I love it I read the psalms and proverbs often, although I am going through a hell I never thought was there but I believe that GOD protects sheilds and comforts me yea though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death thy rod and staff comfort me. I never want to be seperated from GOD and I do ask GOD to seperate me from ALL evil. AMEN. Peace be with you keep the faith.

I particularly like this verse "But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night." Isn't that great? I love the word "meditate" day and night because it is relaxing. I just looked in the dictionary.
Rest, Relaxing and Meditation are healthy mechanisms of improving the mind and or the neurons, as it is all the same thing, my current study. (maybe a pun?)

The hidden power of God's word comes alive in every area of our lives when we eat it daily and write upon the tablet of our heart. Most importantly, living to the true measure of the word yields through transformation of mind and spirit. Therefore anchoring us so deep in Christ, we remain unscale by surface movement and produce superior fruits that impact others.
