If your delight is in pleasing God, then your desires conform to HIM, and then His desires become your desires. Your selfish desires are replaced with Godly desires.

I feel it means, the things that we do to please the Lord and we do it with gladness and joy serving Him, He will in turn provide us with what we need and sometimes what we want. I say sometimes because we don't always need some of the things we want.
