People's Bible Notes for Luke 6:26

Lu 6:26 When all men shall speak well of you! Those who seek to be universally popular. Whoever does his duty will meet those who oppose him. Christ was reviled and slandered. These four woes are addressed to four classes: (1) Those who worship wealth; (2) those satisfied with their present life; (3) those who live for present enjoyment; (4) those whose aim is human praise and adulation.

When we choose Jesus the moment we acceot him in to our life we are never be the same again . That's how Jesus cleanses us by his blood. He has given everything to us already our job is to love him and obey his words. Without our obedience to his words it's easy for us to be drowned in sin but God is merciful and he loves us he sanctified us by his blood Lets give thanks to his blood and praise hm

Yes. it is hard to Love my enemies. But in so doing It will heap coals of fire on their head. I can do all things through Christ who strenghtens me : My heavenly Father didn't call me into His Grace to leave me on my own to do this all by myself : He sent Holy Spirit within me to help me to do what He says to do : When I make the choice to do what He says and ask for His help to do it : Then He is there to help me !!

I had a big fight with my best friend and the Lord used Matthew 5:44 to speak to me about praying for him. I felt used and it really showed me his need, and mine, to pray for him. I hope one day we will no longer be enemies, but that he can be restored to my life. It's been 3 and half years and I have gotten right with the Lord. Just hoping the Lord will save him.

Are not five sparrows sold for two farthings, and not one of them is forgotten before God? And they fell upon their faces, and said, O God, the God of the spirits of all flesh, shall one man sin, and wilt thou be wroth with all the congregation? O thou that hearest prayer, unto thee shall all flesh come. My mouth shall speak the praise of the LORD: and let all flesh bless his holy name for ever and ever. And I will remember my covenant, which is between me and you and every living creature of all flesh and the waters shall no more become a flood to destroy all flesh. Behold, I am the LORD, the God of all flesh: is there any thing too hard for me? Be silent, O all flesh, before the LORD: for he is raised up out of his holy habitation. These words spake Jesus, and lifted up his eyes to heaven, and said, I pray for them: I pray not for the world, but for them which thou hast given me for they are thine. While I was with them in the world, I kept them in thy name: those that thou gavest me I have kept, and none of them is lost, but the son of perdition that the scripture might be fulfilled. And all flesh shall see the salvation of God. And the glory of the LORD shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together: for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken it.
