Giving praise, honor, and glory to my savior JESUS CHRIST who is the head of my life.
I really don’t know where to begin because there is so much GOD has done for me so I will start from the most recent and biggest impact.
I had been struggling with alcohol and drug addiction for many years. I thought I would never defeat this thing and I was at the end of my rope. Things went from bad to worse to a living hell. My life was completely out of control and full of darkness, hurt, pain, strife, and hate. At many times I couldn’t even recognize myself in the mirror. I was not only destroying myself but hurting the people I love the most.
Things came to a head when one night some horrible and disgusting things was done upon me and that situation on top of the pain I was putting my family thru lead me to decide to take my life by overdosing on the drug that had me consumed which was powder cocaine. It was 2 days after my 33rd birthday last year that I overdosed. I could actually feel myself dying but after seeing something that I know without a doubt was GOD, I cried out to HIM to help me. I awoke that next morning in the hospital in the ICU.
I had iv's hooked to both my hands and both arms. I was also hooked to a heart and breathing machine. There was enough cocaine in my system to kill 3 people.
I couldn’t believe I was alive and my life now has completely turned around and I’m living for GOD. Things for me today are getting better and better each day. My relationship with my family is truly a blessed one and I’m free from my addictions. I owe everything to GOD THE FATHER, JESUS CHRIST THE SON, and THE HOLY SPIRIT.
Nothing is too hard for GOD!!!!
