent' means a lot more than what people by nature have been conditioned to believe.

12:9), and what people must do to be reunited with the true and living God, we invite you to seek Him according to the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive ( John 14:17).

You need not that any man teach you ( Isaiah 54:13; 6:45; 1 John 2:27), It is only by revelation of God that you will come to know Christ ( Daniel 12:4,9; Amos 3:7; Matthew 16:17; Luke 2:26; Romans 16:25; 1 Cor. 2:10; Gal. 1:16; Eph. 3:3,5; Rev. 1:1). It is a narrow way that leadeth unto 'Life', and few there be that find it ( Matthew 7:14).

    Hello Jmonyae,

When ever I ask Father GOD anything, I see the answers manifest either within a few days or even years later. One thing I have learned from GOD is that the answers are not how I thought they should be answered but they were or are answered in his way. Then I remember verse Isaiah 55:8 "For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD." Look at at all the evil going on around us today and I know it is going to get much worse and that our faith is going to be refined as gold through the fire. So my prayer was for God to show me where to run and to hide from the coming evil one, but instead His answer to me was to give me His Peace to endure all to come.

Look up and Pray up in EVERYTHING and watch His wonderful works manifest.

    God Bless All Saints
