Mr 16:16 He that believeth. Believeth the gospel message; believes in Christ as his Savior. And is baptized. These are the condition of pardon; faith in Christ and obedience to his command. If any one has not faith enough in Christ to obey him, he has not faith enough to be saved. He that believeth not. Remains in a state of unbelief. Such have no promise. See Joh 3:18.

The book of Mark 16 elaborate on the resurrection of Jesus Christ as well as the great commission from the Lord to the belivers to preach the gospel to every creation of the world. Everyone is called to evangelise unto all regardless their culture or creed. Tell the world of the love of God that He gave His only son to die at the cross to take away our sins and there is life or judgement to all.

this scripture is so powerful yet not received in faith, for by teaching the whole truth of gods word , Gods word will be confirmed by healing miracles and many signs and wonders as in the days of jesus, I have and do witness these miracles often, as all born again Christians should, God bless all who believe obey and search for the real truth, God is willing to heal when we obey.
