Vers13 for the time of figs was not yet. Personally I don't think it was just about the fig tree as it wasn't time for figs so there fore no fig couldn't have been on tree so Jesus was teaching them to have faith in Him in what ever they ask an do.. vers27up to33 unbeliehe stop the power of God to work in their life's .vers25 an26 teaches us that forgiveness pleases God wen

To Jayne on Mark ch. 11 - as long as what we ask is in 'His' will. Sometimes we ask for more money, but He knows more would 'cause us to 'drift' from him. This scenario is only if we already have sufficient for our needs. this rule applies to anything we ask: higher job, newer car, house, etc. He knows our 'needs' better than we.

The scriptures that really grab my attention here are verses 22

I love Mark11:22-24 during times of testing and trials revelation is needed to activate Gods faith in us in for a miracle to occur. Yet God gives faith that the prayer has been heard and the request will be granted. The uncertainly concerns the time of the fulfillment not the granting of the request. Mountains is anything that may be such as sickness poverty or whatever but God gave us his promise in Mark that if we belieive that we can speak to our mountains and they shall obey what the word of God say and we shall have what we speak or say at God timing if we believe. Sometimes some of our prayers are manifested immediately and some are a process but we can rest assure that God has heard us and he is on our situation.

I found something wonderful about this scripture. in the original translation it reads' 'Have the faith of Elohim. in other words , Have the God kind of Faith. when God says have. Your responsibility is to receive and if you receive, you will do like your father God. In Genesis, He created man in his image and in his Likeness.. so in conclusion.. He created man to BE like Him and to DO as Him.. Now we can understand when Jesus says ..Have The Elohim Creator kind of faith
  • Harold Davis for verse 23
This scripture Jesus is revealing to all mankind, and not only his followers a dynamic, explosive, miraculous, unlimited power to create any type of desired miracle one desires, WHICH IS ACTIVE FAITH IN OUR HEARTS THROUGH SPEAKING WHATSOEVER WE WANT. Example in Joshua 10:12-14 verse's OR in Elisha the Prophet telling the Shunammite woman she was going to have a child, and she responded calling him a liar, saying dont lie unto me Man of God. But it still happen. Or David killing Goliath, and a lot more examples in the Bible. But remember these truths of unlimited power to create whatsoever one wants, is not surprising to Jesus at all, but rather regularly normal, to the extinct that even when Peter walk on water doing something only Jesus did recorded in the bible, you would think Jesus would praise Peter, but rather said where forth did you doubt, when Peter began to sink. Guess thats why Jesus said at one time or maybe many, that is not even recorded in the bible, saying Oh faithless and perverse generation, how long shall i suffer you or be with you. So no wonder it only takes faith the size of a mustard seed, CAUSE ITS NOT YOU OR I DOING IT ANYWAY, BUT GOD! Excuse if any selling is, but think you get Jesus point, not mines in this.
