Christopher's comment on 2012-10-24 19:35:05:

Foundation holds any structure. In fairness to our Christian faith Jesus Christ is the sure foundation. For the righteous to maintain a cordial relationship with the Almighty Father, He has to be in tune with God through Jesus Christ. If there should be any corrosion as a result of sin, confession should be made immediately though the righteous does not deliberately commit sin. The believer has a solid foundation in Christ and must continually depend on Him in all ramifications to avoid any trespass as a result of sin that will give an open room for the devil who is the enemy of our soul.
