    Matthew 8 vs 15
When Jesus touch Peter's mother hand ..this reveal ed to me that. Jesus anointing when he spoke the word to fever to leave. That's all it took for the fever to flee because he once carried our sickness and diseases and overcame ALL of them. And Peter's mother recovered and went by her business..Thank you Jesus we overcome in him because his name is above everything!!!

Jesus talks a lot about faith imagine Matthews chapter 8 to let us know how strong faith is and what it can do if you just had a little of it and believing in and God himself
  • Paul
This can be one interpretation but not the only one. This means the ancestor saints of God in the Catholic Church and their following WILL be cast out of the kingdom of God. This is because of their rebellion against Jesus Christ and the promises GOD made to the Jews of Israel for them at the end of the ages. God WILL judge replacement theology and antisemitism by the Catholic heresy of ages past.
  • Michael for verse 22
John 14:6 Jesus said he is the way, the truth the light. His disciple having received and believing Christ to follow him has found the light and now has Salvation to Eternal Life through Jesus Christ... Jesus, talking about the dead burying the dead are those who are spiritually dead. Why? Matthew 4:16 confirms the people which sat in darkness saw great light and to them which sat in the region and shadow of death light is sprung up. John 8:12 makes it clearer saying Jesus is the light of the world: he who follows him shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life. Meaning Any person who have not received Jesus Christ are spiritually dead because they are still living in the darkness of the world.
  • Michael for verse 20
It is important that this is a reply to someone who is saying he wants to follow Jesus. The answer is meant to involve the human predicament as a whole - not just to express Jesus ' own position. It is a paradox because human beings have, in a material sense, better holes and nests than animals can have. But in a deeper, spiritual sense, we cannot be at home in this world. It means that we are in the world, but not of the world that if we are fully aware of ourselves as we truly are, we can never be fully at home in the world, as animals can be. The price of higher awareness is insecurity and unease. We truly belong only in a world beyond this one.
  • Preston for verse 20
I think he is saying that human beings are subject to the impermanence of life. every where that we may lay our head is no longer there, we set our mind to something and then our mind moves to something else, we are constantly wandering. But this also means that unlike the animals, we can awaken to something deeper.
