    The Holy Spirit

We rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, and endurance produces character, and character produces hope, and hope does not put us to shame, because God's love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us," Romans 5:3-5.

We find love in our suffering. As we endure trials, God's love is poured out into us through the Spirit and it's this empowerment that carries you and I through the hard seasons. When you are doubting this love in your difficulty, remember that the Holy Spirit pours Jesus's love into your heart.

With all your concerns, and some fears: keep repeating this scripture by speaking it out, until it takes root in your spirit.

    Deuteronomy 31:6

Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the LORD thy God, he it is that doth go with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee.

    Isaiah 26:3

You keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on you, because he trusts in you.

Spirit of Infirmity (the demon who inflicts health issues.

(Bind up his work in this persons life)

in the name of Jesus of Nazareth: I, a blood washed child of the Most High God:bind up your work in this mans body!

I command you to release him and go into outer darkness Now!

I bind every symptom and every co-demon on assignment to destroy him and keep him in bondage illegally. I bind:

Weakness of our human nature, sickness Lingering disorders, oppression, weakness, cancer, arthritis, foul Lying Spirit, lame, bent, body, asthma, allergies, bleeding, addiction and craving. I command by the power and authority of Jesus Christ of Nazareth to leave this body and go into dry desert places.

I Loose the Gift of Healing by the Power of the Holy Spirit of God to heal every disease and every affliction. I claim this life to be set aside to receive Jesus as Savior and Lord. It is written: he will live and not die.

He will live unto God from this day. Resist the Devil..and he must flee!

It is written that whatever is bound on earth is bound in heaven. Whatever is loosed in heaven is loosed on earth, into this man.

So be it now. I will sing your praise and give glory to Jesus for his sacrifice on the Cross. It is written...God so loved the world. Praise you Father, Jesus and Holy Spirit. Amen.

Malaki sarp on john3:15....forgive and be baptized for the Remission of sin and you will be saved! Holy to the LORD!
  • Bendito Palavra - In Reply on 1 John 3:15 - 3 years ago
First you must agree with God about your sin:

Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool ( Isaiah 1:18).

Then your sin must be paid for.

You have no way to pay the penalty.

The Son of God, the Lord Jesus Christ , willingly submitted his sinless body and blood to die on the cross to pay the price to deliver sinners from sin, death, and Hell (see Romans 3:24-28).

Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved ( Acts 16:31).

He that covereth his sins shall not prosper: but whoso confesseth and forsaketh them shall have mercy ( Proverbs 28:13)

If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness ( 1 John 1:9).

He needs to wear a mask and doctor type gloves and go to physical therapy; before it's too late.

There are training programs for people in wheel chairs. He needs to brush up on computer skills. Lots of jobs and school is online now. They need techs bad.

I had & have a motto for unmotivation: "get going and kick your (please pardon me) tail down the road. Nobody wants it as much as you do." He'll be glad he did it.

Can I recommend a book to you? It helped me stop having migraines: 33 years ago.

"Healing The Sick". By T.L. Osborn. I don't want to hear about 1980's Charismatic Movement and all that criticism. I was laid out flat with a headache & couldn't move, reading with the book over my face. My 8yr old son blows through the room and I asked him to lay his hand on my head and pray for me. He sticks his grubby hand on me and says " Jesus heal " and runs out the door. So I'm laying there thinking what do I do now? I sit up, stood up, shook my head all around....and I lived to tell you that Today.

Don't think that Jesus is not healing people anymore. Read the book and let your faith; and your sons faith, EXPLORE.

Faith will shrivel up like a piece of bacon in the skillet. Believe in God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit. Feed your spirit and your faith.

    You pray this,

Heavenly Father, I pray that you will cover this problem with your loving hand. While my mind is confused and struggles to find the right path, I know that you can heal any situation. Bring your peace and hope to my life. Hold me close to you so that my heart and mind may be kept safe. I pray that you will use the power of your truth to transform any darkness into your love and light. You are my fortress and my place of refuge. In times of difficulties, I turn to you for protection from harm. Thank you for protecting me and giving me all of my blessings in life. Amen.

