Verse 22 really urges children to have respect for their parents. This should not change even when the parents grow older.

May God help those who have done me wrong..
My children have been taken my life stolen
Was removed from my peace life without reason..
    Homeless no money
    Unjustly ..
I have nothing except God family and friends ..
    If God is with us
    I can only pray
    I know he is..
    Thanks for your sight
    I was blind
    All this was caused by
    My spiritual awaking..
    It confused many ...

It saddens me to hear this. Sometimes we get so lost in our own little world that we don't think about people who are suffering this way.
Although, I am not a preacher, I will be teaching others, during my spiritual walk, about this.
It is serious and you're right, it is one of the seven sins.

I too have sin of gluttony. Andrea I hear you loud and clear. I always have to remember physically that my stomach is only as big as my fist. And that is what I try to remember when I eat anything. As long as we have enough food to fill that you can control eating and most of all talk with the Lord before during and after. Remember Your body belongs to the Lord. :) Not the devil.
