Discussion for Romans 1

It is simple enough a child can understand. We are known of God from the beginning, we have an understanding of the Godhead. If we choose to go against His will, and do so to serve our own flesh, he will turn us over to a reprobate mind, as such cannot inherit the Kingdom of God unless that one repent and change. We have this knowledge from the beginning...those born of woman to then choose who we will serve, God or Satan. Why when this chapter is taught is it still not understood, and those of us who abhor sin, are chastised for our knowledge of the truth in faith, and reprimanded for spiritual discernment and called 'judging' our brother. Those who practice defilement of their bodies ,and with others, with either the same sex or in immoral ways with both sexes, are not my brother men and women in Christ. God will do the judging, but I will discern by the power of the Holy Spirit, to not hitch my wagon to a 'Love is Love' doctrine just to please the 'world' or fulfill another's unrighteous platform. These are perilous times. Pray one for another in Christ Jesus.

it is a marvelous book, inspired by the Holy Spirit, why of all the letters Paul wrote this letter is the first in the New Testament, 1st Thessalonians was the first letter yet the letters are not in that order, who other than the Holy Spirit could have made such an order The book of Romans is the jewel of Paul's Letters.

Good Lord! like it was written yesterday. How true the scripture is and worthy of all acceptation.
  • How magnificent our God is and how he made his mark for all to see. It is sad that our classrooms refuse to give him the credit.

i honestly do not understand pastors that stand in the pulpit and say is ok to do things that the bible clearly condemns . I will like to pray that God would free every person from the lust of the eye and the lust of the flesh and the pride of life. We do not hate the cos they are under bondage ,but do not know it some have never even open the bible and do not even know about this chapter in the bible. Some are afraid to read the bible in case they will read the truth in the word of God. Some are just outright held hostage by the power of sin unable to break loose. I pray tonight for such. And may God forgive all of us because we are all afraid as Christians to tell the truth about this subject so that we will not be label as haters.

I became a Christian in May of '79' and to this day I can't recall THREE PREACHERS teaching or preaching from this chapter.
