    V. 18 - Paul KNEW something; He knew that those truly hungry for the truth would search it out (Acts 17:11) even if they heard a lie (pretence) they'd discover it and know the 'freedom' truth. Paul studied under Gamaliel, was a 'Pharisee of the Pharisees'; a SMART, wise man. that's why God chose him: God knew He could use all this for HIS kingdom, instead of satan's.