I lift up my brother, Lord, that you will provide for every need; that you would dispatch your angels to bring provision, safety; and help us understand the work and blessing of adversity. Please lead him from this place to the next place as you did for Abraham. Lift him and his loved ones in the spirit of their mind.

I agree with him that the joy and healing of rain would cheer his soul: gentle rain and your promise in Your Bow in the sky.

Father I pray In Jesus's Name that every demon on assignment be bound and cast into the deepest outer darkness. May Your Eye be on the sparrow. Amen.

When my mom was in the hospital, they took her off her blood pressure medicine and put her on 3 different ones that didn't work. Second day I STRONGLY demanded they put her back on Amlodipine. Next day she's in normal range again.

Ask your primary care doctor to let you try that medicine for a week. Get a blood pressure monitor.

The cardiologist is going to tell you to eat chicken, fish and not a lot of red meat. Eat a small bowl of 5 minute oatmeal every day.

Oatmeal attaches to cholesterol in the bloodstream and escorts it out immediately.

Cut out most fried foods and fast foods. Think of cigarettes as a stick of dynamite.

I'm praying that the Holy Spirit will come alongside you to comfort you and convict you about cheats. He's so Gentle you don't even mind it. Trust in HIM and you'll be blessed with better health and less worry.

Steak and baked potato are now on the monthly rewards list. And so is feeling better. :)

It is the narrow way that leadeth unto 'Life' and you will not find it through religious and man-made doctrines ( Matthew 15:9).
  • Randy on 1 John 3:15 - 3 years ago
Have you found it? (the narrow way)? What is it?
  • Andy G van den Berg on 1 John 3:15 - 3 years ago
    1 John 3:9

By nature every person is born in sin through the sinful seed of their natural fathers and conditioned therein ( 1 Peter 1:23). For that reason and in order to become a son of God, which are born of God, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God, a person must be 'Born Again' ( John 1:12,13; 3:3-7; 1 John 3:9; 5:4).

By attending a man-made institution ( Acts 7:48; 17:24) a few hours a week does not mean that a person can make a claim that they are followers of Christ and 'Born Again'. That is falsehood, as in truth they follow after an image of a false god and a false Christ ( Matthew 24:24; Mark 13:22; Gal. 4:8; Rev. 12:9). This is how Satan has transformed Himself into an angel of light ( 2 Cor. 11:13-15).

Only through 'True Repentance' will God be able to reveal Himself, and adopt you as His sons and daughters ( Rom. 8:15,23; 2 Cor.6:18; Gal. 4:5; Eph. 1:5; Hebr. 12:5; 1 John 3:1).

The word 'Repent' means a lot more than what people by nature have been conditioned to believe. It is the key principle of all the teachings of Jesus Christ and the axiom (basis) of the Word of God and a prerequisite and primary requirement for the salvation of mankind. It actually means the changing of spirits - to turn from darkness to light and from the power of Satan unto God ( Acts 26:18).

For a better understanding and the 'spiritual truth' of what it means to repent, and learn how and by whom mankind has been deceived ( Rev. 12:9), and what people must do to be reunited with the true and living God, we invite you to seek Him according to the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive ( John 14:17).

You need not that any man teach you ( Isaiah 54:13; 6:45; 1 John 2:27), It is only by revelation of God that you will come to know Christ ( Daniel 12:4,9; Amos 3:7; Matthew 16:17; Luke 2:26; Romans 16:25; 1 Cor. 2:10; Gal. 1:16; Eph. 3:3,5; Rev. 1:1). It is a narrow way that leadeth unto 'Life', and few there be that find it ( Matthew 7:14).

