“And Jabez called on the God of Israel, saying, Oh that thou wouldest bless me indeed, and enlarge my coast, and that thine hand might be with me, and that thou wouldest keep me from evil, that it may not grieve me! And God granted him that which he requested.”

  • I love this I had to look it up because I was told when I was at the Cancer Ward on today to say this prayer each and everyday and I am starting on today I will read it three time a day.

    This prayer if Jabez is relevant for this thanksgiving season. O that God would make me a blessing, enlarge my borders, and keep me from evil. The Lord granted the request. We need to help our brothers and sisters in the Philippines suffering from the typhoon. Give and it shall be given unto to you pressed down, and shaken together. Let the Lord use you to give hope to someone who needs help. Yes pray, but give for how can we say be warm, and be filled, while not providing what they need. So be a blessing today.
