Psalm 27 was read often by my mother when she was alive. When she felt down and upset or disappointed by someone she felt close to, she opened her bible to Psalm 27. I do the same. It is sad when friends seem to be turn their back to you. This Psalm describes vividly what you may be feeling and lifts you up.

The Lord has spoken this psalm to me lately a lot. Especially about Mother and Father forsaking me. But God is My Daddy and my Mother. He is my light my wisdom and His love saves me over and over.
