Wesley's Notes for Revelation 22:11

People's Bible Notes for Revelation 22:11

Re 22:11 He that is unjust, let him be unjust still. This is not a command, but a warning. He that is fixed in injustice and unrighteousness, let him go on. The future judgments revealed in the preceding visions show that he shall reap that he has sown. And he that is holy, let him be holy still. But the holy and true, let them be encouraged to press on; they have their reward. The reason that the saints may be sure of this is next given.

It is particularly instructive to read Jesus' message to the churches -- first 3 chapters of Revelation, because these scriptures inform us of what we (as believers in Jesus the Christ) should be doing, and where we are missing the point. Revelation 17 and 18 is also an easy read because these reflect the daily news, as the world stage is unfolding now! Yes Daniel sets the stage for understanding!

Messiah wants us to understand. Apocalypse and Revelation means to "unveil" unlike popular teaching, which modern misconception and falsehood are what the whole book is about and it started the minute the original Apostles left the scene. It's about deception cloaked in a "Christian" costume and is/will be the most popular theory and practice and belief system going. If ye truly seek,ye shall find

Almost every verse in Rev. can be found elsewhere in the Bible. I think it's because God wants us to use it all. Daniel is the key to unlock Rev. It cannot be understood without it. MOST of the keys to Daniel are in Daniel itself. Dan 7 and Rev 13are identical with Rev giving a little more detail at the end of it (our time). Both are chronological.. Rev 12:17.
