5:15 We have - Faith anticipates the blessings. The petitions which we asked of him - Even before the event. And when the event comes, we know it comes in answer to our prayer.

The Word which is Spirit came forth from Spirit to be made flesh and dwell among us though he were rich he became poor for our sake to take our sins upon him and give his life for us to redeem and reconcile us back to Spirit. But this part, I think, has to do specifically with the business of souls; and in the same area as having charge of the keys of the kingdom, to bind or loose in Jesus' name; and to pronounce forgiveness and remission, or that the sin is retained.
