1Co 3:18 Let no man deceive himself. A caution against the philosophical tendencies of the Apolloite party. If any man among you seemeth to be wise in this world. If he is wise in his own estimation and that of the world calls "foolishness" (1Co 1:18,23 2:14) in order that he may became "wise unto salvation" (2Ti 3:15).
