It was refreshing and just what I needed to read On This Day...
I have been enduring a on going issue at my job from my supervisor, that has caused me lost sleep, lost hours, lost productivity, and just draining.
However after reading Psalm 37, I see a light, I have hope, I have a expectation.
That was offered by the most High, and since he is not man he word I can count on.
    Psalm 55 also helped.

I love the part that say delight in the Lord and do good and will lack nothing .but seeking first the Kingdom of God and its righteousness and all will be bonus.

This Chapter was written for those that are waiting on God to save them. The righteous must go through a trial of having everything taken from them. That they may only desire God. The world don't understand that God gives all increase, and calls the righteous weak, but having faith in God will never fail, and one day when your desires are gone.. God shows up to bless you because you can handle it.