Lost 1 on 1 John 3... Jesus took away ALL of your sin on the cross! If you believe that with all your heart and might, why do you think you are still a sinner? You said you repented of your past sin. You are a NEW creature! His FREE gift of Righteousness to you through faith. We are now of HIS Nature, not sin nature. Second, join the club on regrets. But this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before. Philippians 3:13 The best is yet to come! Holy To The LORD!

Thank you , I understand. I appreciate the clarity.
  • Chris - In Reply on 1 John 3 - 3 years ago
Eugene, Rereward is an old English word taken from the French word (from my search - I don't speak French): arriere-garde. And this means, rear-guard. So in Isa 58:8, 52:12; Josh 6:9,13; Num 10:25 & 1 Sam 29:2, the thought is of someone or something coming behind you for protection or safety.

If an army troop or any foot patrol went through a possible hidden enemy presence, the formation always had a couple of scouts way ahead to check out the forward position of the main body of men, & a rear-guard (affectionately called, Tail-end Charlie) who constantly looked behind him for enemy presence following them. These positions assisted the main body to check their flanks & in the trees, confidently putting their trust in Tail-end Charlie to keep their backs secure. One slip up by him & they could be all dead. Even on the sports field, no man plays the game on his own - he's part of the team, dependent on others to secure a win.

And so in Isaiah too, it is God's Glory that would follow Israel, as He was the reason for Israel's existence, her confidence & security, & He would be their Rear-Guard if only they would abide by His requirements upon them. Yet, how often they failed Him even with the Promises of God their blessed possession.

IN Isaiah: 58: vs 8 it read," thy rereward." What does this really mean in context?
  • Backsliding means not going forward - In Reply on 1 John 3 - 3 years ago
If our "conscience" ACCUSES us after we've already repented and asked for forgiveness; then your Accuser is Satan. His mission to steal, kill and destroy. That voice that accuses is, is spiritual warfare. Ephesians 6

You need every piece to protect your self.

Have you read Luke 15, about the Prodigal son (or daughter)? If that describes your experience, then you are forgiven and may now turn and freely embrace Gods Love and forgiveness. He saw you coming back home to Him, way before you did.

You are hidden in His hand and he's not going to let you slip away. The robe the prodigals father put on him, is the robe of righteousness (you have right standing with God again). The adornments are Gods favor which had never left you; no matter what you did.

It's the willful repeated backsliding that burns holes in our conscience. If you stop feeling that conviction, it is Much Harder to return to the Father who loves you perfectly.

That nagging you feel is The Holy Spirit at work in your conscience to help you Will to return to right standing. Cling to Him with all of your strength.

We mess up daily (even me :), which is why we run to 1 John 1:9, to confess those things and be forgiven. A psalm says that the Lords Mercies are new and refreshed towards us every morning! We can start our days thanking and praising Him for that.

Our forever home is in heaven. We're not to love this world system that is going to pass away. We begin living our lives for heaven now. Do the right things. ALL of heaven is on your team cheering you over the finish line!

If you sin you have an Advocate with the Father. Jesus. If satan accuses you in court, God hears the case. Your Advocate (attorney) checks The Lambs Book of Life for YOUR name. It is; and the case is dismissed for lack of evidence; be cause all of your sins are covered by The Blood of Jesus!!

Reverence this knowledge. Keep it close.

Pray & Praise daily, the Lord of Glory.

verse 20, the way it is described in the commentary says God condemns us if our heart does, I always thought that is meant, the opposite. I have a hard time forgiving myself for backsliding for so long staying away from our Lord and sinning for years knowing it was wrong as i did it but i have since repented and turn completely away from my former live but still struggle with the past. I though this scripture meant that even though my heart condemns me God is greater than my heart and knows all things and knows i've repented and has forgiven me. Self -condemnation is a horrible way to live no joy, no peace but i used to take comfort in that scripture knowing that God had not condemned me even tho my heart does. I've not found a timetable for how long a backslider has before he has no chance to come back, and if I am an apostate why am I under such conviction? I'm in that place where I cannot move stuck in the most miserable of places, am i not accepting forgiveness or can i not get it anymore?
