People's Bible Notes for Matthew 5:45

Mt 5:45 That ye may be children of your Father. We are God's children when we have the spirit of our Father. We are not if we have the spirit of the world. Our Father above sends blessing, the rain, and the sunshine, on the just and the unjust. He loves all, and even sent his son to have a wicked world because he loved (Joh 3:16).

It Gives Clear Understanding On How To Live A Life Acceptable Before God

This is amazing, after being baptized, tempted by the devil while fasting, this is the first thing he had to say after coming out of the wilderness. These are all commandments and revelation of the kingdom of heaven to men. We see here that righteousness is more than being good and treating other good people well. But righteousness is loving, forgiving, and serving those we feel don't deserve it.

His Father he said he and his Father was one they are one because Jesus is God son.and it goes like this God the Father Jesus the Son and the Holy Ghost now the holy Ghost is what Jesus said he left here for those that are his if U have received the holy Ghost which he left as a gift so pray received

What beautiful teachings of holiness Christ revealed to the crowd and the boldness he proclaimed to the Scribes and Pharisees about the life of a follower of Christ. It is holiness or hell regardless of our thoughts and we can live perfect through obedience to His Word. Rightly dividing what being perfect is has always been controversial. Yes we can be overcome but we do not continue in sin.
